Trinity of Creativity
Trinity of Creativity has found that the current school day, sleep deprivation and stress combine to stop the creativity and learning process for many children in the world.
Our survival depends on this creativity!
So we’ve come up with a new global school day! Studying the school systems in the Islamic world during Ramadan, we have found that student ability to focus and think is dramatically increased during the shorter 8AM to 1PM school day, compared to the regular 7:45 A.M to 3PM. After Ramadan is over, the same pattern of stress and narrowing of creativity returns. This is only one aspect we have explored and integrated.
Trinity of Creativity prevents kids, globally, from being disconnected from their well being and self-worth. Disconnection leads to clinical depression, and children who never actualize their creativity. This becomes a serious family, school and community issue, and will adversely affect the global economy.
According to Stanford University the problem Trinity of Creativity is solving is an epidemic. 50%-75% of students are showing signs of mental health and anxiety disorders-- including PTSD. These shocks on the equilibrium of young psyches become worse as a result of sleep deprivation.
According to Harvard University, “children who get an insufficient amount of sleep in their preschool and early school-age years have a higher risk of poor neurobehavioral function.” A sleep-related breathing disorder called sleep-disordered breathing (SDB) occurs during unpleasant, vivid dreams where children physically act out with violent kicks and screams. Signs and symptoms of SBD include mouth breathing, snoring, and sleep apnea. All of these disorders can lead to mental and physical health problems in the future.
We are trying to solve ‘why and when’ the mind shuts down and how it affects students in their ability to express ideas and complex personal feelings. They begin to shut down, unable to perform schoolwork with meaning; living robotically they lose the humanity within them. Will overstressed students have the capacity to be there for another? Will students be able to cope and join the great change that is here? This is our foremost goal.
Trinity of Creativity is serving preschool to high school students. Understanding how a student becomes a student- at -the -edge is valuable so that we can reverse engineer to make sure overstressed and behavioral breakdowns do not occur. These students are our future and it’s important to nurture them to be their best possible selves.
We uncovered a systemic problem with sleep deprivation that combined with stress will lead to clinical Burn-Out in the workplace as children grow up, and psychopathology (poor coping mechanisms and addiction that follows). Can we make the school day a coping-mechanism for the students? We think we can improve communication with parents, teachers and students by refining the school day to support the development of a child, all within the framework of the school day.
Our approach is a holistic one. We have designed a flexible and creative school day allowing students to be rested, focused, attentive and well prepared-- creating a better learning atmosphere.
The future is in the hands of these Students-at-the-edge who will be asked to understand and integrate artificial intelligence, smart materials, solutions for the environment and new social constructs for populations moving into mega cities.
Trinity of Creativity’s New reformatted School Day: helping children love learning again and thrive, promoting creativity, civic engagement and ideation.
Specially designed for each school, we determine when students and teachers feel at the peak of their creativity. Our new and improved school day introduces a “Brainstorm Room” (BR) and outdoor learning, enhancing a holistic experience.
To do this Trinity of Creativity will:
1- Interview parents and students to see when they work best and how they would like their schedule to look like
2 - Choose the time each student would like to be in the Brainstorm Room
3 - Once all the students have been interviewed, we use the data to create individual schedules for each student
The Brainstorm Room is an unstructured structure (BR) will consist of: White-board walls, computers, musical instruments, art supplies. Students can design and build Prototypes to actualize their ideas. Students can pick a time during the week to participate in the activity of their choosing, to unleash creative potential.
‘Hesitancy to engage the natural world’ can have serious effects on children’s physical and mental health, leading to children immersing themselves in the computer world and losing their relationship to Biodiversity. therefore, we will encourage outdoor learning as we believe creativity grows in watching the natural world and then, with Biomimicry, finding better ways to interact and build.
With our new school day, the school becomes ’their school’ alive with their experiments, their ideas and their heart - a place that mirrors their inner potential. Now the school becomes a living organism.
Trinity of Creativity can be universally implemented, no matter the economic level. Some countries may not have access to high-level technology. However, our new education system does not require expensive equipment, instead encourages children to actualize the creativity within them. ToC helps students cope and succeed in a hyper changing world creating a student that is balanced and can compete at a high level.
The future is born from the way people live with each other, our marriages, friendships and bonds; and from this connection comes ideation, innovation and projects that will perhaps save the world. We need a new school day where kids are truly empowered to “pull things out of themselves”. Trinity of Creativity’s new school day promotes creative thinking- - and the infrastructure to foster this goal will create a new generation who can feel one with the world.

