Ladies photography team will create employment opportunities by equipping ladies with photography skills and also empower females to enter into photography.

How many people are you currently serving with your solution? How many will you be serving in one year? How about in five years?

Currently serving 3 females

In a year, will train at least 50 females and in five years, we hope to train not less than 500 females.

What are your goals within the next year and within the next five years?

I hope to train not less than 15 females who will in turn have the responsibility to train at least 3 females each per year making a total population of 45 that year. The 45 members will in turn have the responsibility to train at least 3 females each per year making a total population of 135 females the second year. In five years, we hope to train not less than 500 females into photography.

What are the barriers that currently exist for you to accomplish your goals for the next year and for the next five years?

Competition and lack of funding.

How are you planning to overcome these barriers?

By capturing quality and creative pictures, use of the brand, reinvestment of profit and seeking for funding from investors, grants and awards.

My initiative will help other females and these females will help other females and this will form a chain of giant female photographers.
