Accurate, early and effective diagnosis
The using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and other diagnostic methods, such as advanced blood sampling, as the beginning of a new health care system that primarily serves Latin America.
The main problem is the millions of deaths that occur in all countries due to diseases that have a cure or treatment, especially now that we live in an era of technology that cures serious diseases such as brain injuries, which can be treated with haptic gloves, a unique innovation of the last decade, in this way, the affected people are the ones who receive a diagnosis but it is ineffective and, even worse, hospitals treat people with terminal illnesses that could have been avoided with an effective diagnosis, which generates a chain of chaos, since while one person is being cured, ten others have already fallen ill and their lives are in danger. So today's problem that is seen on a daily basis is that we continue to make diagnoses in traditional ways such as listening to the heart or a knee blow, to better understand this part we will give an example of an average Latino, generally the majority of Latinos do not Diagnoses are usually made because it is very difficult to have a general and precise diagnosis, so at the first symptoms, since they are not so serious, the person self-medicates or ignores the problem, only when it occurs. worsens they decide to go to a professional, so this person goes to the hospital and since there are many patients, it is most likely that they will be seen late, which worsens their illness and resources are wasted on a person whose mortality rate is high, the worst is that this pattern is repeated if another person falls ill and they are not cared for, and if they are cared for, it is usually deficient, creating a problem for patients, doctors, resources, and other things, and everything could be avoided if a general and precise diagnosis is made, since in this way it could have been saved and this harmful vicious circle would not be generated. A crucial factor is the monotonous education of educational centers in Latin America when new companies with better technologies emerge over the years, and both engineers and medical personnel are not up to date with what is currently being developed, which makes it difficult to implement these improvements technologies. In summary, today's problem is the health system that has been managed for decades and despite having the tools, we do not use them and worse still, they are unknown in many parts of the world.
To create this precise and highly effective diagnosis, a blood sample must first be taken from the "Grail" company, since it can detect more than 50 types of cancer, and when detecting any suspicious areas, perform a nuclear magnetic resonance to be able to give you an accurate diagnosis years in advance. There are also various companies dealing with ways to create accurate diagnostics such as "Fountain Life", so the focus of the next few decades is to make it accessible as the technology already exists. So, the solution, in addition to providing an accurate diagnosis, is to create programs and a new system that encourages the use of this new technology, through the media, educational centers, investors, among other things. The best way to distribute today is to make agreements with companies or authors so that this innovative technology is available to everyone, but the base has to be technology based on creating diagnoses, since this would eliminate much of the chaos that exists because it does not know how to adapt to this new era of technology. One way is that of a large distribution, and the other, which is easier, is giving the rights and remuneration (if necessary) to the authors, to create this great technology in more parts of the world, mainly in Latin America, since it has Lots of potential but because of the chaos and disorder in the different surroundings, we continue to live in endless chaos. Creating new thoughts in medicine, engineering and investors mainly, since these are the basis for the project to work both in the short and long term, and this would generate a chain reaction that would allow serving more areas such as Africa due to the large number of excess of physicians in Latin America.
Those affected are two large groups, the patients who die every day and the health personnel who live stressed, a large part of them, due to the chaos of various things such as time changes or the many difficult-to-treat patients. As already mentioned in the next question, in the book "Life force" by Tony Robbins, many tools are mentioned to treat the various diseases, but the basis to be able to supply everyone, is with a good diagnosis, since in vain it is have the technology if it is not used on time. We will mention a classic example that happens when we refer to "chaos": First, a person before a small symptom prefers to self-medicate or ignore the problem, after the disease becomes deadly, it is where the person seeks professional help such as a doctor , when you arrive at the hospital, it is most likely that you will be seen late because of the thousands of patients or, in any case, you will be treated but poorly because most hospitals are not well equipped, this person, having an advanced disease, has a very high mortality rate, which makes treatment difficult, and worse, resources are spent on a person whose probability of being saved is low, and while they care for this person, another 20 wait to be treated, and thus the pattern is repeated, producing thousands of deaths, the opposite of what happens if the disease is detected on time, since an appointment with the doctor can be made for an operation or any treatment, and the sooner the detected problem occurs , they can make small changes such as a small treatment or a specific change in the way they eat and thus have a low mortality rate. Now doctors would be more available for urgent cases, and there would be a surplus in most cases, which could be resources and medical personnel, which allows not only to care for more people effectively, but also to be able to distribute this health personnel to areas that need more help such as Africa, and even better, it would be a development because we are talking about taking advantage of the pioneering technology that has been developed recently, which would mainly mean having better doctors and engineers. I know that what was answered in the questions leaves many gaps and doubts, however, I have worked on an essay specifying some points in more detail to understand the impact, I will leave it in the part where you are asked to upload a video, since commenting on it would be very long and describing it here would also be very long, the essay was divided each point to make it more understandable.
