The target beneficiaries are the senior high school leavers and SMEs. IAM committed to solving the problems of needed skills to solve cost accounting problems and youth unemployment.The program will benefit these age group when they moved to the senior high School level.

Students are assigned to SMEs in the locality /communityto collect data, analyse and use to solve cost accounting problems.
The teaching of cost accounting has been on textbook based for far too long.This approach does not give the students the needed skills to solve cost accounting and real life problems.To solve this problem students are assigned to the small businesses within the catchment area of the school or community to gather external data , analyse and use it to solve cost accounting problems.This new approach to the study of the subject motivates the students and gives them the needed skills to solve cost accounting problems. The data collected are used as a case study and the problems facing these small businesses are identified and managerial advice given to them to grow, expand and absorb the teeming unemployed school leavers.
The skills acquired by these students are transferred to into their future working environment where they are able to manage resources efficiently.The efficient utilisation of resources will benefit society at large.Cost saving economic activities or ventures will help businesses to grow and expand to absorb unemployed school leavers and government can tax them for developmental projects.
Students are assigned to the small businesses within the catchment area of the school or community to gather external data (data outside the textbook), analyse and use it to learn or solve cost accounting problems.
This whips up their interest or motivates them and also acquire the needed skills in solving cost accounting or real life problems since the teaching and learning of cost accounting has solely been on the textbook based.
In the course of gathering the data, students are exposed to the small businesses within the community and the problems facing them since the data collected are used as a case study.The teachers and students then give managerial advice to enable them grow expand and absorb the teeming unemployed school leavers.
Job opportunities in the form of small scale banking and auditing services are identified which the students can embark on after completing school.
There has been a marked improvement in the semester or promotion examination and the final West African Senior High School Certificate Examination (wassce) results.The school recorded hundred percent pass rate in 2018,2019, and 2020.in the West African Senior high school certificate examination.The number of A1(excellent)in the end of semester Examination also increases from year to year among form one, form two and form three students.

Potential deliverables will be people management: Students and teachers.
The hosting of LEAP program will expose my idea to others social entrepreneurs to share or exchange ideas with me.
It will also get an enriched knowledge through coaching which will be transferred to the students and small businesses.
May get resources assistant to continue my projects to the benefit of students and businesses in general.
