Reduce the healthcare's distance

It works upon the most important and basic healthcare facilities to be provided to the patience to leave very far from the hospital to save their life by building an application.

Through this we are solving a healthcare problem in our society. Many people live at very far distance from the main city hospital. So, in case of emergency when they try to reach the local hospital in the locality which is also quite far from there home and eventually the condition become more serious when they got transferred from there because of lack of resources and they do not know what to do in that situation and the patient die. This scenarios become more words in the condition for pregnant womens who live far away in the rural areas. If I give the example through the data it would be of my own local area in West Champaran, Bihar, India. Nearly more than 22 villages are in my local area and you can find these villages on the Google map too. Their names are baijuva, marchahiea , Bhagwanpur, Srinagar, Gobarhi and there are many more like these villages. The population over here is more than 50000 and all these people are facing this health care problems and mainly womens and children every day. This isn't goes watched in rainy season when they have no contact with local hospital also. Since the local hospital did not have a good health care facilities and good number of doctors so they are facing these problems day by day. As in my locality only more than 50000 people are affected and there are hundreds of villages like this surrounding the main hospital in the town and 100S of towns are there in this state and this is not only the problem of my state but the case is seen in most of the states of my country and also in most of the areas in under developing or developing countries around the world. That's why I am trying to build this application to reduce the distance of healthcare to save the people's precious lives.

My solution is to build an application which will provide all best and basic but important information to the people in case of emergency of like this to save their life and reach the hospital with controlled condition so that their lives could be saved. It will provide all the information to the people in their own language ( mostly in the popular one). It will be used by voice commands so that even a normal person who didn't know how to write do not get trouble while handling this application. It tell how to perform basic first aid walk to control the condition in different kind of situations and if required the application will directly contact to the doctor in main hospital who will guide in the best possible way to save the patient life. It will use the existing technology is with voice recognisation system and translating system for the ease of the people. Sensitive involving many more features like this so I am working to build it in the best possible way to solve this basic problem and to save people not from my locality who are near once but also all the people like this living on the mother earth. it will also help to those who go for mountaineering all tracking or roaming around somewhere where there is a lack of health care system. It will also have the list of hospitals and their location so that it can guide the patient to reach at right place at right time so that their lives could be saved.

It will help the patient to get all the information in their own language and also how to perform basic first Ed walk to control the condition in different kind of situation any required the application will directly contact itself to the doctor in the main hospital who can guide the patient in the best possible way to save his or her life. It will also have the list of hospitals and their location so that it can guide the patient to reach at the right place at right time so that his or her life could be saved. If I talk about the target population than the number would be in crores in my country only any five talk about the main hospital surrounding people than it would be more than 2 to 3 lacs in my town only and if I talk about the local hospital where I live then the number would be more than 50000 as I calculated based on the survey I have done. When I talk to the people then they all over having these problems. They told me that in case of emergency when they try to reach to the local hospital in their locality which is also a quite for at distance from their house and they got transferred from there because of the lack of resources and then the condition become more serious because they do not know what to do in that situation and in most of the cases patient die and this condition becomes more words in the condition of the pregnant woman to live far away in the ruler areas and also for the children who die only because of not getting to the hospital at right time and also not getting proper first aid in the middle of the journey to the hospital. So this application is going to give them access to all the basic first aid for the every situation and condition that they are going to face in the middle of the journey so that there's life could be saved and also the proper and right hospital nearest to them so that the right place at right time and their life would be saved the application as already informed in the hospital that a patient is coming with this problems.

I personally have worked in the field of healthcare as I was selected as volunteer for the vaccine process from my school and got an opportunity to serve the people. During this I have travelled for distances and got to know how the condition of the health care systems are into the villages which are far away from the main cities. If I talk about my skills then I am good at graphic designing, coding, programming, game development and application development. I am working on an another application with this to resolve all the problems of the payment options which are being faced on the other payment portals. I have my school in developing its security system and being one of the members of the council for the security purposes. 

