Developing the natural silk industry, recycling production waste and production of oyster mushrooms, Empowerment small farmers, young graduates and housewives to establish production units and purchase production from them.
1- The gap in the natural silk market between local production and consumption, where 1.5 tons are produced locally and 350 tons are imported, and this represents a great burden. The reason for this problem is that Egypt was a pioneer in the production of natural silk, but the Egyptian market was invaded by imported Chinese silk at very cheap prices, which made the task It is impossible for local producers to compete with the imported product, and they left this industry. More than 3 million mulberry trees were destroyed. However, in the last 10 years, the prices of imported natural silk have increased, which made us think about restoring Egypt to its position in the production of natural silk. The state is striving to support local producers.
2- The problem of agricultural waste and its disposal in an unsafe and environmentally harmful manner. This problem represents a major cause of global warming and climate change. Egypt produces more than 40 million tons of agricultural waste annually.
3- The scarcity of the production of oyster mushrooms in Upper Egypt, and therefore it is supplied from Lower Egypt, which leads to an additional burden such as transportation costs and short shelf life.
4- Unemployment
5- Poor rural family income and dependence on traditional means of income
Developing the natural silk industry in Egypt by cultivating fields of mulberry trees, using wastewater to irrigate part of the fields, raising silkworms, and recycling agricultural waste for use in growing oyster mushrooms, in addition to providing support services to small farmers, youth, and housewives, providing them with production requirements and training to establish units productivity, follow-up with them, buy production from them, and connect it to manufacturing, exporting, and using companies, and we provide most of our services through the platform and the electronic application
_ Small farmers: They suffer from a lack of income and their dependence on traditional income methods and their need for income methods greater than the same resources they own. Our solution will add an unconventional income method for them and increase their income. This is done by providing them with mulberry trees to plant in their fields indoors or as windbreaks around the field or load on other crops And buying paper from them or supplying them with a natural silk production unit, and this represents a double income _ Young graduates: They suffer from a lack of job opportunities and a lack of support to establish their own project, and we will meet their needs by providing them with training and supplies to establish their own project, follow them up, and buy production from them _ Spinning and weaving companies: by supplying silk cocoons and raw silk to them instead of importing it
_ The loom and weaving companies: by supplying them with raw silk _ Hotels and tourist resorts: supplying oyster mushrooms to them instead of importing or buying them from far away _ Hypermarkets in tourist cities: providing oyster mushrooms for them with an appropriate validity, and also providing the advantage of returns for expired or spoiled products _ Housewives in the villages: by empowering them, training them, and providing them with production requirements and follow-up to establish natural silk production units inside the house and purchase production from them, and thus increase the income of the rural family

Yes, we are working to empower young graduates, small farmers and housewives, and increase their income in a new, easy and less dangerous way. Also, this contributes greatly to restoring Egypt to its leadership in the production of natural silk. Also, our project works with a zero waste system and makes use of all the resulting waste. Fields with wastewater and the use of renewable energy.
We have many influential goals that we are working hard to achieve during the next year, including empowering a large number of housewives exceeding 40 women and also empowering a large number of young graduates and small farmers exceeding 50 people, in addition to recycling all our production waste and our customers, and also employing women as they represent Women are more than 70% of the employees and workers within the company, and this greatly reduces unemployment
My project depends on the use of many technological means that support our project, including an electronic application and a website for the company, in addition to modern irrigation methods for the fields, also a machine for shredding the resulting waste, also devices for measuring humidity and temperature, as well as solar energy and modern motors, also a number of devices and means inside production wards
