THE YOUNG TO YOUNG

We empower future leaders by innovating long-term solutions in various modern technology skills development programs.
The definition of "quality education" varies from continent to continent and country to country, as does the level of pressure schools put on their students. Students are unable to get a depth of knowledge as they are susceptible to systems that are pressing student's performances "just on grade". This has led to them to forcibly cease dreaming of what they aspire to become. Students are exposed to many social media platforms in today's digital environment, but there is a gap in knowing how to utilize them.
Globally, 40% of students are under academic pressure, and 24% of students in the United States are concerned about their future job prospects after graduation. In the United States, 6 out of 10 college students had OVERWHELMING ANXIETY, and more than 40% had crippling anxiety. Every year, approximately 500 Japanese students under the age of 20 commit suicide. Most African countries do not provide employable skills, resulting in a high rate of unemployment.
Stress is a major contributor to student failure among university and college students. At least 45.1% of university, college (+18 years) students worldwide experience extreme above-average stress, with approximately 12.7% experiencing tremendous stress, compared to only 2.4% experiencing no stress. This world 50 Current Student Stress Survey Statistics shows that there are serious flaws in the current educational system, regardless of geographical location. The graph below depicts current student stress statistics.

According to research.com, some common reasons for student stress include: perception of course work, with approximately 61% "Get good Grades", 29% "look good", 28% "Fit in socially", and equally 21% "Get involved in extracurricular activities" and "Be Good at Sport". It is not surprising that the perception of "getting a good grade" is one of the leading causes of student stress. As measured by the "level of performance," this is considered a leading measuring success rate. This has clearly contributed to the highest rates of students losing interest in taking up positions in careers that conform to their genuine talents and interests because they haven't met the requirements to enroll in such fields, as well as increased anxiety and stress.
The main reason for this is that school life requires numerous adjustments from students, increasing stress levels, and students attend school solely to obtain a certificate in order to find work, resulting in increased unemployment, a lack of skills, and the death of passions. Where schools only teach prescribed things like Discipline on assignments, Memorize answers, out-of-date curriculum, and finally, schools rule students as robots.
The Young To Young argument is not to criticize such existing educational systems, however our approach is to devise a much more improvised approach that will ensure that learners and students across the world are given exposure for them to confidently acknowledge their earnest talents alongside the skills they are taught in formal classes. Every learner is entitled to have equal learning opportunity that truly supports their dreams to become self-sufficient.
We are using webinars to raise global student awareness of international relationships and to spread the message of equality and information about global issues. We believe in each student's inherent ability to provide clarity in life, manage academics, and have a thorough understanding of their aspirations. This will help students gain confidence, develop their entrepreneurial skills, and become more interested in socioeconomic innovation. The talk on the science platform will assist students in learning how to apply existing technology, as well as in gaining a deeper understanding of how technology works in our daily lives. It also encourages students to question existing technology and improves research skills in order to find solutions to many global problems.

6. RESEARCH
Along with coursework, the Young-to-Young program encourages students to pursue their passions and creativity. We believe that each student possesses a unique talent, and that some of them may be looking forward to this opportunity. Every student idea should be recognized, practiced, and documented so that one of their ideas can make a significant contribution to the world.
We are enlisting 15+ students to write a case study/research paper, with over 100 students expected to participate each month.
We encourage students to generate ideas, stimulate ideas through research, and make an impact by turning research into a practical product.

