Inclusion
the problem is lack of inclusion.labor as well as management need to be represented at the board of directors. If we do this we will have a chance to lookout for each other, instead of management only looking out for themselves, we can all share in the profits and direction of our collective efforts!
world wide inequality is the problem which leads to homelessness and starvation. Many people who become successful not only work hard but have opportunities that others do not! So we need to level the playing field by bringing Democracy to the business community! It’s not the amount of shares that should determine if you have a say at a corporate meeting, you should have a say just because you work there and are investing your self!
The people of the world. I’m a contributing author at Democracy Chronicles, I write articles on economics, healthcare, and politics, in these articles I underline solutions and strategies to make the world a better place!
I’m using a online news source that I write for as a Harold to convey ideas that will help to solve world issues. I’m also a basketball and soccer coach as well as a AYSO board member, so I can work with young people and teach them how to be a good citizen of the world while we are having fun playing sports!
