Making Cameroon an Island of peace again by addressing conflict affected citizens 

Cameroon, also known as "An island of peace" is gradually  losing it's  identity  due to so many  challenges including: the book Haram crisis in the north,  the Anglophone crisis in the northwest and southwest,  food crisis in the east and far north and it's  seek education system that is built  up of inexpert educators and suspstand  academic curriculum.     Due to all these challenges , more then  46% of the  the employable population remains unemployed.  Amongst  all the problems  stated above  the main course of unemployment in Cameroon is substandard academic curriculum and inexpert education system.   We believe  that by enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of quality and affordable education in Cameroon, we will  make Cameroon an Island of peace again. 

Means Improvisers uses Christ Teachings to develop human capacity in Business and leadership. The initiative was founded in 2020 since its creation, 40+ lives have being impacted through Community engagements

Each year since the creation, Means Improvisers provide scholarships, study materials and mentorship for GCE candidates across Cameroon.

This year, we have introduced the Improvisers competition. We are on a mission to make Cameroon an Island of peace again. We have successfully engaged University students and impact driven youths, to come up with solutions that address the challenges faced by conflict affected and underprivileged youths within our nation Cameroon. This impact driven youths have come up with wonderful ideas worth being appreciated and implemented thus, we want to award them, yet we cannot do this without your help and it is with this initiative that i am applying for the MIT program soliciting for assistance. 

our target population includes   university and high school students. This are the most affected citizens. Their tuition  fee and study materials are expensive yet the quality of education they get is minimal,  we want to make a differences by providing them with scholarships  and study materials  and also  engage them in  Leadership,  technology and culture   programs  to develop their human capacity. 

we are a group of dynamic youth   from different   academic and professional backgrounds. Our team includes,  bachelor's degree holders in industrial pharmaceutical,  language,  banking,  finance and information systems and networking engineering.

Since we founded the initiative in 2020 we have impacted more  40 youth's  through  scholarships  and provisions of text books and other study materials.  I am currently  volunteering as the campus director at The University  for the Hult prize foundation.   Other members of my team are also volunteering in different organizations.

The productiveness  of a people reveal the quality of education they have had. So I believe so much that providing quality education will 50% of the challenges faces in Cameroon 

The means Improvisers is on a mission to make Cameroon an Island of peace again.   We have successfully  engaged University students  and impact driven youths, to come up with solutions that address  the challenges faced by conflict affected  and underprivileged youths within our nation Cameroon. This impact driven youths  have come up with wonderful ideas worth being appreciated and implemented thus, we want to award them, yet  we cannot do this without help. For this reason we will engage entrepreneurs and individuals to support us.

wr have sarve more then 40 youths and we want to reach out to more, because there are more then 10 million people affected by the problem we are addressing.

we are currently partnering with PEOTEF HIGHER INSTITUTE  they provide is with the space to operate
