Implement a network to connect people in situations of abandonment and risk with shelters and humanitarian support. It will also serve to receive decentralized donations supported by smart contracts.

According to the Humanium organization, it is estimated that there are about 120 million children on the streets around the world (30 million in Africa, 30 million in Asia and 60 million in South America) and unfortunately these children are often victims of all kinds of abuses. Therefore, their fundamental rights (right to food, right to health, right to non-discrimination and right to a dignified life) are lost. The factors by which these people (children, youth, adults and elderly) remain in a situation of abandonment and risk, are complex and each case is different. In addition, to live comfortably one must work because we are in a capitalist system, unfortunately in recent years we have had catastrophic global events with the arrival of COVID-19, increased the percentage of global poverty and Peru was no exception, since at the beginning of the pandemic, monetary poverty had a percentage of 30.1% throughout the country and this period is remembered because there was a partial paralysis of most economic activities caused by COVID-19. Due to this, the number of people in a situation of abandonment and risk in Peru increased.

Currently, there are organizations working to reduce this problem. However, citizen participation is limited, the purpose of my solution is the participation of the entire world population to achieve the sustainable development goals in the 2030 agenda. Therefore, by implementing a network where anyone can enter and manage to take a picture of this person (children, youth, adults and elderly) in a state of abandonment and risk, this will alert the nearest shelters and they will come to safeguard this person. In addition, Blockchain technology will be implemented to take decentralized information and smart contracts will also be used to make donations in order to comply with transparency and authenticity.

My solution serves people (children, youth, adults and elderly) in neglect and risk to be able to integrate into society and have a much more prosperous life. Except the elderly, because we must give them all our appreciation, we live in the XXI century and still the elderly can not stop suffering and what I want is to form alliances even with the government itself. 

I have been seeing this problem for many years in the city where I live and the authorities do nothing about it. I am tired of waiting for a solution from the State and I want to support all the people in a situation of abandonment to find a place to live, since there are many shelters where they can be welcomed and cared for to achieve their social reintegration.

I put into practice several methodologies and tools in the development and construction of my entire project, starting with the first part of Design Thinking "Empathy". I used empathy graphics, which allowed me to put myself in the lives of these people in a state of abandonment and risk. Basically I really liked the Design Thinking guide to be able to innovate in this sector of the population.

The implementation of my solution is based on technology and it is the fundamental pillar for this to work. Therefore, by applying it, we will be the first network where people at risk can be assisted and supported. Of course, there is Facebook, the largest network in the world, but it is not focused on this segment of the population that needs support.

The main objective for the coming year is to benefit and provide support to children, youth, adults and the elderly in situations of abandonment and risk, connecting with the various shelters and also the creation of new humanitarian aid sites.

The software development and mobile application will be the fundamental part to be able to connect the abandoned and at-risk people with the nearest shelters and thus be able to cover a large scale, the engine of all this is participation.

Next year my goal is to reach every corner of my city to support approximately 10,000 people in situations of abandonment and risk.

The development of software for me implementation together with the active participation of all citizens in order to cover the entire territory.

I do not have any association yet. However, I am in search and support of various associations.

Together with the associations and active citizen participation, financial sustainability can be achieved, either through donations or activities that could be carried out by the association.
