Evaluating Growth and Development through Technology

The problem of silent majority in the  community where by they  dont feel the  inpact of government or institutional polices effect on thier lifes but their voices are not held or not voice out for fear of the  unknown. The plate form will creat an enabling atmosphere where by citizens can freely express thier views, thoughts, feelings about government (institutional) polices affecting their lives be it negative or positively. 

This will be a mobile and webbased plateform where surveys can be carried out about government polices of a people (nation) be it National or regional.

This will greatly effect governement policies as primary data will be collected at various level to determine the  impact of government polices on it citizens.

Most regional or central government get a feeling that their polices and generic and can solve all problems for it citizens but they fail to take into cognism that it is not true wholely to generalize a solution for problems at hand. About 80% of citizens dont feel the impact of government polices on thier lives but dont have a plateform where to express their greviance,

The silent majority

A mobile and webbased platform will be used for data collection through surveys. a mobile based will be primary through SMS, Short code messages will be allocated regionaly to collect data for a given region at a time. However, a webbased will be used for more sufisticated users sinnce AI is becoming the new era of technology: an  AI Application  will be developed to interact with citizens on various topics to gather data for statistical analysis.

Using mobile Technology it the most promising way for data collection as developed, developing and the  underdeveloped countreis of the  world have a network divided. It is ideal to consider Mobile technologies as an innovative means for data collection.
