The UYI is a youth led initiative that aim to amplify youth impact.

What specific problem are you trying to solve?

The Central African Republic is a country of about 6000000 people. This country is an under developped country located in the Middle of Africa. The country is a youngest country by demographic young people represente more than 60% of it s population.

The country is poor as most than half percent of its population living under poverty.

As we are know in the information time where people could learn and growth with the opportunities that internet provides, the Central african people do not have access to lots of the opportunities because of the internet access rate that represente only 10% of connectivity.

What is your solution?

Our solution is to set up an Acamdemy where Young people could come to learn important skill such as Entrepreneurship, Leadership and connect with mentors and opportunities world wide.

So the Ubuntu Youth Impact is a youth led initiative that gathering young leaders and changemaker in the country who are benefited to different leadership and entrepreneurship training world wide to give back to their communities what they learnt.

We shall use human resources and our savoir faire to give back to our communities. And using platform like MIT Solve that is a great online Incubator, but also others incubators like Peace First, Social Shifters where young people go through internet to learn and to growth as social entrepreneurs ready to make change their communities.

Who does your solution serve? In what ways will the solution impact their lives?

Our target population are young people from 12 to 30 years old as young people facing lot of challenge for learning opportunities and funding opportunities so through The Ubuntu Youth Impact they will be served by the service we provide linking them to investors, to mentorship and to the world class learning.

By that way we should make lot of impact on our target as we preparing to bring change in their life and their community.

How are you and your team well-positioned to deliver this solution?

Our team is composed by Young volunteers from all background, young leaders in community bachelor degrees and social change makers who received training from institutions world wide.

What steps have you taken to understand the needs of the population you want to serve?

I volunteered in 2020 with the SDG Corps Volunteers where I totally Immerse myself in the Youth context it is how I discovered the problem that I willing to fight.

Improving learning opportunities and outcomes for learners across their lifetimes, from early childhood on (Learning)

Concept: An idea being explored for its feasibility to build a product, service, or business model based on that idea.
