Modern technology of transformation cassava into the flour

I want to facilitate the transformation of cassava directly into a dried flour without rays sun which is so hard so local community because of tropical humid climate

I have a project to improve processing techniques for cassava flour. The Burundian population lives mainly through agriculture. Its staple foods for the entire Burundian population are 95%, cassava flour. Burundi is located in the humid tropical zone where the precipitation falls almost all the year round, so the processing of cassava flour takes a long time because it does not have solar rays that dry its cassava to be easy to be transformed.

I have a project to improve processing techniques for cassava flour. The Burundian population lives mainly through agriculture. Burundi  is located in the humid tropical zone where the precipitation falls almost all the year round, so the processing of cassava  flour takes a long time because it does not have solar rays that dry its cassava to be easy to  be transformed. As an innovation, I took the initiative to facilitate these tasks by using modern processing tools, which automatically transform cassava from the fields and directly by producing the finished product (flour) into  in a short time and in a satisfactory way. It is very advantageous for the local population and for the development of the country.
 My project has not yet been realized because I do not have the means because I need quite a lot of processing machines, cassava harvesting machines and means for other other activities. The technicians are there but the means are not available.  not available.
 So hoping for a favorable response to help me start my project.

Cassava flour is more sought after than other foods. It is also the staple food for the whole local community.  initiative to multiply the quantity to make satisfaction and decrease the price to facilitate all citizens by this modern technology.

Me and my team are ready to work because we all have intellectual abilities, we have gone through different training courses. Among us there are technicians in the field.  activities.

To choose to first solve this problem among many of the community, we thought hard and collect the possible give and enter into collaboration with others from other countries who have tasted on the resolution of this problem for example in Cameroon this is where even we will buy these machines when we obtain financing for our project we are in collaboration with this Cameroonian technician who told us the whole truth.

What makes my solution innovative is the processing technique, the quantity produced, the ability to satisfy and the price. For me, I will use the machines that will produce and dry automatic flour, I will produce as much and the price will go decrease in place

My objectives for next year are: to employ 30 young people, to have subsidiaries or agencies in all the provinces of the country, to satisfy the entire local community, to have offices and so many defense partners.

For my project I will use new technology and my new company, today the members of my company are ready to work because they have skills and experience and we are in collaboration with another young Cameroonian who manufactures these machines. explained everything related to its uses and features.

We plan to serve 2 million people next year who will be most affected by the solution

Our obstacles are: the lack of electricity, the environment, few means and when the machines break down and lack the locations

I say now we don't relate with other partners except you

To sell our products and to be in collaboration with customers we use the media such as advertisements, radio and press releases but when we obtain financial means we will develop other strategies.

Our source of income does not cover our expenses many projects are on hold due to lack of financial resources but we plan to use bank accounts to receive funding from elsewhere.
