Deploable Solar Units
The problem I am commited to solving is advancing equitable and inclusive economic growth through renewable energy. A way to solve this complex question could be the use of deployable solar units that expand into large platforms to collect solar energy. The Deployable Solar Uinits will be able to be installed anywhere, from the sides of sky scrapers, street walks, and homes. The technlogy will be dispersed around cities and homes; to even parking spots and unused public spaces. If used globally,this solution can positevley change the lives of milions in the future becouse, new busnesses and jobs will rise due to demand for electric transportation and DSU production. In addition to increasing economic growth, surpluses in production of electricity can be sold to neighboring countries granting returns to citizens and busnesses participation in energy production. By doing this, the nation will thrive in equitable inclusive economic growth.
The problem I am dedicated to solving is finding a way to advance equitable and inclusive economic growth through renewable energy. Our heavy dependence on nonrenewable energy is greatly affecting the lives of millions due to harmful conditions,air pollution,toxic waste and climate change. The city I live in is midland texas, midland is a city birthed through the petrolium industy. In midland texas most of the population works in the oil industy.I got a chance to witness some of the effects of the petrolium industry when i moved here. My friend's cousin had died becouse a rigging pipe hit him in the head. According to science daily it turns out that "from 2008 through 2017 1,566 workers perished trying to extract oil and gas in America".
The World Health Organization estimates "that 4.6 million people die each year from causes directly attributable to air pollution". Air pollution is derived from various sources, carbon monoxide from automobliles is the largest scourse of air pollution. Thus, by eliminating the dependency of petroleum in our society, and relying more on electric transport and renewable energy, we could save lives.
This solution evedentally adresses the needs of everyone who has or has not used electricity. From the lives milions of people not breathing in toxic air population, to milions of people with energy needs will be improuved. For example, those who are in need of extra income, and participate in using private property to house these DSU's will be paid for the surplus energy the nation sells to others. After proper founding this thechnology will be able to pay for the initial cost of the devices, and also bring in profits for the participants.
An industrial revelution happens when an inovation drastically change moddern society. After the sucsessful adoption of a 100 percent renewable energy rescource, the world would finish the transiton into the 4th industral revelution with clean energy and an entire transportation system powerd by electricity. If exicuted correctly this concept will exponentially increasing the quality of life across geographies.
This solution is baced apon deployabe solar units that can be customized to fit a variety of spaces, from side walks to the sides of tall buildings. The solar units will be deployable, and will be able to change shape according to the angle adjasent to the position of the sun. This design will maximise the surface area and capacity, porportional to the containment capsule of the device. The capsules that contain the retractable solar pannels will be strong and rigid enough to combat harsh weather conditions and possible danger to the pannels. The design of the units will allow solar pannels to emerge out of the case at good weather conditions and retract with the sign of poor or damaging weather. This is possible becouse of an array of whether and hazard sensing equipment. Actuators and rotors mecanically shift the pannels in and out or left to right to accomodate for the data received by the sensors.
Initial cost and maintenece could be managed by government branches, investors,volunteers, and prisoners. electricity would essentially be free.

This solution is inovative becouse it complies with the need for cheaper energy,increases profits for the country, reduces harm on the environment, and increases quality of life. This increses the quality of life for milions of people becouse of pollution related to energy production. This solution can Reduce harm on the environment, becouse it replaces conventional unreusable scorces of energy production that pollute the environment.The main reason this would be an innovative solution is becouse of the use of artificial intelligence. To satisfy our energy needs, artificial intelligence will be used to maximize the placement efficiency of the solar devices.

My goal with in the next year is to create a working prototype of both the deployable solar units, and my efficiency AI placement program. In the next five years I plan to distribute working prototypes around my home city, thus creating the first self sustained city solar grid.
The barrier I face with my solution is financial.
