PLANET POSITIVE, SMART INDUSTRIES
fiber and polyester made from carbon emissions, carbon dioxide is harvested from the atmosphere and industrial using bioreactor with stabilized enzymes Wich turn it into building blocks called Polymer then fibers and polyester.
Earths’ climate change is impacted by the concentration of certain gases in the atmosphere, known as greenhouse gases, the most important being carbon dioxide and methane. As a result of human activity since the Industrial Revolution, the atmospheric concentrations of greenhouse gases – generally expressed as the number of greenhouse gas molecules per million or ppm – have risen consistently, from 280 ppm at the dawn of the Industrial Revolution to almost 410 ppm in 2019. Current carbon dioxide levels are the highest than at least 800,000 year ago.
Climate change is accelerating and its impacts increasing. Human actions are estimated to be causing the planet’s climate to change 170 times faster than natural forces. Despite a La Niña cooling event, 2020 was one of the three warmest years on record; 2011-2020 is the warmest decade recorded. Extreme weather, ice loss, sea level rise and ocean heat and acidification are accelerating. Human activities have caused approximately 1.2 °C of global warming above pre-industrial levels; under current policies, global temperatures are expected to reach nearly 2.9 °C by 2100. Current pledges and targets under the Paris Climate Agreement put the world on track to warm by approximately 2.4 °C
In East Africa and Tanzania more than 70 million are suffering from climatic change that has been attributed by
. Human activities like mining , Agriculture activities and industrial
.Other activities that has resulted to climatic change are transportation, burning of fossils, burning of plastic waste , home house cooking leading to emissions of carbon dioxide in atmosphere
Climatic change as the burden issues now days has a lot of impact to human and other living organisms
. Has resulted to increase in food insecurity is increasing globally 25 percentage and 21.1 sub Saharan Africa as 2019 based on SDG report
. Drought and flooding occurrence as what happened in Congo and kill more than 140 people
. Children malnutrition due scarcity of food as what seen in South Sudan , some area of Kenya and Tanzania over 5 millions of children suffer from malnutrition where 1 million has a chronic malnutrition
.Lack of arable land for crop and raw materials production
.lack of access to clean water
.Also under development of industries due to lack of raw materials that are needed for them to run.
What if the greenhouse gas emissions that cause the climate breakdown could be taken advantage of and used to reverse climate change? If we could unlock emissions as a resource instead of a heavy burden!.
In our Smart industry technology we diverts carbon emissions heading for the atmosphere and traps them in a bioreactor where stabilized enzymes transform the invisible gas into long and stringy, yet microscopic, building blocks.
Building blocks called polymers that are the very same raw material used today to manufacture fiber, polyester, other cellulosic fibres that are made from wood pulp and some time carbon fiber that used as suture material are made. The polymers formed in smart industries process are ideal for spinning into thread, paper and other product without needing to cut down even single tree.
The finished fiber and polyester is planet positive, meaning that each garment smart industries makes actually creates an environmental benefit as it removes carbon dioxide from the air and helps reverse climate change.
Technology
Our smart industries technology is Biotechnology powered by biology, our patent-pending technology is inspired by the biological machinery that plants use to turn CO2 into natural fibers but streamlined at an industrial scale outside the cell, cost-competitively with todays material production.
In our techonlogy we skip the water, land, and chemically intensive steps used today to grow and process plant fibers and polyester for raw materials in industry, and instead directly synthesize the same exact fibers to create our own our fiber and polyester, that is carbon-negative, water- chemical- & land-neutral, 100% traceable, and naturally biodegradable. That means that every garment made with smart industries technology removes ~2 bathtubs of pure CO2 from the atmosphere.
We're leading the charge on cell-free enzymatic synthesis to build the definitive solution to preserve human prosperity and economic growth through new supply chains.
