We look to create opportunities and solve existent problems in the communities or rural areas of Peru. Since the majority of Peruvians identify that inequality is very serious between cities and rural areas (61%), and between Lima and the rest of the country. (56%).
This has been seriously affecting education, health, and work between provinces and the capital, given that access to health (70%), education (59%), and work (59%) is perceived to be very unequal.
On the other hand, 50% believe that Peru is governed only by Lima and the other regions of the country are not taken into account. This reality has created a giant gap of discontent and the consequences have been seen in the last social outbreak that Peru.
With our platform and methodology to carry out projects that add value to the community, taking advantage of the talent of young Peruvians. We want to reverse this situation, so that opportunities and economic growth will be generated where it needs it.
Currently, the most part of the public and private entities have minimal impacts, there is a stagnation of the lower classes, since the poverty figures have increased since the pandemic.
It is a web platform that brings together different project opportunities where students and professionals can apply for the development of value projects that contribute to the community.
This platform will provide all the necessary resources for the successful development of the project. It will take place in different stages, where they will be prepared and provided the technical and knowledge resources necessary to carry out the project. They will also have specialized mentors who will help and provide the necessary support to achieve the objectives.
Financing will be sought according to the difficulty of the project through the platform to attract the investors that will allow the development of these projects.
We are looking to generate opportunities for economic growth all over in Peru, and scale up in Latin America. To begin we will start a pilot project with the population of Caylloma's district, Caylloma in Arequipa, which currently has a population of 4,101.
The communities do not have health, work and education opportunities, therefore we seek to develop projects that create these opportunities according to their needs and interests, this allows the economy to be activated in these sectors.
In addition, provide opportunities for professional growth where students and graduates can challenge themselves and apply their knowledge with projects in a real environment, at the same time can solve a problem and impact a community.
In our team, we are Industrial Engineer we study together, and work in deferents projects together. We study Data Scientist and Front-end Developer, this to create the platform.
We have experience working for in a mine company in the project area (this area make projects to the communities). Furthermore, we could see how the company work to serve the communities near to the mine area, also learn talking to the workers and the people of these communities.
We also have experience working in volunteering organization, and we learned how they work.
We made a bibliography research with public and independent news. We have experience with the potential users owing to we have family that are part of these communities. Furthermore, we see this with our own eyes when we visit them.
But you don't have to make a big research to feel what they need. They are always telling this and also yell loudly, they feel abandoned by the state. They have many pains that can't be solved just with one project and with one view. We want something that can give a constantly solutions to the problems with projects working together with them.
I invite everyone to see what it's happening now in Peru, and you will see your own how big is this problem.
- Improving financial and economic opportunities for all (Economic Prosperity)
- Concept: An idea being explored for its feasibility to build a product, service, or business model based on that idea.
Platform that provides a space that facilitates communication between the needs of the communities and the main actors in society, such as companies that seek to support social projects and young people seeking their first job opportunities.
The lack of communication with the communities hand in hand with the centralism in the capital that has been occurring in Peru, left this sector abandoned, preventing access to basic needs such as adequate education, health, and food. All this affects the growth opportunities, except in the capital or big cities. With our approach, we seek to impact and energize these sectors.
We hope that high-impact projects will be created, creating new economic sectors where they did not exist, boosting their growth and improving the quality of life. These communities have high growth potential, but the lack of opportunities and conformism of various actors have been developing the centralism already mentioned. Furthermore, We seek the growth and insertion of young people in job opportunities for their professional and personal development.
All this has a vision of Innovation, Technology and Social Awareness.
This year as goals we seek to validate our procedures, so it can be replicated in the rest of Peru
Launch a platform in March 2023: The web platform will be created with the experience of the team members, using tools such as WordPrees and a domain will be purchased.
Define the processes for the development of the project: We will propose all the activities to be carried out for the execution of the project. The necessary resources and the execution time will be defined, we will seek to standardize the processes so that they work in the different future projects.
Generate relationships with the community of Caylloma in the province of Arequipa: This stage is to identify the needs of the community and establish relationships to have the necessary permits to develop the project in the community.
Generate the first team for the management of the project in Caylloma in Arequipa by May 2023: We will carry out our first pilot of the project, we will open a call through social networks, we will plant a selection process and the first pilot team.
Validate the processes in the execution of the project in Caylloma: Together with the first team and the team, the activities proposed will be validated with reality.
Launch the comprehensive project officially: Along with what has been learned from our pilot phase, the comprehensive program will be officially launched and alliances will be sought to increase the impact.
Our main technologies will be the social networks for the broadcast and financing of the project. The big data will allow us to analyse and develop value at the different stages to constantly improve the project.
In addition, the construction of software that will facilitate the access and globalization of information, and diffusion of our opportunities and projects throughout Peru.

Our first year, as a pilot program, will be in Arequipa, Caylloma in the Caylloma district, we seek to impact 4,100 residents who will be affected by our solution and between 50 students and graduates for the development of the project.
We consider that the cultural and language barrier can be an impediment when developing solutions. Some projects will require an amount of financing that will be difficult to manage, but with the development of partnerships and support from private companies, we can address these major barriers.

It's proposed to have the support of the state to finance the "administrative and maintenance processes".
We are going to finance the created projects through the sponsorship of the companies interested in them. The companies that work in the area will have better relations with the community, and the other companies will be advertising on the state channel.
Starting the project would require a total of approximately 80,000 soles in expenses for the payment of staff salaries, practitioners, food, lodging, and transportation.
