Worldwide Employment Platform

There is a problem of unemployment all over the world, partly this problem is generated by the globalization of the world economy, world cooperation, the division of labor. However, the same developments of the world community, which gave rise to this problem, can be aimed at solving it by finding unclaimed specialists, workers and employees in any country in the world, where there is a shortage of such workers.

To solve the problem of employment, it is necessary to create a global employment agency with a resume database around the world. At the initial stage of the formation of the agency, it may exist in the form of cooperation of national employment authorities.

In the future, the agency can become not only a global employment platform, but also a learning center, which will be an additional resource for eradicating poverty and destitution by increasing access to the labor market.

According to the "World Employment and Social Outlook: Trends 2019" of the International Labour Organization (ILO) in 2018, the global unemployment rate was estimated to stand at 5.0 percent: it had therefore descended gain to the level of 2008 and was significantly below the average of 5.4 percent for the period since 2000. It is remarkable, though, that whereas it took only one year for the global unemployment rate to jump from 5.0 percent in 2008 to 5.6 percent in 2009, the recovery to the original value has taken a full nine years.

The global unemployment rate is expected to remain essentially unchanged over the next few years, in line with projections pointing to stable global economic growth (IMF, 2018a). In fact, there are already signs that the world economic outlook is deteriorating, as evidenced by the IMF’s downward revision of growth estimates in IMF, 2018a compared with IMF, 2018b. According to ILO estimates, the IMF’s latest projections of economic growth (published in October 2018) suggest that there will be an additional 2 million unemployed people by 2020.

My job is not related to the employment of people, however, as an employee, I am very concerned about the problem unemployment.

Worldwide Employment Platform is a theoretical project, the main idea of which is to link all employers and employees into one network through a global online platform with mediation in matters of official exit/entry from  country to country. Such mediation is especially important for network members from low-income countries. In such countries, where, for certain, there is no free access to the Internet, the role of an intermediary will consist not only in helping to execute documents, but also in accompanying an employee during the entire employment process. Essentially, the proposed platform should assume the responsibilities of the World borderless Agency for Employment. At the initial stage, an agency database can be generated using data from national agencies. In the future, the agency may open access to everyone, both employers and employees, register to search for an employee or job.

I present my own concept of solving the global problem of unemployment as an individual