Overall, this African continent contains a population of 626 million people, and 384 million 61 percent of them are farmers. Approximately 70 percent of Africa's population relies on subsistence farming. Subsistence farming, or smallholder agriculture, all of this people are affected with climatic change , with our project which aiming to restore the climate will address the problem of water availability and this people will manager to cultivate more food and excess food and other for business
In our country, government of Tanzania is embarking on industrialization drive towards middle income
economy by 2025 through job creation and economic growth. Industrial development depends
greatly on the availability and accessibility of raw materials and energy resources, skilled
manpower in specialized fields, infrastructure systems that are supportive industrial
Establishment and operations, and also capability of industries to produce products that can compete at local and international markets , this policy is hindered with availability of the raw materials which is affected by climatic change ,the raw materials will not be enough to copy with the change of industry and here now the smart industry innovation come to become a solution for raw materials synthesis and then addresses also
- Climate change affects the social and environmental determinants of health – clean air, safe drinking water, sufficient food and secure shelter.
- Between 2030 and 2050, climate change is expected to cause approximately 250 000 additional deaths per year, from malnutrition, malaria, diarrhoea and heat stress.
- The direct damage costs to health (i.e. excluding costs in health-determining sectors such as agriculture and water and sanitation), is estimated to be between USD 2-4 billion/year by 2030.
- Areas with weak health infrastructure – mostly in developing countries – will be the least able to cope without assistance to prepare and respond.
- So by reducing emissions of greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide will solve and address the mentioned above challenge and promote growth of industry and hence reduction of carbon dioxide and solving the climatic change as the product produced from our smart industry is carbon-negative and consumes virtually no water, no chemicals, no land, and produces no waste. Smart industry product is planet positive fiber and polyester made of carbon emissions captured from the air , now paper industries , fashion and textile will work with no emissions of carbon dioxide since will be trapped and then will the industries will work with raw materials from carbon dioxide that make product which are environmental friendly and are degradable without be affected with climatic change and the employment will still be there hence the poverty is alleviated

Planet positive fiber and polyester made from carbon emissions.
Our solution provide significantly improve approach to the problem ...as we take Carbon dioxide emitted to the atmosphere and from the industry that cause climatic change,we can use as advantage to make a product like fiber and polyester that can be used to make clothes, paper and other
The fiber and polyester produce are the same as that made from plant and are of high quality so using this technology we can have those fiber and polyester without cutting even a single tree and the product made from our fiber and polyester are carbon free, no need of land or the process requires by plant to grow so is available regardless of the climate change but with our product we mitigate climatic change and by this technology we can make Planet Positive
Industries technology is highly grown and the natural raw materials need some time to be mature to have the required by the the to have our product can change the market since
. Doesn't depend on land, waster or chemical process required by the plant to growth and also the product produced are environmental friendly and are degradable within the soil
.Can be available at the same ratio to the market regardless of the season
. Mitigate the climatic change
.The product is competitive with other market product by its High tensile and quality and with reasonably price that everyone can afford
Our solution has the following goals impact
. Mitigating the climate change with this focus to reduce the most crying of East Africa people and the world of dramatic change in temperature, drought , short rainfall that has increase the crisis of hungers, low access to clean water and increasing in diseases
. Creation of employment ,with this we expected to improve livelihood of the people and reducing poverty
.we expect also with our solution up on mitigation of climatic change Agricultural sector will rise , we will end hunger , clean sanitation , enough electricity also we will be generated to the community
. Rise the national GDP also and contribution to world development
.Our solution in one way aim to provide better life to majority of the people
To archive this we planned to

We are in trail of our product ,test our product with industry Which are near like 21 century textile industry and jamana book printers but because we synthesis the raw materials that are highly used we expected to reach 10 Million by next year
. And in make sure that we get the expected number we will collaborate with the government as we produce environmental friendly raw materials
. promotion of our product as they help in mitigation of climatic change and the product used also are of high quality and still with reasonably price everyone can afford
. Financial we still have a financial challenge as we expect to serve more than 10 million people by next year we still require fund additional
. technically we still require to hire some staff so that to increase the capacity of our expectations production after a year
. In terms of market is not a huge challenge because our product is highly demanded as it has a lot of use and is available regardless of the season of the year ..the only challenge is to reach the external market as we have not established our product in other East Africa country because of the financial scarcity
Currently we are partner with
. Sokoine University of Agriculture
.21 century textile industry
.Tanzania metrologic Authority
. Small industry development organization SIDO
. MIT SOLVED
. JAMANA book printers