I have done survey in 22 villages for 5 months. The name of the villages are as follows :-

Here I talk to more than 2000 people and they all agree that they need the help in the situation so that their lives could be saved. While doing survey I meet and old lady over here named Rammati devi who started crying when I asked about this because you lost her son and a daughter in law after an accident as they did not reach to the hospital at time and they also don't know what kind of help they can provide at that point of time. I personal in the field of healthcare as I was selected as a volunteer for the vaccination process from my school and got an opportunity to stop the people. During this I have travel for the status and God to know how the health care systems and conditions are into the far villages.

It makes it more innovative because of its way of communication with the people in their local language and can communicate with them like a normal person. So that even a person who is disable to read or write can also understand it very easily also it's way of registrying automatically to the hospital for the patient and connecting to the hospital and doctor if required on its own make its unique. In future we will try to make it available in the form of virtual reality and use of robotics also enhance the quality of the application into reach more and more people and so that we can save their life.

Within 3 to 4 months I hope we are able to build this application so in the next year I am hoping to serve the people of my state which is around in the number of 5 to 6 lakh in them to move it to the other states eventually and gradually and then to cover the whole country and slowly to the outer world also. It will directly impact the people's life as the will not face any more difficulties in getting to the hospitals I just trying to end or in the case of emergency being panact because there will be someone who is going to help them out to get out of that problem and that is our application.

For for now we are using the existing technology is like internet of things and web applications or building and application for this particular healthcare facility and also the voice recognisation system translating system but in the coming future we are going to make it virtual reality so that the people will get more out of it and they can understand it more easily. Also we are going to use robotics in this after 3 to 4 years so it is directly going to impact the people in the best possible way because through robotics and virtual reality we are going to reach the mass of the people in more easier way and in more best way.

Just after being made it is going to serve more than 50000 people and as time passes it is going to serve 5 to 6 lakhs of people in the year or two but eventually when the time pass our target is to serve the whole India in the next 5 years that means you are going to serve crores of people in India to save their life and help them out

Currently I am facing the barrier into the finance as I am from low income family. That's why I have to save and then invest into my project to get it done. That's why in the above questions I have mentioned it would take me 3 to 4 or 5 months to make it. Other than financial problems I don't think we are going to face any other problems because in the every part or say every corner of the world people are using smartphone and they are aware how to use it and if it is in their own regional language then it is going to help them in the best possible way.

No, I am not  but I have worked with government hospitals in my locality to know more about this problems and also taken courses from different platforms. I have worked with 3 government local and small hospitals in my area and talked to more than 12 doctors about this.

We going to help our target customers by providing all the information in their own language and also how to perform their basic works to save their life by helping them to get register to the hospital before reaching over there so that they do not get delayed and the treatment starts as soon as the reach over there and also by guiding them to reach to the nearest and best hospital. As there is a large number of target customers and the all need this because everyone want their life to be saved in case of emergency. And for generating revenue it would be like I am going to keep the subscription charge for the people between 3 to 4 dollars per 3 months so that it will not impact the law income people who live in villages. For the people living in countries like India it would cost between 200 to 300 rupees. In this way we are going to provide the best quality to our customers in the low cost so that our purpose also be full filled together with generating the revenue to keep our work going on and support our organisation.

For the financial sustainability firstly I am going to invest some money by my own and as I live in India there is a few procedures by the government of India through which they provide loans to the young entrepreneurs who want to resolve the problems of the society in a innovative way at very low interest rates and as the application starts running it is going to generated revenues through ads and subscription charges and also in future we will move to the micro financers to get our idea funded by them to scale it from regional to National to international level.

If for the rough sketch I take only 30000 people out of 70000 are going to use this application at the basic level then also the total revenue generation will be 60 lacs from one reason and if we take out the operating charges for around between 40 to 50 lacs then also our net profit generation from one particular reason is going to be 10 lakhs and there are enormous reasons within a particular district and their are a large number of districts within a state and their total 28 states in India and many more villages than our imagination. So it is really going to be beneficial in the terms of solving the problem and generating the revenue and adding the value to the economy of the country.