This is what encouraged me to send a solution about all this, which would be my personal story, I have my grandparents who live alone in the countryside, and my grandfather had to travel, just that morning when my grandfather arrived in Cajamarca, my grandmother she suffered a stroke, she became unconscious, so my mother and I had to go to help her; we went to a hospital, and they took a long time to treat us, and in the end they told us that they did not have enough oxygen to take care of her in case she suffered another attack, so we had to take her to another hospital, the regional hospital, according to people it is the best equipped and implemented, but it turns out that they told us that they also do not have oxygen to treat her and she did not have health insurance either (a way to reduce the costs of treatments and everything related), in the end, on the third attempt, we finally arrived at a hospital where they finally have oxygen to treat it, but in all that was reported, about 20 hours passed, so it became very difficult to treat and operate on it, since the operations have a high efficiency if they are treat on time, on average 3-4 hours after the stroke, then to take care of her; My family and I took turns taking care of her and being attentive to any unforeseen events. Being younger, I was the one who stayed the longest at the beginning, so I know that there is always a way out if I commit to looking for it, that is my belief, that's why I started to think and see several solutions, but I remembered a book called "Life Force" by Tony Robbins which came out in February 2022, and that book was great, I found a medicine so revolutionary that it seemed like fiction, I found very advanced things for rejuvenation, to fight many diseases with stem cells, and in my case to help my granny with her brain injury, I found in chapter 18 many solutions, although the ones that caught my attention the most were Thad Starner's haptic gloves, or the use of artificial intelligence to recover most or all of the motor functions of the brain, so I asked myself a question, why if we have this technology that can cure many people, we don't use it and what's worse we don't know it? And in the hospital I saw that it was chaos, many people die every day from things that I had read that they have a cure, for example, I made friends with a man in the hospital who said his sister had a heart problem, after several days, the doctors told him that his sister's case was serious and they would have to transfer her from Chiclayo (where I was at the time) to Lima (the capital of Peru), and in many cases, the friends of my relatives had an accident, with which they end up taking that person to a hospital, but it turns out that they do not have the necessary equipment to treat people, so they end up taking them to Lima or anywhere else, and when one least expects it, that patient has already lost his life, despite the fact that I don't watch the news and I don't get information from the health personnel, it is something that happens so daily that I always hear about it, and even worse, people live so much in this daily chaos that they no longer see it as a problem but as a a standard by which we must live. It is here where I understood that anticipation is a great weapon to avoid all this chaos, and the best way is to have an accurate and effective diagnosis, and he stressed it and mentioned it many times since at the age of 15 I contracted asthma due to my carelessness, and I suffered So much with my asthma that I had to miss school and on many occasions I almost died, but that pain encouraged me to investigate and find a way to end my asthma. In my case, I was able to anticipate finding better ways of eating, daily exercises, ways of breathing among other things, and now at 19 years old I can say that I don't have a single asthma symptom because I was able to prevent it, but I know that not all people are so curious like me, so to make it easy for everyone, it is about providing an effective diagnosis so that they can prevent it in different ways.
I mention all this from my position as a patient and family member of a patient, seeing everything that happens in a hospital made me understand that we live in a health system that cannot provide for everyone, and in conversation with medical friends and nurse friends, I was able to conclude that they live in daily chaos. I researched the potential people and they all mention it in the book "Life Force", so it would be a matter of creating an agreement to be able to generate its distribution, or its manufacture elsewhere, I know that the fact that Tony Robbins is a philanthropist is not enough to specify what has been mentioned, but I can emphasize that there are many companies that can serve as an alternative, and in Latin America there is a lot of potential in young people to improve their nation, so I think it is a matter of searching with all companies and generate international programs that can support this project, since if it comes from Latin America, many young people will join in a very effective way, I consider myself and I join this project, no matter how complicated it is, because I know that it has a great impact beyond Latin America.
- Improving healthcare access and health outcomes; and reducing and ultimately eliminating health disparities (Health)
- Concept: An idea being explored for its feasibility to build a product, service, or business model based on that idea.
What makes this project innovative is the different focus it has, since many companies and research have focused on the creation of new technology, something that we currently already have, we are in an era of technology that has advanced so much that it can cure and treat many diseases, however, few have focused on its distribution and efficacy, and the latter begins with a good diagnosis to make use of the best tools and resources. I will be studying electrical mechanical engineering, and together I will learn programming in a self-taught way, mainly to be part of the projects that facilitate the process, and something I am focusing on is learning the python language to take advantage of the advances of Artificial Intelligence. Also for the following year I will have a work team with which to carry out this project and help me in the various areas to be able to make agreements with companies or people related to all this advanced technology, although the base of everything will be the technology related to effective diagnoses. I would like to expand the vision to show the best technological advances that are being developed and are already being used today. Likewise, I also plan to travel to the United States with my team to be able to connect first with Tony Robbins in Florida, since it is his place of residence, and to be able to reach an agreement that allows me to connect with the necessary people that allow me to distribute all this pioneering technology, since Tony Robbins is the author of the book "Life Force", and he has access to all these people who are making incredible advances in technology applied to medicine.
There are already many related companies that offer great diagnostics, but I like to highlight "Fountain Life" because they use artificial intelligence and with this they can predict a heart attack from 3 to 10 years in advance, which is like an example of the great technological advance that is currently taking place. Another company that I would like to highlight is that of "Grail", since they only need a blood sample and can detect up to more than 50 types of cancer, which is very advantageous, since a large number of people do not want to undergo a diagnosis since it is expensive and it turns out that it is not very precise and analyzes very little, the opposite of what the company "Grail" can do. And by other companies we have "Quest diagnostics", "LabCorp", "Quicksilver Scientific", "Cleerly" and "Health Nucleus", these being some of the companies that are developing great technology capable of generating a crucial change in history.

This solution will start with 10 people next year, even if they are few, it will require time, a team, resources and more. Effective diagnostics will be combined with innovative technology already in use, such as Thad Starner's haptic gloves.
Right now the most difficult barrier to overcome is money, and the environment, I don't want it to sound like an excuse, but in Peru the vast majority of people are conformist and every time someone tries to progress, people try to get rid of that person, that's where the famous phrase "the enemy of a Peruvian is another Peruvian" comes from. The money barrier is based on the fact that if I had enough money, I think I would try to skip a few steps to advance, such as studying in the United States and interacting directly with the people who are developing this technology, this would make the project much easier since in Peru , much of the education has a very low level.
For now I do not have the support of any organization, however, in two months I will start university and as I said, with a work team, I will start looking for organizations that are interested, although it is very likely that they will be organizations from the United States since in Peru, the organizations are very skeptical and corrupt, not all but the vast majority.
