據長照中心主任採訪，不少長照中心的看護人員醫學知識有限，沒有接受過專業的輔助痰療培訓。拍痰前，必須先了解痰液在肺葉的正確位置，才能有效、快速地救助患者。拍痰時要注意老人是否有骨質疏鬆、手術、特殊疾病等，避開重要臟器。

If the patient has osteoporosis, surgery and other problems, the contents of the doctor's diagnosis certificate can be inputted into Putong. Putong will intelligently avoid non slapping organs or adjust the slapping force

At first, we interviewed the director of the nursing center and found some problems when taking care of the elderly. And then, we designed Putong.
Through sample testing, we can find the most comfortable way between caregivers and patients, and carry out improvement and evolution at the same time. We have made three improvements and evolutions.
The second generation made the modification of patting sputum cup and added the function of panoramic lens.
The third generation adds the functions of charging socket and medical record information input, and improves the user interface.
The fourth generation has improved the weight configuration of Putong, improved human factors design, and the angle of use.

When I worked as a volunteer in a nursing home, I found the elderly had the problem of chest percussion. Therefore, I have interviewed Director Liu. We know that the caregivers are understaffed and have not taken professional training in sputum patting and postural drainage. Besides, we find some information on the Internet. For example, half of the elderly over 65 years old died of pneumonia, and the main reason is the inability to cough up sputum. For caregivers without medical background, improper sputum patting methods are likely to cause injuries to the patient's spine, sternum, heart and kidney. According to the estimation of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the population of long-term care in Taiwan is seriously insufficient, and 22% of caregivers have muscle pain and discomfort.
Therefore, we design Putong to solve these problems.

After PuTong has a positive influence, the target market will expand to the general public, and the consumer group with elders or abnormal lung function will be set. After the domestic market is stable, the team will vigorously promote PuTong to foreign markets and expand the market scale.
At the beginning, a lot of costs will be invested in the development and manufacturing of new products. It is expected that there will be a chance to start small shipments in the second year, and there will be revenue generation. The gross profit rate will be about 30%, and the R&D expenses will also continue to be invested. The third year's revenue will grow by 50%, and the gross profit rate can be raised to about 40%. It is expected that in the fourth year, with the continuous growth of revenue, the profit and loss will be balanced, and even profits will be generated.
