Improving the lives of people living in the Backwoods region, which is known for its lack of resources and opportunities.
The Problem
In Nigeria, there are about 47% of people live in the (rural) backwoods area, where they lack the necessary amenities and the knowledge required to perform daily tasks.
The problem they face:
1. Poor health care: People living in backwoods regions in Nigeria often do not have access to proper health care facilities, leading to poor health outcomes. This is problematic for women and children, who are more vulnerable to illness and disease.
2. Lack of education: Many people living in backwoods regions in Nigeria do not have access to quality education due to their lack of privileges. This can lead to a lack of knowledge and skills, which can limit their opportunities in the future.
3. Limited job opportunities: Lack of privileges also lead to a lack of job opportunities in backwoods regions in Nigeria. This lead to high levels of poverty and financial insecurity for people living in these areas.
4. Lack of infrastructure: Rural regions in Nigeria often lack proper infrastructure, such as roads, electricity, and clean water, which further compounds the problems faced by people living in these areas.

Looking at the condition and the state the region finds itself in, we were able to find various solutions by enlightening and bringing in various ideologies.
- To improve their internet connectivity; One major challenge people living in rural areas face is limited access to high-speed internet. We came up with several ways to address this issue, such as investing in infrastructure to bring broadband to these areas or using alternative technologies like satellite internet.
- To invest in education and training; providing them access to education and training will help them develop the skills they need to succeed in the modern economy by supporting their schools and providing job training programs.
- To promote tourism and recreation: moreover, we find out that rural areas have natural beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities will attract tourism. Developing and promoting limited resources will bring economic benefits to the area and create jobs in the tourism industry.
- To support their local business; In the light of the little business engaged in like farming, we see that building up their local economy will help them to create more jobs and provide more services for the people and they will get the skill of entrepreneurship.
- Providing telemedicine and telehealth facilities care; due to the lack of proper medical treatment, we come up with the idea of donating medical equipment that will help them to manage their health from afar through consultations with health care providers and they will have access to medical records.
When will survey the rural areas, we find out that that solution will improve their daily well-being and every single person living in the areas will be beneficial. Children and young adults will have access to education and will be enlightened on the present digital age by having access to the internet and being digitally literate. The adult will be more empowered with various skills and will be more self-dependent. They will also be living a healthy life with various medical support that will have access to
