The program is facilitating or providing standard quality early childhood education and disability services and support to people with special needs and marginalised groups in our catchment communities and within the province.
The Early childhood learning provide Advanced Christian Education (ACE) model using phonics animal sounds and general early childhood learning syllabus used in Solomon islands.
This program or initiatives provide quality learning at affordable and accessible safe environment for learning for rural grassroots parents and students
Also people with special needs are supported and rehabilitated through service,rehabilitation programs, awareness,assistance, visitation and consultations.
Accessing desperate needed services were difficult in this period of covid-19 and financial difficulties in Solomon islands as corruption and no proper reliable service delivery, restrictions,loss of jobs.
Most beneficiaries are about 2,000 mostly children, young youth and few adult people with special needs. 30% of adults were not been assisted and neglected throughout their lives.The program if supported will have significant impact on the lives of, children, parents, stakeholders and public and great impact on the developments and learning aspirations of children and people with special needs in our catchment communities.

I do carry out careful research and consultations to identify the problems or issues affecting grassroot rural people within our province,ward and communities.I approach responsible authorities for their approval for my establishment as service provide organisations o non government organisation to coordinate and seek or discussed solutions to tackle those challenges.I set a committee and we planned programs and target activities and most needed services and needs of the people with special needs and marginalised groups.Also quality early childhood learning education is very difficult and challenging to provide. However with special knowledge and special expertise from teachers on ACE learning model have significant improvements and established this first ever quality Early childhood learning centre within the whole province.
Continuous Consultations continue with authorities and responsible stakeholders for registrations,advice and partnership in education providing support alongside the provincial education authority.
The program aim to create a conducive learning environment for children's learning and support services for better implementation of aims,objectives and goals of the organization.
It aim to facilitate quality affordable, accessible and safe environment at rural grassroots communities where local children have chance to quality learning.
The program also will definitely support people with special needs access disability support services and improve public awareness on issues affecting people with special needs. Most marginalised groups will also be included and rehabilitation and logistical support in times of sicknesses, emergency and natural disaster. Some of those patients cannot live daily without drugs or cannot mobilise without support.
I am accessing the evidence within the organizations through programs and developments and theory of change with Recording and Accessing of all programs or activities occurring and planned under the management and involving other parties or stakeholders involved in successful achievement and implementation as well as other challenges faced by the management.
There were strategies and target programs planned to focus on key areas that will bring improvements and changes to the organization.
In Early Childhood education and disability the management continue to improve infrastructures, learning aid and equipment s.
Trainning and rehabilitation programs are coordinated to improve the capacity and standard of services provided at the centre.
Monitoring and recording are vital as well as daily and weekly briefing on the needed improvements and adjustments of all activities.
The important efficient service delivery and sustainability and effective management and operations of the organizations under the management.
The evidence of solutions of the Light Point Christian School Early Childhood Learning and Support Disability Centre are measured through;
1.Three years ago,only a kindergarten class with 40 children or students accomodated under a private family residential building.Today its kindergarten, pre class, standard one and standard two with total enrollment of 105 students with a administration block with upstairs and classroom at one building and a separate building accommodating three classroom.

Awareness and parents and stakeholders support improve and quality learning have changed the mentality of parents to realise the need to support their childrens learnig.the students had enjoyed the conducive safe learning environment created at the centre. Also students learn to read at very young because of the phonics and American Advanced Christian Education (ACE) syllabus or learning model used at the centre.
The Disability Learning and support centre has improved and provided much needed services to people with special needs and disability. Capable disabled children are enrolled at the school.Other incapable disabled people are who are never supported were registered and received mini support and their drugs and other needs were facilitated or coordinated. The initial figure of the disabled people or children registered were 12 people. now it reached 82 children and adults with different disabilities from the catchment communities.The centre is proposed to extend or reach out to the ward catchment and around the province

The theory of change for this project or program would enhance much success in terms of improvements to technical and strategic planning and general developments of all activities or sectors of the charitable organization under Light Point Disability and Learning Support Centre and the sister or organization Makira ward 9 Development Association which are partner organizations.
The technical support, advises and information would improve the management capabilities and skills on valuable ideas and contributions from highly trained skillful people from different sectors with input that would transform and improve planning and coordination and links to wide range of access and opportunities.
The management also be strengthened through valuable trainings and informations and sources.
