Developing a parent-child led resource manual to enhance family's wealth creation and spillover to children. A mechanism for nurturing self financing and sustainability of nuclear family human and capital development. 

Many nuclear families have no simple tools or any one to freely direct family members on how to cooperate and share family roles and responsibilities.

 When it comes to mobilizing ,investing and sharing family resources, vital resources are wasted and members run to the bank to secure loans which at times lead to loss of their treasures and lives.

This tool will therefore reinforce knitting nuclear family members together as it will act as a magnet in forcing every family member to save his or her private little income for re-investment as share capital to the family wallet account.

A family management team will be formed and entrusted with the responsibility of advising on the family's planning process, ranking and approving good projects, which will be fronted by the family members for wealth creation. Under tight control and supervision, the resources will be released from the family wallet account for the implementation of the approved family projects without resorting to financial institutions. 

With full cooperation and participation from all family members, there will be one voice and combined efforts for wealth creation and realization of spillovers from parents to children up to the 4th generation.

The solution will involve designing a resource mobilization model, a certificate to affirm family members share holding in the family wallet account, list of investment opportunities with excel templates for risk assessment, innovations' evaluation and ranking ,linking and recommending family  innovations for grant support where possible as a means of easing their accessibility and visibility among different funding organizations.

The family innovation model is  targeting  individual parents ,children and any sojourners like maids and is purposed for guiding nuclear families' proper planning, organizing and management of the families pearl without squandering vital wealth to outsiders in form of debt recovery. 

It will impact on the families lives in the following ways:

a) Pool family members savings together for a common goal

b) Avail startup capital for investment in good adventures

c) Increase family's productivity and profitability

d) Enhance human and capital development among the family members

e) Wealth creation and spillover up to the 4th generation

We are led by a team of experienced professionals. We have volunteers-Accountants, lawyers, social workers, administrators ,engineers, health workers and with their clear leadership and unbiased management, we are  going to deliver this tool to deliver vital message through electronic social media  e g WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Twitter, UTube, and direct meeting with various families, schools, social groups ,clubs , churches, radio and TV adverts and magazine print outs. 

Good enough most of the team members are on the ground and are living with their families and know exactly what is battering their families  in regard to wealth creation and spillover.

I have attended debates and meetings for students clubs on the number of family related topic. They all contend, lack of proper coordination and planning are the root causes of most family disintegration and business collapse. I affirm this with my own observations and experiences from my family and entire neighborhood. My interaction with fellow students at school indicate, most families will celebrate this as a great milestone in their family restructuring process. 

This offer is free and is business advisory documentary tool to aid families in transformation of family members lives. Will be open for public access without any limitation to age, religion, sex, education level or any form of physical disability.

With anticipated multiple users and ongoing mentoring based at family level, there will be significant improvement among the targeted family members. socially there will be well coordinated homes in the community, economically we shall have families surviving on prospering businesses with adequate financial base and management teams. And definately there will be infrastructure development for human development.   

To mobilize and cooperate family members into a joint Family Business Wallet Account for financing family members' business growth and expansion of investments without resorting to bank loans. 

To avail education sponsorship to disadvantaged children coming from families most hit by ailments.

To extend logistical support to the elderly in desperate need of shelter, medication and upkeep among other basic requirements.

We shall achieve these through ongoing campaigns for self financing ,donations from well wishers and savings from business innovations.

Our technology will be printing , documentation ,Internet and social network links . Vedeo/Filming coverage, photography and Press, TVs and Radio live talkshows.  

We project to deliver hard copies of information exchange tools  to over 50,000 family units in one year, however numerous people in millions will have acquired the tools through their registered social networks.

May be restricted by government laws protecting and restricting social gathering in Uganda, limited finances towards printing, documentation and delivery of services to respective beneficiaries in time, lack of equipment and skilled man power for required customized services. And lockdowns arising from new Covid19 variants.

We do not have any organization working with us.

Our key customers in this project are the family members. We shall mobilized and coordinate the activities to ensure value for money services are availed to them by a team of selected professionals. They will come up with the required document/Manual  in simplified English and local languages, showing  artistic and pictorial presentations where possible that deepen customers understanding.  They need this manual for continuity of understanding and practicing solutions in their family arrangements. 

Dissemination of tools will be through mentoring meetings and social media networks,print, vedio plays and art works.

Financial sustainability will be through solicitation for membership subscription, funding from established family wallet account and donations form well-wishers and profits from family innovations.
