CROWDPOINT is a cloud and mobile app on location intelligence. It is specifically designed for citizen's empowerment that allows citizen's participation in reporting real-time needs for community services.

The CROWDPOINT system promotes the following:

We are looking for partners to support us primarily in promoting the use of our system and also provide resources for us to achieve our goal of active citizen engagement for good governance.

It is the first of its kind addressing the needs and process in Local Government units.

We are combining available mobile app, web app technology and location intelligence.

This system provides a transparent platform that every citizen will be empowered to give feedback to government. On the other hand, government will have a more data driven operation and policy making.

We are serving all but we have put this on hold for a while because of insufficient funding.

We want Crowdpoint to become the most used application that shall greatly improve citizen engagement and good governance. 

Lack of funding because we need a third party to support Crowdpoint.

Thru partnership with NGO’s around the globe.

We are about 5 in the team.

We have now the experience and business knowledge to move this forward.

We are working on the pilot testing of the system in a local government unit in the Philippines.

Business model is similar with Facebook but in addition to this we shall sell the other part of the module to the local government unit to facilitate their actions on every report or feedback. 

Customers shall be advertisers and local government units. Data analytics will be another source of revenue.

We need first to look for investment for us to increase the number of citizen users for Crowdpoint to make a great impact in requiring local government units to avail of the LGU app and module. We need to establish Crowdpoint as a transparent platform for citizen engagement and good governance. 

When there is enough number of users we may also be able to bring in more advertisers.

We are applying for Solve because when we are chosen and linked with the best MIT, this will help us get the attention of NGO’s to help us fund the system for global citizen engagement and good governance. This will put Crowdpoint in a position that shall attract funding institutions.

We would like apply AI in our system to make Crowdpoint a system of its own. The lesser human intervention in the system, the better transparency and accountability. I envision Crowdpoint to become the conscience of communities in the future. 

We would like to set up Crowdpoint in every city and localities in the world.

We would like to use the fund to make our system totally data privacy compliant.