Numerous reports indicate that teens all over the world do not enjoy school and experience a variety of stresses that can affect their mental health. We conducted a prototype E-learning course across Africa and discovered that 6 out of 10 students were passionate about learning about STEM and were more creative when expressing their technological intelligence. However, because of poor internet access, extensive education, and financial inability, students often drop out of school. As a result, we learned through our program that students wanted to learn tech skills from an international platform that would enable them to work for themselves. Similar to other nations, pupils in this one experience stress because of an uncertain, outdated curriculum.
We, the young to young team, who are currently working as volunteers across eight nations, successfully conducted a seminar and workshop at the university level in the Philippines law school with the support of the student council. With the help of NEFTSA, we also raised awareness of food technology by holding an offline and online seminar in Pokhara, Nepal. and we established CODE4YOU with the help of KIDSRIGHT Netherlands and the partnership of YOUTH IMPACT CENTER Nigeria. We had an impact on 300 students from 9 different countries by teaching them how to code effectively at the basic, intermediate, and advanced levels. We are proud of having conducted 40+ workshops and continuing to do so. We also made 20 self-employed individuals from our CODE4YOU initiative. We know that students prefer to work on their own ideas while stepping back to follow out-of-date curricula since we have training 15+ selected students for research courses where we help them share their ideas IN front of the world. So, based on our different experiments, we were able to understand why MNCs recruit on skill rather than grade since people work quickly if they have knowledge, however graded students want a mentor to help them through their task.
Since mental health in students is deteriorating as a result of academic pressure, we DO HAVE MORE THAN 30%+ market size in every country worldwide.lets make stress free learning and learn what makes love to do.
- Improving learning opportunities and outcomes for learners across their lifetimes, from early childhood on (Learning)
- Prototype: A venture or organization building and testing its product, service, or business model
We operate on the CREATE, STIMULATE, AND IMPACT principle.
CREATE; Develop an inquisitive mindset and pursue your passions. Begin documenting your creation in the form of a research paper at a young age.
STIMULATE; your research documentation into practical action in later school
IMPACT; Inspire the world with your innovation.
Several medical studies have found that students between the ages of 13 and 18 with a high level of curiosity are also quick learners with a high capacity for understanding and learning. Ages 18 to 24 are perplexed about their area of expertise, whereas ages 25 to 30 are concerned about failing to achieve their goals. Apart from that, this school irritates us the most because it pushes us outside our comfort zones and forces us to deal with unwelcome life adjustments, stress, and pressure. On the other hand, the majority of students do not attend formal schools. These factors make student life stressful, and even after graduation, people are concerned about finding work, resulting in unemployment.
We, THE YOUNG TO YOUNG, wishes to introduce innovative education by offering research courses for people aged 13 to 27. We assist them in developing and publishing their own ideas, which makes them unique and builds confidence in life. Students learn critical, independent, and logical thinking, and they bring their research into product form to start a business.
Similarly, our entire service provides students with real education, such as low-cost E-learning on computer stuff that can be used as a part-time job.
Our other program, TALK ON SCIENCE AND TECH/GLOBAL ISSUE, connects and creates a young community to form a future leader. Here, students work on research, understand societal loopholes, and advocate for it.
Whereas mental health in school is destroying, adult life is destroying peace with no proper job, which is why we say STAY CLOSE TO YOUR VISION IF IT IS YOUR STRENGTH.
BUILD BETTER SKILLS FOR BEST LIFE, the BEST LIFE FOR AWESOME STORY.
Impact goal for 2023:
To reach the target audience of 10000+ students, 60 webinars will be held in 12 months, 36 offline workshops will be held in 12 months, 3000 tech students will be impacted by an international tech campaign with supportive organizations, 1200–1500 students will be enrolled in research courses in 12 months, and 3-4 offline conference events will be held in 12 months.
We are utilizing AI developed by our CTO Alison.
The AI reduces Google stress and high-speed interaction with students to aid in research, where it provides around 80% accuracy on research-related topics.

2022 Milestones Reached:
- We have reached 1500+ students in just 5 months.
- 300 students trained in computer coding from 9+ countries in just 5 months (in 2022). After enrolling in E-learning, 20+ students are capable of becoming self-employed.
- Since 45 days, there have been over 40 coding workshops.
- Three seminars/webinars were held in the Philippines and Nepal.
- More than 15 students are participating in the research program.
We are planning to have up to 10000 students impact by the end o 2023
Financially, we may need around $3000 USD for branding and marketing.
Technically, we would like to hire a video editor, graphic designer, and app developer for $6,000 USD (we hire them as intern to give opportunity to youngsters and to minimize cost)
We want to hold an offline international conference that will allow us to grow twice as fast.
We started a campaign called CODE4YOU to train African students in 3 months through our 40+ workshops, but with the help of YOUTH IMPACT CENTER NIGERIA (YIC), we were able to impact 300 students on a basic to advanced level. The partnership with YIC has assisted us with marketing across Africa. We found a helpful organization, KIDS RIGHT, in the Netherlands, and applied for 600-700 USD in funding.

We are working on community impacts, which leads to rapid growth. Our key partners will have an educational background, allowing us to quickly build a student community.
We intend to spend $10k on marketing in order to create long-term customers, and we do not intend to spend much money on marketing in the coming years.
Here, we have more than 40%+ market size in each country on various prospective such as Africa on digital learning, America on international relationship and stem tech, Philippines on leadership, Europe on life coach, and so on where each country's students are directly/indirectly connected to our service which leads to the expansion of our model.
By proving our service and based on collaboration with partnered org.