Trinity of creativity is a new school day. We are a catalyst to the betterment of the future. We have combined the latest findings of social neuroscience with the current school day to come with up a new school structure that will be a stepping stone to prospering communities in the future. With the global manifestation of children under stress we have seen a negative pattern that must be addressed. Our new structure is the way out from loneliness and isolation and a way back into community, involvement and meaning. These overworked and overstressed students will be taking over jobs in the future, which is why is it essential to help students realize their potential and that their well- being be taken care of. Trinity of creativity is a program to foster creativity which will have an impact on the future economy and the future of healthy communities.
We have come up with a unique way to help students develop creative ideas to help future development. We have created a brainstorm room which is an innovative part of our design. This will help make this new school structure succeed and this is social neuroscience in action.
We are using minimal technology. Trinity of creativities design is based on the understanding on student brains during learning and what will help them reach their true potential. Our Brainstorm room is based on this research on students behaviors, likes and dislikes.

We go to the heart and the foundation of the problem which is our relationship with people and our relationship with ourselves and our inner life. Our dreams, our creativity, our hopes, our worries, our strength, and our courage. We have researched what makes what makes children prosper on the inside and outside adn i have structred a school day to put our findindnfs into action.

As the project is still in the works, we have only tested the idea with 5 students. Within a year, we will test the brainstorm room with just over 40 students. In five years, we hope to use the new school structure in one school with 150 students.
Our goal for the next 5 years is to make a shift happen in the current school structure to our new and improved school day and to protect the creativity and emotional well-being of students all over the world.
Within the next 5 years we hope that at least 2 schools will inhabit this new structure and we see a massive development in students in all aspects of their education. From an improvement in grades to an improvement in students mental health and physical health.
We must overcome the rigidity of current administrative thinking -- that there is only one model that fits how a school system should be designed. Our customizable curriculum and school-day-structure can overcome this systemic thinking and inertia of an 8 hour rigid mold of the school day thinking that the students must adapt. Administrations look first to set up structure but we look first at students well-being. We have to overcome the shift in structure and looking at what is a successful school day.
We plan to overcome the barriers with a combination of
1) Advocacy, joining other voices in fields of social neuroscience who are searching for answers to children's well-being
2) Positive evidence from the initial 'Brainstorm Rooms' --reinforcing our core belief-
3) In depth studies of children from around the world-- to give their voice to the administrators, UN children's and educational groups, to show that the problems we have discovered can be removed by Trinity of Creativity's 'map for the new school day'.

There are 8 students currently working with me on this solution. We are all high school students in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are high school club. We work on this project for 12 hours a week and we've make great progress every week.
I believe we are best-placed to deliver this solution as we have experienced the problem first hand. As students we know the effect that stress and abundance of work has had on our mental health. This is why we are fit to serve this problem. Our solution is a carefully thought out plan to help students just like us all over the world.
We sincerely believe that preserving the creativity of children is very important for future development for the world. My team and I are extremely passionate about this project and we truly believe that we can implement Trinity of creativity's new school day very well.
In December 2019, Trinity of creativity will be testing the brainstorm room in GEMS Metropole school Dubai.
Solve will be a stepping stone to the future of Trinity of creativity. Solve will be a great opportunity to allow us to improve on our solution. Moreover, the funding will help us expand the project and give us partnership opportunities.

We would like to partner up with schools and education companies where our new school day structure can be implemented. We would want to start working with students individually to understand how they would use the brainstorm room so we can customize it to specific schools.

The funding would help us expand the project. We would use the money to fund projects that are developed in the brainstorm room. We would also use the money to buy equipment for implementing the new school structure in different schools. However, Initially we will use the funding to build a brainstorm room prototype. This prize would help us expand our reach in education and society.
