TeachEvolve

Intro

TeachEvolve is a community-driven ecosystem and a new type of EdTech solution. The community consists of teachers, pupils, parents, schools, school governing bodies, unions, government, private companies, suppliers, EdTech solutions, private sector, etc. Everybody in the community is a customer/subscriber to the TeachEvolve solution. 

A teacher creates an abundance of data and is the most important person in education, for that reason we address these two needs of the customers:

1. The need to acquire data from teachers.
2. The need to contribute to teachers.

Solution - we will design tools that will:

1. Verify data
2. Monetize data
3. Create endless initiative, ideas, and contributions tools
4. Summarize data on a dashboard/evolve meter

The evolve meter will be affected by the type, quantity, and quality of data and contributions.

The Teacher will have full control over:

1. Improving their evolve meter 
2. Privacy and sharing of data
3. Sharing of evolve meter

All the customers will start their own evolve meter (dashboard) when they subscribe to TeachEvolve. Everybody can either acquire data directly from a teacher, contribute directly to a teacher, or both without being affected by politics, bureaucracy, corruption, slow third parties, or external/internal influences.

The teacher will have a data/teacher wallet that will empower them to:

1. Acquire hardware & software for teaching
2. Improve personal growth
3. Gain financially

With the above in place, TeachEvolve is probably the world's first to create a solution that will make the following a reality at scale and speed.

• I have worked with teachers, government, schools, school governing bodies, unions, parents, pupils, and the private sector. I have helped the teachers and schools with their police clearances and their registration process with the South African Council of Educators.
• Spending 3 years in the education environment, studying what could be the biggest problem & threat that faces education.
• The right people, at the right time, validate shortfalls to understand the possibilities in technology, collaboration partners, actors, and stakeholders to change education forever.

• EdTech sector bubble is about to burst, with the massive number of solutions that are available, it is creating fragmentation.
