crowdimpact is a digital decentralized crowdfunding platform enabling new SMEs and NGOs raise fund to implement community development project
It has never been simple for any person, business, corporation, organization, or even institution to obtain funding. It's a barrier because most talented people and startups aren't knowledgeable about available funding opportunities, project designing, and creative proposal writing to attract funding from various donors. It takes a lot of work just to raise the first dollar; startups, businesses, non-profit organizations, and talented but vulnerable people have it even worse given their level of experience and the impact they have had. It is truly a nightmare, and it continues to be one of the major obstacles to early-stage entrepreneurs, NGOs, and access to ideas and pre-revenue funds for proof-of-concept. The majority of entrepreneurs, innovators, and small NGOs with good ideas lack the necessary resources to develop and test their ideas in the market and community. This has caused many creative concepts, inventions, social enterprises, and even small NGOs in Tanzania to fail before they even got off the ground.
Crowdimpact's crowdfund platform allows verified SMEs and small NGOs to post their empowerment and social enterprise projects and receive impact funding from a network of both corporate social responsibility (CSR) and individual donors. SMEs and small NGOs seeking to raise funds from the platform will be verified through a due diligence process by our partners, Ennovation for Change, and go through capacity building sessions on project design and proposal writing. Then they can upload their project to be approved to raise funds. Following the completion of the fundraising activity, Innovation for Change will provide post-funding support to entrepreneurs and small non-governmental organizations to ensure that the capital raised is fully utilized to grow the business or create impact for the beneficiaries, while solving community problems and creating jobs through business expansion and operation sustainability.
Through crowdimpact , SMEs and small NGOs will be able to access pre-seed capital to prove concepts and grow their enterprise and operations to a commercial and sustainable level

Our team consists of three members, two of whom are young girls and one of whom is a boy. We have diverse backgrounds and experiences, which allows us to develop solutions such as: We have an accountant and finance manager with two years of experience, a project management and gender expert with one year of experience, and an IT with three years of experience.
Due to our background and experience that we have gives us confidence enough to solve the challenges in our community
We have a focused group discussion with different small Non government organization and SMEs to see on what are facing and makes them not growing and we find the big challenge was fund, because they have no donor who fund them due to lack of knowledge i writing good and attractive proposal , Lack of experience to manage donor fund
In the process of finding a solution for funding, we tried using GoFundMe in an effort to find alternative methods of funding. We were able to raise $10,000, but it did not work for us because it does not permit withdrawals from people outside of Europe. Then, after assessing the situation, we decided to start crowdfunding, which would help underfunded small NGOs and SMEs raise money to implement community projects in targeted areas, particularly Tanzania.

- Reduction of premature failure of most interventions toward underserved communities’ socio-economic problems from small organizations, by ensuring that they have the required resources to implement their solutions.
- Increase the number of custom-made solutions built using bottom-up methodologies, by building the capacity of the organizations in participatory development methodologies and offering them real-time mentorship support.
- Reduction of poverty preference in underserved communities, by ensuring that the highly impactful projects and solutions are actively implemented.

- We have built a custom decentralized crowdfunding platform to facilitate fundraising efforts for emerging organizations and businesses so that they can implement socio-economic interventions to empower most underserved communities in Tanzania. The platform is locally made, and integrated with payment gateways that work with both local and international currencies. The platform also allows donors and corporates through CSR to create accounts and choose from the list of projects and organizations to support based on their strategic directions.

Since we launched the solution, we have nine users. However, we aim to have 2040 users on our platform annually, which will allow us to greatly alleviate the problem.
Currently, there is a financial challenge.
We require financial assistance in order to purchase the equipment we need to do our work effectively, stabilize the system, and pay for our offices.
