Our distribution model focuses on partnership with:-
1) The Egyptian Ministry of Education, which consist in the Directorate of Education at Alexandria (Egyptian Government)
2) Faculty of Education, Alexandria University (ministry of higher education and scientific research) (Teachers under graduation / fresh graduated teachers) And they are more effective on two sides :-
A) They will graduate from the university within less than one year or new graduates. If they are trained in the TaRL model, it is expected that they will continue to be used throughout their working life in all schools where they will work.
B) In addition, they are Specialists in the field of education, 50 trainees are trained and 35 to 40 trainers are selected based on effectiveness, interaction and innovation in using the TARL model. The evaluation is done through a committee from our organization and the ministry of higher education and scientific research.
With this combination, we aim to integrate into the government programs and Primary schools in the entire Arab Republic of Egypt, which allows us to access classrooms in Primary schools.
The distribution model for disadvantaged children in rural areas, Bedouin areas (this groups are the most in need of skills development for their children but they do not have the financial capacity to obtain this services, we have the required practical experience to guidance our capabilities to the groups who are most in need from our pervious works
Our effect will be at 3 levels at our society:
1) Level one at the government:
Before starting the camps, we will evaluate students to divide them on the basis of the school achievement. This will be done through tests that will repeat the same tests after the completion of the camps. It is expected that there will be a significant impact on the student results. We will submit a full report of the results of the students' exams before and after the camps for government agencies to emphasize the actors of the TaRL model.
2) Level two at the family: It will affect positively on the psychological and social family’s state in need
3) Level three at the student: It will improve student’s skills at reading and mathematics activity
The most important obstacles expected in the application of the model are to persuade government officials to apply the TaRL model and allow us to apply our distribution in public schools. This problem has been resolved. The idea has been presented in principle to the relevant government agencies in Egypt. We have also explained the benefits expected to be achieved for students in need at government schools in rural and Bedouin communities and have been accepted in principle.
In addition to financial capabilities, the distribution model includes recruitment of graduates with university degrees in education who are unemployed who will serve as trainers to implement our distribution
About the data that we will collect about the trainers: will be daily through tests for students for each part that students will train and will be cumulative before the start of the new day of the program. This will be done until the end of the program. The evaluation forms during the program will be continuously renewed by the TaRL program leaders. For evaluation models, our team is currently working on models that fit the current situation in the communities where we are applying the model, and Close to Completion.
