Afghanistan future vision

AFV provides home schooling education for women and children‌ in partially founded coarse in different fields of studying.

Every society has its own problems in several sectors like: social, economical, cultural, security, educational, religion and gender. But the most terrible problem is education that Afghanistan suffered from.
 
After coming of Taliban and at start of Islamic Emirates in August of 2021, the situation of education got worse day by day specially for girls and women. At first, thay closed the school for girls more than 12 years old or sixth grade of school. And just children under 12 years old are let to go to school but after one year they have also banned all the educational private and governmental centers include of universities, Academies and schools for all girls. Also, gyms have banned for girls.

All global and local organizations such as United Nation, Europe Alliance, lawyers, neighbor countries and other organizations express their concern several times and tried to talk to Taliban government yet, Islamic Emirate does not accept and continued without any result. United Nation announced that 50 percent population of Afghanistan is women. More than 60 percent of Afghan women are educated and need to improve. Well, over 5000 girls have stopped from going to school and universities. Over thousands of women have lost their jobs from every governmental and private sectors and organizations. So, these women need not only to improve but also get their favorite jobs.

It is dangerous to be off all educational, social, economic, cultural, humanitiriean, and gender factors for women because women are like heart of society. The same thing as body, if a body can not be alive without heart, a society can not be alive and improve without women. Women really need to improve as scientific said " if a man become educated just one person is educated but if a woman become educated it means all the society are educated." At all in every field like: health, economy, education and Cultural depends on women. They are not just for doing housework or growing up the children. They should improve an be independent.

To some up, situation of women are frustrating in Afghanistan in every sectors such as: economic, educational, social, cultural and humanitiriean. So, a society without women is nothing. The improvement or development of a country depends on growing powerful women.

We believe nothing is impossible. Our team did lots of researches and found Afghan women and children suffer from bad situation of education. We found a foundation by the name of Afghanistan future vision( AFV) for Afghan women and children. Our foundation is house schooling, is hidden from government. We work on Afghan women and children. Our classes are partially founded for Afghan women and children.

It is clear for the world, Afghanistan suffers from situation of education  specially women. AFV supplies different courses like: language course, leadership, basic education learning, art classes, science, school's subjects, sewing classes and computer classes for Afghan women and children. Right now, there is about hundred women and children attend in AFV. We help them to gain important skills like: leading teams, speaking foreign languages like: English and German, computer skills, sewing classes, school's subjects, sport's team, science and art classes. We provide elementary and intermediate level classes for and hope after graduating from these classes, women should be independent. When a woman graduates from leadership coarse, she can lead teams and provide opportunities for others or a woman finishes sewing class, she'd be able to start a business by sewing cloths. So, women become independent.

Then, AFV needs lots of teachers. The leader aims to hire lots of teachers in different fields. AFV provides job opportunities for 15 women in these bad situation. Even though Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ignored and stopped all women to work or learn, but we as powerful and elite young leaders never give up and provide opportunities to solve problems.

Finally, we found a foundation to help Afghan women and children but right now it is partially founded but we need to be donated by some organizations like MIT Solve to assist more women and children fully founded.

There is always a solution for every problem and every solution for sure serves the community's problems. So, our solution serves Afghan women and children that have stopped from learning and working by Taliban or for different reasons were far from education. Our solution for bad situation of education is found a foundation for Afghan women and children. And we assist them in different ways.

First, our foundation provides elementary and intermediate coarse for Afghan women and children in different fields like: leadership، language coarse, computer, sport, sewing and art, school's subjects and basic education learning), these fields help them to become educated and get all necessary education because it is the most important base of life. Without education, life does not have any meaning.  Because of these we decided to assist Afghan women and children educationally.

Next, AFV helps Afghan women economically. We teach them to develop in a field then, after graduating, AFV would like to hire them as manager, teachers and staff like that and can have job to improve in their life For example: we teach Afghan women how to sew cloths in couples of months. Then, when they graduate, they have two choices either work with AFV or have their own private job as a tailor. Or right now we hire about 10 women as teacher in different fields. Well, these teachers find money for themselves and become independent from every members of their family. 

Culture is another important part of a country. Every community has its own culture that are important for its government and people. So we need to read and know about each culture and behave like that. So، education assist us to know about cultures of the world.

In conclusion, education is really a need for every single person and improve no matter in which field. AFV provided and will provide opportunities for women and children all the time. We always try to do our best.

