RehabitAI is mainly designed to help some injured young people who may not be able to afford the high price of a rehabilitation center and have produced devices to help human beings recover after surgical procedures.
The size of the opportunity is fairly great. According to the official medical website in the Chinese mainland. More than 10 million people need physical therapy every year, and more than 30% of them are young and middle-aged people, so we have a wide customer basis. Moreover, according to a survey conducted by the American Addiction Centers, 40% of respondents indicated that they could not afford the treatment fees for rehabilitation at rehabilitation centers, or needed financial support to cover these costs. While according to our market research, 85% of young people over the age of 20 are willing to try our rehabilitation program, and over 90% of young people think our prices are reasonable and can afford it.
In this market, we cooperate with hospitals to get our products at a low price so the customers can borrow our innovation from the hospitals. This system also solves the problem of the lacking rehabilitation centers and physiotherapists. The industry ecosystem is complicated including suppliers of the sensors and parts. Our system includes: the rehabilitation movement guidance system, display board, internet, manual upload module, standard posture upload system, posture comparison system, sensor detection system, visual detection system, limb sensor module, neck sensor module, waist sensor module, head sensor module, camera, a limb comparison module, a neck comparison module, a waist comparison module, a head comparison module, posture correction system, the posture correction system is connected to the posture guidance system. It contains an accurate detection that can correct the postural movements effectively, thus improving the effectiveness and progress of the rehabilitation process.
The main tools that patients need to operate are a smartwatch, a camera mount, and a home screen.
For the first time of use, the patient needs to complete a questionnaire consisting of 20 multiple-choice questions and one fill-in-the-blank question on the watch to create a precise, customized recovery plan. Before using the device every time, the patient first adjusts the retractable frame so the camera can scan the entire body. After that, they put on the watch and activate RehablitAI to start the therapeutic exercise. The screen will first demonstrate the standard movements twice on the virtual model of the patient, and the RehabitAI camera and watch will work together to project the movements that the patient has done on the screen. And then, the system will detect the movement and correct it. Moreover, the watch will give a voice indicating if the patient makes any errors in the movement and it will also suggest how to improve them. The patient can correct the movements by watching the movement corrections on the screen or listening to the voice prompts to correct the errors. With the assistance, patients can accurately adjust their recovery posture, effectively facilitating recovery outcomes and progress.
Due to the lack of rehabilitation centers and therapists, and the high cost of rehabilitation tools, many people do not get the rehabilitative exercise they deserve. This is especially true for young people. Most rehabilitation centers primarily serve older adults, and young people have far less access to rehabilitation than older adults. The fact is, however, that more and more young people need rehabilitation, but they are not getting the treatment they deserve. That's why our products are primarily aimed at young people.
Young people, due to their low income, low consumption capacity, and strong trust in technology, have become the target consumers of our products.

From about two years ago, I've needed to go to rehab every two weeks, but it is inconvenient because my home is really far away from downtown and the treatment fee is quite high, which tends to make me more reluctant to go to do rehabilitation exercises. At the same time, two of our team members spend a few days a month doing community service, and they often see and hear people in the community complaining about the high cost of rehabilitation without seeing results, which makes them very frustrated. Due to the above reasons, we came up with the idea of this rehabilitation guidance system.
After we came up with the idea of a rehabilitation guidance system for rehabilitation exercises, we shared and discussed it with a physical therapist, who told us that it was very possible that AI and machines could help with rehabilitation exercises and believed that our innovation would be highly beneficial to many people. Encouraged by this positive response, we then found a technology company that specializes in AI. They told us the idea is very possible to be realized, so we began the discussions to further develop and refine our idea. After a lengthy process of collaboration and planning, we were able to create a precise and detailed plan called RehabitAI. At the same time, we began our market research. According to our survey, we found that approximately 90% of respondents would be able to afford our product without any financial assistance. Additionally, a large majority of respondents, around 83%, expressed interest in our product. These results suggest that our product may be a more accessible and viable option for those seeking rehabilitation treatment compared to traditional rehabilitation centers.

