Providing nutritious bread as a meal in a consistence and affordable manner to meet customer basic health needs and satisfaction.
Having aware of health challenges of people in my community, particularly increasing rate of diabetics diseases which started
from my own parents. At least 2 of every family in Nigeria suffered from diabetes according to diabetics association of Nigeria.
This lead to my sensitization program and initiatives (Bread Without Sugar) in which 100 percent Natural Honey was used to replace
sugar to reduce the risk of overweight and obesity that can cause diabetics and cancer diseases.
My initiation of using natural honey to replaced sugar in bread and confectioneries showcasing the medicinal and nutritious values of honey was the first of its kind in the history of Nigeria .
Our products is specifically aim to tackles the adverse body effects of sugar that often lead to increase risk of Hypertension, diabetes, heart diseases, depression and certain types of cancer.
Apart from the fact that natural honey contains trace amount of protein, calcium, iron, vitamin c,and potassium that are suitable for body growth which can never be found in Sugar , It has a natural UN-refined sweetness with a distinct flavor that contains a variety of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants that can boost immunity against diseases in children. Also the addition of natural honey into our bread helps rejuvenate the body, enhances vitality and accelerates rates of recovery in adults. Our whole wheat bread for the aged and diabetes patient was not available anywhere in Nigeria.
Greatest achievement has been the recent grant award from the Federal Government of Nigeria on Youth enterprise with innovations. This is a competitive award given to outstanding women in entrepreneurs coupled with latest registration approval on adequate food safety and regulation from: National agency for food and drug administration control
Sensitization campaign on adverse effects of sugar: Currently one of the main killer diseases in Nigeria is Diabetes according to Nigerian medical scientists.
For health reasons, many diabetes patients are warned off certain foods because of high cholesterol and blood pressure due to high sugar intakes.
Alternative diets:Many Nigerians aged 40+ suffering from diabetes needed special diets.However most bakeries do not cater to their needs.For these categories of people 100% whole wealth flour with honey was available to meet up with their health status.
The demand for quality and nutritious bread in Nigeria is high which the market share of available sugar made bread bakers could not meet.
80% of the population consumes sugar bread on daily basis
without knowing the negative impact of such sugar content to the body such as increase risk of hypertension, diabetes, heart diseases, depression and certain types of cancer.
Our honey made bread contain adequate amount of protein, calcium, iron,vitamin c, and potassium that are suitable for body growth which can never be found in Sugar made bread.
1. TARGET MARKET: These include Children above the age of two, adults and working class. Wheat honey bread is also available for aged people.
2. MARKET SIZE: Natural Honey made bread serves every family as a meal in South Western part of Nigeria through distributors.

3. MARKET SEGMENTATION: The target market has been divided in four groups
GROUP 1: Children...............................2 to 17 years.
GROUP 2: Adults..................................18 to 25 years.
GROUP 3: Working class......................26 to 55 years.
People reached to our products in major eateries and supermarket in major towns of my locations and through referrals. - About half a million of people suffered from diabetes in Nigeria out of which we are able to captured about a thousand of them taking our product .

The entire product was truly unique in the market place with focus on the look, feel and taste, when compared with
others underscore their quality and value, many of the products such as honey made bread with banana flour, strawberry for kids,
whole wheat bread for the aged and diabetes patient not available anywhere.
We maintain an excellent delivery of our product to the final consumer, also have well furnished apartment within our bakery premises

Furthermore we ensure adequate supervision of bakers for excellent production.Baking staff trained regularly regarding quality preparation and food service storage