AFV is a foundation started its works in 2022 by leading engineer Hamidullah Rezayee, Zarifa Jamili, Sayeed Mustafa Hashemi and engineer Sara Panahy. Each leader of these group has special skills that choosen to work.

First, the most important part of a team is high international communication. Fortunately, AFV's team has this skill in a very high level. They can easily communicate with people from all over the world.

Second, without experience a team never can grow up. Every single leader of AFV has experience of teaching and management about 5 to 7 years in several sectors and organizations like: political party of Harakat, JRS, house schooling, different centers and Academies as elite and terrific senior teachers.

Next, all of them have really great  understanding. In every bad situation that they face with tried to find solution for and help those people who suffer from as volunteer. For instance: working as volunteer  English teacher and management in political party of Harakat and JRS organization or teaching at home for Afghan women and children in Covide 19 situation for free because of bad economic situation of people.

To sum up, AFV team has great skills and work background like: working as volunteer in some organizations and Academies because their goals were and are just helping people in need.

Every problem needs some researches to do and find solution for. Our team also did some researches after decision of Taliban about Afghan women.

We worked as English teachers and manager in Rasikh Educational and Cultural Association when Taliban announced that women can not learn or work neither at school nor centers. 

So we did researches to find how many women or girls have stopped from learning and working. We start our research from going home by home and ask every family some questions to get some information. Our question were; how many girls are there in each family?, how many of them are more than 12 years old?, how old are they? Do they agree to continue with our foundation in partially founded coarse but hidden?

Fortunately, we did research in region of pul-e-surkh, kabul, Afghanistan and found about 100 women to agree us in studying and teaching in our foundation.

In conclusion, situations never make us to stop or give up, we always try our best and assist people in need specially, Afghan women and children.

We provide a foundation to help Afghan women and children educationally. We believe it can help them. How?

First, all schools and educational centers are closed for women that is terrible situation for women. Women need to be educated. Well, we provide a way for them to study in intermediate levels of AFV. By this way, after some months Afghanistan will have educated and elite women.

Further more, they can improve economically. At first, our foundation tries to teach them and graduate them. Then, the foundation will provide job opportunities for them to make money and become independent.

Finally, women will improve and become independent. And will have great leaders in Afghanistan in the future.

Everyone has different wishes and really wants to achieve them. But, there is always a goal that is really unique like improving women. Our goal is improving Afghan Women. Afghanistan is a country that spent lots of its time in war and bad situation or a country that women are always ignored.

We try to work on Afghan women and we are ready to accept all risks that exist in the community like: governmental challenges, social problems or gender challenges. No matter what will happen just we try and will try again. We are ready to achieve our goals even, if we lose everything in our life.

Then, we will provide opportunities to all elite and great women of Afghanistan to become educated or we will help them to become great leaders of Afghanistan in the future. We are sure one day after, all these bad situation of Emirate, these women will be a member of elite young generation.

In conclusion, women are the most important part of a community just like heart in body. Anyway we want to graduate elite women for next year.

We started our foundation in 2022 for teaching all Afghan women and children in all the provinces. But right now our foundation works in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Fortunately, for the first months of our foundation, there are about 100 Afghan women and children that attend our classes.

We hope at the middle if 2023, we can have about 300 women and children to found them and help them to improve but by finding a donation.

We really do our best for Afghan women and children to improve and become independent.

Our foundation faces with some barriers and problems like; cultural and financial.

First, AFV faces with some cultural problems like: men do not let their wives to go to foundations or study in any centers. They think it is really a shame for men that their wives or daughters study.

On the other hand, AFV needs to be donated by some organizations or factors to continue its services fully founded for women and children and provides more opportunity in other provinces as well.

In conclusion, we have financial and cultural problems in our job that need to be solved.

There are no any other organizations that we work with or be partners with yet.

But we try to.

We teach Afghan women and children. For different reasons.

First, Afghan women and children are really elite and powerful. But they do not have the chance because of Emirate government. We will provide them some fully founded coarse to improve. 

Afghan women and children really suffer from bad situation of education in Afghanistan. And they need an opportunity to improve. We will provide them this opportunity with holding fully founded and partially founded coarse.

Every problem needs some money to provide their solution.

We plan to find a donation or an organization like: Solve, United Nation, or some rich peolpe to found our organization for our plans. Our plans is concluding short and long terms.

So, our plan is to work with donations to help the AFV every year. And provide fully founded coarse for Afghan women and children.
