The filter is not an order
A way to take advantage of harmful gases, get rid of them, reduce global warming, and convert harmful gases into new, usable materials.
Energy production has changed our lives. Not only technological development, but the environmental impact of the energy industry has caused negative changes in our ecosystems. Where the production of electricity and many industries cause the leakage of many harmful gases into the air; Like burning fossil fuels, which power generators to produce electricity, also produces many by-products such as sulfur oxides, carbon oxides, nitrogen oxides, and particulates, which consist mainly of very fine soot and ash particles. Among the most dangerous gases circulating from industries are sulfur dioxide (SO2) and carbon dioxide (CO2) in large quantities, as sulfur dioxide can irritate the eyes and affect the respiratory system, causing coughing and mucus secretion and exacerbating conditions such as asthma and chronic bronchitis, Furthermore, sulfur dioxide can react with water, oxygen, and other chemicals in the air to form sulfuric acid. The acid then mixes with water and other substances before falling to the ground as acid rain. Acid rain affects aquatic life and erodes metal bridges and rocks. Carbon dioxide is a major greenhouse gas. This trapped heat causes ice caps to melt and ocean levels to rise, causing floods. It also causes central nervous system damage, dizziness, and respiratory deterioration. The project is designed to benefit from harmful gases, by applying the project to sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide gases emitted by the electrical industry.
Our idea is that instead of releasing harmful gases into the air or installing filters, we do a chemical reaction with any element released from the factory to produce an eco-friendly element that can be sold to imitate another factory
The project will be put before the emission of harmful gases.
At the first container, only sulfur dioxide will be reacting by this equation: CaCO_3+SO_2+O_2→2CO_2+2CaSO_4
Calcium sulfate can be sold to earn money
The gaseous products pass through the tube to the second container.
At the second container the co2 reacts with the calcium hydroxide as sown in this equation: Ca(OH)_2+CO_2→CaCo_3+H_2 O
Calcium carbonate is reproduced as a product and then falls to the first container to react again with sulfur dioxide. The exceeded amount can be sold to earn money.
The second container gets heated by a flame, so the water gets separated from the other products and goes to the last container where it condenses and the other gases will go away.
Note this whole project is just an example, these gases can be replaced by others like methane; just find the written equation for use.
We will summarize the results and investigations of our project in:
First: There will be no need to use filters in factories, which will achieve great savings for factories
Secondly: this project will provide an internal source of water for the factories through the chemical process which will save a lot for the factory.
Third: this process does not need extra space or other expenses, as it needs a chemist only; to monitor the process and chemical calculations.
Fourth: A source to generate additional income for factories by selling CaSO4 with .. $ and it only needs to buy caco3with $200.00 /Ton
(caco3 will be reused from the first process instead of buying it again)
Fifth: applying this project will be a major industrial renaissance, as it will achieve development in the factories by adding a new technology that will change the fate of the harmful gases and materials that negatively affect the environment to materials that the factory can sell to operate other factories and earn money from them, and all of this will lead to the achievement of development and an industrial portfolio that raises the status of factories

What I needed to understand was to read a lot of papers on climate change and its causes, and what got me thinking about this project seriously was the global conference the U.N. Climate Change Conference held in Egypt in 2022.I've volunteered at some local associations that are doing climate change awareness, and I've designed the prototype myself.

After great of researches, we decided to work on one of the most dangerous problems “the pollution” by converting the wastes of burning coal _Sulfur dioxide (SO2) and carbon dioxide (CO2) _into a useful product that we need every day instead of using filters which are cost able and not efficient. Our project is designed as an addition step in the burning process. It is all about a container full of Calcium carbonate to form Sulfur dioxide to carbon dioxide and calcium sulfate which will be a useful produce for industries like the production of cement, floor screeds, and ceramics. Then the carbon dioxide will go up according to the density and path through another container fill off Calcium hydroxide converting to Calcium carbonate which is needed in the first reaction and the carbon dioxide which is produced from the burning will convert to Calcium carbonate and sell it in its condition. At the end the factory will gain a product to sell instead of putting money for filtering the air before releasing it

it renewable and lives longer and serves the environment
It achieves one of the most targeted goal at Europe and USA's factories
No need for more materials or tools only some chemicals and their cost is not high moreover the products can cover their cost

The obstacles that we face are the awareness that we need to spread among developing countries about the danger that climate change will bring to the planet.
Plus, the second hurdle is that we need to find a supplier to manufacture this filter.
