An individual from this group might have spent the week hungry and idle with little or no opportunity to give value that may exist waiting to be tapped, thereby also restricting the chance to be empowered socially and financially.

Fichaya relies on software technology for process automation. There are three parts of automation which includes-
1. Customers to be able to go on Fichaya.com to book a selected cycle of their monthly home cleaning and then, pay powered by a payment processor. This means that customers are automatically debited every month based on their selected frequency of cleaning.
2. Cleaning associates are also able to go on Fichaya.com to 'become an associate'. This means they fill in all required information needed to verify them and go on to the next stage- interview stage.
3. Payments from Operations team. We pay our cleaning associates every two weeks in a month. So the system is able to calculate the total number of homes cleaned by associates and then, pays each individual cleaning associate upon initiation and checks.