Our solutions address the lack of access to proper treatment, the lack of therapists and rehabilitation centers making it difficult for people to seek rehab, the high cost of rehab, the high cost and ineffectiveness of other types of rehab machines, and people who are unwilling or unable to go to a rehab center for rehab due to location or schedule.
We hope that we can successfully produce this system and start distributing it. We are now cooperating with an AI company at the same time asking professional physical therapists for some detailed problems and precise rehabilitation movements to build into the guidance screens of our software.
Also, we hope to collaborate with some hospitals. They could recommend our products to patients who are identified as needing rehabilitation after a visit to the doctor. We would provide the hospital with free machines if the patient chooses to rent the rehabitAI, and the hospital will receive 30% of the flat rental price. If customers purchase it, the hospital can sell it at a flat market price and receive 10% as the profit. The hospital only needs to help us with the promotion by doctors recommending the patient to choose rehabitAI instead of finding a caregiver. Because of the high reliability of patients to hospitals and doctors, this promotion will increase the credibility of rehabitAI to the maximum extent and thus increase sales.

The rehabilitation guidance system works by setting up a standard posture chart for built-in rehabilitation training. It then scans the patient's rehabilitation movements and compares the differences with the patient's movements. Setting up a sensor detection system and a visual detection system allows this guidance system to monitor the patient's body movements in real-time while doing rehabilitation training. It can also further record the patient's posture comprehensively through the camera.
On the other hand, a rehabilitation guiding system containing different body parts comparing modules, with precise detection can compare and correct a patient's posture effectively. In the meanwhile, the system can display the standard posture and the portraits of actual postures on the screen. By overlapping the two postures with different extensions, patients can correct their recovery postures more clearly, thus effectively facilitating recovery outcomes and progress.
In conclusion, the system includes a software system that contains standard rehabilitation movements, and a hardware system including a stand with a camera, a smartwatch, and a screen. The hardware system contains multiple sensing systems for the movements as well as detecting the patients' heartbeat, temperature, completion cycle of rehabilitation, and a comparison system.

We plan to launch our product next year and invite about 600 patients who were born after 2000, believe in electronic devices, and have had a caregiver but suffered a second injury as the pilot customers. We would provide RehabitAI for free for their entire rehabilitation cycle.
Our innovation, rehabitAI, mainly needs to compete with the physical therapist industry. The reasons why our innovation is sufficient to compete with them are that the physical therapist industry requires a long period of training before they can start working, the high cost of time leads to a relatively high fee, and in some special moments, such as when medical resources are scarce, such patients cannot receive a physical therapist even after spending more than usual. The main advantages of our innovation include the cohesion of the rehabilitation treatment methods of expert doctors from tertiary hospitals, which makes patients who strictly follow our innovative rehabilitation training recover faster than those who hire a physical therapist, and secondly, rehabitAI allows patients to choose whether to rent or buy it on their own. The price of innovation itself is comparable to hiring a physical therapist for a month, but purchasing allows for a lifetime of use while renting a course of treatment for a month is much cheaper. RehabitAI's downside is that rehabitAI does not have a similar existing product in the rehabilitation market to reference, so it is difficult for us to predict the risk of the RehabitAI, also, the public may not be aware of how effective machines are, which could result in low initial sales.

- Red Pill Lab, a professional movement-capturing AI company. They are responsible for the capture of our patients' movements and the development of comparison software.
Our key revenues are mainly from patients renting or purchasing our innovations.
Our costs are mainly divided into the initial research and development costs, which include the planning of the rehabilitation treatment routine by expert doctors, and the design of the product for the user's sense of use because there are no existing products with similar functions; manufacturing, such as the machine requires purchasing parts from the factory, transporting them to a specialized processing plant to process the machine, and then transporting them to major tertiary orthopedic hospitals and regional warehouses; assist hospitals for after-sales, because hospitals lease out a relatively large number of rehabitAI, so they need the product repair costs and maintenance costs. We also cooperate with courier companies to be able to complete the transportation route from factory to hospital or warehouse with less cost and faster time.
Our core resources include staff resources, technical resources, high-tech data, and self-developed rehabilitation systems. In terms of technology reserves, the AI team has reached 100 people at present, including talents who graduated from well-known universities or have worked in major high-tech industry companies. The independently developed rehabitAI has the ability to intelligently correct the user's posture. We promote the concept of using technology to change a life by promoting the interactive content model. According to the survey, due to the development of new technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, our life has gradually turned to science and technology. And intelligent, scientific and technological rehabilitation services that are not limited by space and time can also become a part of our lives.
Our first round of financing target is set at about 6.5 million US dollars, which is mainly used for software, hardware, and content research and development to achieve data-based comprehensive services, including intelligent fitness equipment, AI private education guidance, a large number of rehabilitation courses, and professional interactive communities.
The company founder invests and cooperates with the government to obtain the first batch of investments. Moreover, we will seek financial assistance from some foundations that help low-income disabled people.
Since our products need the medical device manufacturing enterprise license approved by the government to go public, we can avoid a lot of trouble by cooperating with the government.
