The police and security services in some countries cannot provide round-the-clock security for all districts in the same way, but residents could themselves organize a stronger security structure if they had the tools to do so. Thus, we come to the need to give people the opportunity to learn about each other and those who live next to them, their difficulties and common goals in order to be able to unite into a common network of mutual support in their area.

This is especially important for countries with a high crime level. Thus, we come to the need to give people the opportunity to learn about each other and those who live next to them, their difficulties and common goals in order to be able to unite into a common network of mutual support in their area.

We are trying to give peoples instrument that allow them to be in touch with people around them (up and down, left and right, behind the walls, around the bends, etc.).

The main beneficiary are common people that receive tool for establish connection with they surroundings and form small productive groups of mutual aid. This is especially important for refugees and residents of countries where the standard of living is not very high. But it is also important for residents of developed countries, whose main problem is internal isolation and loneliness. It  also useful for non-profit volunteer organizations that have a convenient coordination tool at their disposal. And the government, since the project assumes open and close interaction between local authorities and communities.

Today we live in three-dimentional world, where people live above and below us, and we need a tool that allow to know our neighborns and connect with them. Previously, it could  be done by going into the courtyard, now it is not. Therefore, we offer a tool that will help people be closer.

Our project is to develop a software template and applications based on it that will allow people to find partners in interests, helpers and friends in the close (geographic) surroundings, as well as to enable coordination among members of such communities. The first step is to create a software template (client and server) that developers around the world can use to quickly and easily create final applications that are appropriate to the needs of a particular region. The second step is to create a common application that can be used throughout the world to form such communities, as well as to establish contacts with federal and local authorities to help form and coordinate such associations. The third step is to establish a common worldwide social network of mutual assistance, whose members will be able to find each other around the world (see on a map in a mobile phone) and form groups of social aid in the area in which they are located. Non members will be able to request them for help through mobile application or other channels.

Nearest neighbors of the project are social networks like a Facebook, with the exception of geo searching for relatives (may be implemented in mobile apps of such sites), and can be implemented based on them, about which we wrote letters for them (Facebook, Google, Yandex (Russian internet giant) and others). But, nevertheless, such big companies have their own views about what is good and adequate in particular moment of time. Another consideration is that social networks as they are in their current state are bit self-centred and contain a lot of redundant information, which are not fit with aims of project. That's why there are necessity to make separate solution.

Now this is a simple client-server application that is designed to help people share information (and other resources), to do it more efficiently and for the common good. We plan to add modules for connecting gps navigation for cars and other equipment, which people living nearby could use inside their groups (like car sharing services, but for more private use), as well as other modules aimed at sharing resources.

People love to unite in groups and participate in the social life of others, we also provide them with tools that can make their interaction more effective, and the residents themselves more informed about the life of their neighbors and their neighborhood.

Today we have a prototype, thus the current number of users 15.
Now we trying to introduce our apps to schools and other non-profit organizations for more self-integration. If all be good we plan that our apps will have more than 1000 users next year, and more than 100 000 five years.

Our goal for the coming years is to help the governments of small cities and developing countries to establish closer contact with citizens in order to solve social, economic and other problems in their region through more information and sharing of information among the population. And also help small non-profit organizations to cooperate with people around them to jointly improve life in their region.
To begin with, in the first 1-3 years we plan to implement our solutions in small organizations and, if possible, to talk with the authorities.

Lack of resources at the same time to develop, establish relationships with stakeholders and advertisements as such.

We do not have so many tools to move in all directions at once. However, when we have the opportunity we try to participate in contests of grants like this. We also try to establish links with local organizations to test our solutions and more targeted development. We also try to establish links with the government. Work in all these areas is underway, it’s just that in the absence of resources, it is slower than we would like, since most of the free time is spent on development.

Part-time staff: 2 developers

I'm senior software developer with experience in programming more than 10 years, and now, when we have suffisient qualification, I'm and my friends looking for a way to serve people. We wrote letters for Facebook, Google, Yandex since this task is very close to that they do, but they have more important tasks to do that's why we are trying our best to propose a solution

Today we speak with organizations authorities, trying to find out they needs and solve them with tools that we are developing.For now, we expect financial support from independent donors( since we are developing template (such as wikimedia or mudle) )

Our prospective business model is similar to the one for which projects like Wikipedia, Joomla, Mudle etc. are developing. But we also consider in the future the possibility of creating a separate organization to finalize specific solutions and develop paid supplements.

As mentioned above, support from independent donors and separate organizations for particular solutions and profit add-ons development.

We are not so familiar with Solve, but we assume that participation will allow our project to be visible and also inspire others to make efforts to improve the lives around them.
