We train the youth to become Protagonist of their lives by gaining the skills and mindset required. Our solution includes a gamified-prosperity app, positive feedback mechanism and accountability coaching.
Current educational ecosystem doesn't allow children to experiment and take initiative in their own journeys. The lack of concentration on personality, individuality and soft skills, critically undermines the true essence of leading a fulfilling and impactful life.
The environments created in schools and colleges are often more controlled and structured compared to real life, hence they struggle making the transition from one phase to another. Our creativity drops as we age as shown by research in psychology, hence it's very important to cultivate it in the early years so that kids don't lose their spark.
In Pakistan there's over 4 million children that fall into our targeted category of customers. Our services and product is globally scalable as well, hence once we establish well in Pakistan, we'd be looking to expand internationally as well, specifically in Europe, USA and Middle East.
Our solution fills in the gaps left out by our current education systems. By providing our users with real world problems, we let them develop their own learning pathways and approaches. Like any game, our gamified app encourages them to try each challenge again and again until they’ve learned the skill, making failure a motivational factor instead of feeling discouraged. Our app’s curriculum is designed to teach them the top 10 skills required in the future as highlighted by a report in the World Economic Forum.
Our weekly 1-o-1 coaching programs take things to the next level by providing value in four following different ways, according to users' needs.

Each 1-o-1 coaching session is 45 minutes long, where we track weekly KPIs, rocks, and projects. We provide diagnostics and supports on personal issues and blockers. Our users go through different approaches to identify, define and plan their goals. Our coaches are available for support throughout the week as well. They ensure that users learn to work independently and only intervene when necessary.
Our target audience is 14-24 year old's who want to achieve great things in life but don't have the resources. We impower teens and young adults to become the best versions of their life and gain skills necessary to improve in their personal and professional lives. Our solution ensures that they are empowered enough to take responsibility of their dreams, make decisions of their own, be satisfied with their efforts in life and embrace failure as opportunity. In short, they become the main character of their life.
We're currently a small team of 10-15 people, including externals and contractors. However, our team of content creators are specifically dedicated to the field of education .
Asad Babur is one of the founders, his expertise lies in the revenue and IT sector, allowing him to implement effective strategies. He has experience with conducting gamification workshops and has worked in Ed-Tech companies such as Entre and KodeKloud in roles of management, building a strong understanding of our market, and strengthening our business structure.
Ayesha Babur is also one of the founders, her experience in curriculum and design thinking has been the backbone of our app and coaching. As our content strategist, she has trained the team and provided us with the market experience required to make our product a success.
Ali Alam is our Project Manager, he has worked with Amazon vendors, scaling e-commerce businesses for 2 years. He also has experience in organizing and managing team building and learning journeys for leadership teams at Merck Pharmaceuticals and Ferring Pharma. He's conducted design thinking workshops, innovative Startups for HULT and Google based on Stanford D-School methodology.
Our content creation and coaching team consists of Farhan Soomro, Emaan Amir, Shamoon Irfan and Emad Babur. They all have past experiences in curriculum design and execution which helps them prepare a unique curriculum for design thinking, creative thinking, critical analysis and problem solving.
ProtagonistPro is a project launched by TEDDict, a platform focused on designing learning environments. Since 2015 we've designed and conducted multiple bootcamps, design thinking workshops, coaching calls and more.
Our founder, Asad Babur, has attended multiple national and international events (APICTA, PASHA Awards, Nest I/O, ITCN Asia etc) as speaker, organizer or participant in the education field. These events allowed us to interact with our target audience, test our approach and curriculum to launch our online 1-o-1 coaching and gamified app.
Furthermore, we have mentors in the field of education and business development to aid us in improving our product to be as effective as possible for our audience.

ProtagonistPro's main impact goal for the next year is to empower teenagers to develop practical skills and emotional intelligence (EQ) through a gamified learning experience.
To increase the number of students who successfully complete their analytical and critical thinking training program by 10%. To achieve this goal, we plan to implement new training methods, such as interactive workshops and online training modules, to increase student engagement and make the training more effective. Additionally, we would set up an accountability coaching program for students, to provide them with ongoing support and guidance as they work through the program.
Another impact goal could is to expand our services to reach more students in the next year. To achieve this goal, we plan to develop new partnerships with schools and universities to reach a wider audience, and to invest in marketing and advertising to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.

Another impact goal can be to have a certain percentage of students who have completed the program, land internships or jobs in relevant fields. This can be achieved by building a robust network of partnerships and collaborations with companies, businesses and organizations in the relevant fields.
Our solution is essentially app based. We've built our own app from scratch that we use to assign tasks, interact with our users, schedule calls and collect payments. We also have our own tracking system in the app to ensure users are proactively using our service.

Our goals are heavily depend on how well we market our product and how strong of a team we can build. Our model is low cost and sustainable, but our marketing could be improved and we're working on that.
