EFFECTIVE ROBUST FREE LAB TEST AND DRUGS FOR ELEPHANTIASIS

In Sierra Leone 23-40% of vulnerable people are suffering from elephantiasis caused by lymphatic filariasis mostly living in the rural towns of the country. This disease is caused by parasitic worms which spread from one person to other person caused by mosquitoes which causes the enlargement and hardening of limbs in the part of the body due to tissue swelling.The mosquitoes are living together with communities and also people that are already have the problem of elephantiasis diseases. The rare elephantiasis is spreading through the biting of mosquitoes that already have it and transfer the blood to an other person. The rare disease of this elephantiasis among communities in Sierra Leone is significantly increasing by mosquitoes. The children, men, women, youths are on the treat risk getting the disease every hour.The cure of this disease is not free in the health sectors and lap test provision is not effective for those having the problem to access the facilities. Over million of people in different countries are infected by the disease which cause the problem of lymphatic disease and the kidneys are affected and mostly the poor people are affected and neglected. This problem of this elephantiasis had caused most the children been affected cannot able to go to school because they ashamed and this disease had cost Africa to lost millions of productivity every year.

Prevention is the key to help communities and victims of the disease through free drugs and the provision of free LAB Testing facilities, and preventive free drugs access to the entire population that are risk of getting the disease and those suffering from the problems and which is a breaking barriers of fighting the disease in the communities and those that are infected the disease should have the opportunity to access the free blood test and medication should be free. The distance that people work to see doctor and get their treatment and drugs is a cause of poverty and because of this struggles their should be an opportunities to make closer ultrasound LAB test facilities in various communities and be empower for reducing the elephantiasis disease affecting vulnerable communities. Research process is a vital way to get root of the problem and how it will prevented and helped determined the links with other tropical disease and finding innovative ways to develop new drugs that will be effective to cure the elephantiasis rare disease through robust ultrasound LAB Test and efficient better ways of drugs distribution to reach the needed victims in the affecting global countries. The international health Actors should boldly support countries that are suffering from this problem to protect the children, women, men, youths from the female mosquitoes biting by providing freely net bed for every house hold and families were the elephantiasis disease is not prevented.

The organization mission target is to provide the medical facilities to access free drugs and free test LAB mainly those communities living on the problem of elephantiasis disease affecting women,men, children, and youths that are in the treat and victims to the problem. This people that living in various communities in their local towns and villages extremely living on poverty and the possibility of getting the disease is possible because they did not have the resources and facilities to prevent the disease. The mission will target on researched to collect fact finding that is essential data and used which can help the fight to reduced the problem of the disease and develop drugs and medication to sustain the healing and cure of the elephantiasis in all the affected communities and across the countries. Most of the communities affected lived on less dollar a day and their living standard is very poor and chances of female mosquitoes bites is extremely expose to most the women and children. there is barriers of those that are been effected of the elephantiasis disease within the communities. The chances of transferring the disease through mosquitoes bites is highly free to those who did not effected. The organization mission will extremely address the protection in supporting well protected bed nets for all people living in the areas of the problem to prevent from mosquitoes biting and transfusion of blood. The source of creating drugs to help protect the transfer of mosquitoes bites will be deactivated by spreading the disease and empowered the medical centers available to all the local towns villages so the possibilities of access the freely drugs and bed nets as way to reduced the elephantiasis disease. The world health actors will have to develop training facilities to increased the numbers of doctors to strengthen and boost the capacity of the medical and health centers in all the affected countries.

As an organization we can work as team to make it happen to eradicate the problem of elephantiasis disease and we have the value and credibility of reaching the population to work together to end the suffering from the disease from all this communities. The team had the experience and have young professional that has the skills ideas for a digital integrated know how of diagnostic LAB Platform and well healthy impacts with antiquated primary care modernity experiences and new health innovations to help bring cure and healing. The team has to designed ways which will help the communities in various towns, and villages that have the disease and also we can create ways to bring closer the LAB test for robust taking blood samples from every person identify has elephantiasis disease patients in selected towns and villages. The team will source ways to protect for those communities that  are not affected by preventing them from mosquitoes biting in providing hygiene bed nets and preventive drugs for children, women, men, and youths that belong to every communities.

The organization team boldly advent to take the task globally over 150 million people across the world are affected with big foot elephantiasis and they are going through tremendous suffering from this elephantiasis disease which had caused 40-50% children that are affected the disease are ashamed to go to school because of their looks change and their feet swelling (Call Big Foot) and most of this affected victims are addicted into poverty and vulnerable and unable to provide fund to be cure by buying drugs and tested.The elephantiasis disease in Sierra Leone across in the country as extremely created barriers and they were neglected and look themselves as they are not value in the society. I looking out for international fund to help and achieved the sustainable goals of healing and cure for the victims that affected and communities in my country.

The team will provide the technical and technology solution to help the people that are victims and infected the disease of the rare elephantiasis to have free health ultrasound LAB Life test and drugs free. The team will designed a platform to collate data that will used in the organization to scale the numbers of cases recorded and this data will be used to scaled down the problems.The preventive measures will be in place to help the children and women be projected from the transfusion of the disease through the Female mosquitoes. The organization will provide bed nets and preventive drugs to address the spread of transfer into an other person. The team will makes our solution works through innovative technology to power the closer of erecting health centers in the affecting towns and villages so the people with the elephantiasis will access to time to be tested and get the right medical prescription.

The team is set to make a credible impacts to all the towns and villages that has been suffering from the elephantiasis disease will have access to free test LAB and capable professional doctors will able provide the right test and prescribed the right medications for patients. The numbers of patients affected in various community through this elephantiasis disease will drastically reduced and control by the positive innovation measures in place. The preventive measures will help to increase the protection by providing bed nets and preventive drugs for a good numbers of people, household families and communities. The team will create a digital registration technology to track the patients data and records sick performance.

The solution will able to enhance the development from government and international actors to strengthen the free drugs and widen the ultrasound LAB to able dose every test and uses the samples to get the dimension and medication to cure the elephantiasis disease. The Patients work a long way to be treated and they lack of money most of the household families that are affected and they suffered with many various disease.

The change will transform people and communities that vulnerable and did not have the sources to cure them selves will be supported through the closer of Ultrasound LAB Test and free drugs to cure and preventive drugs to protect the communities through Female mosquitoes bites transfer of blood. The preventive measures of the healthy system will make a powerful innovative change to protect thousands patients from been neglected and dying from communities. The organization project will provide a quality building clinic elephantiasis health centers services to provide drugs and medication for all. The track of collating information data from communities will make a big change to contained the virus and to eradicate the disease also create a data platform for all health centers to take record of every elephantiasis patients information through the technology data information. The providing of bed nets will make a change for women and children lives sustainable.

The project platform will built in the ICT Technology and the Java script, Mobile Application, chat-app,in AI technology. The platform will sms whats app, media and APIs to integrate with other services and automate the support of stakeholders, communities, and staff workers. Also the technology will empowered by hard drives computers and hard disk to keep data information which can be for the organization.

The organization team has CEO responsible the full operation direction of the organization project an the team comprises managers, officers and admin has the decent responsibilities of carrying work in the organization. The organization has the diverse team and has the experience and the professional ideas in operating to achieved the health goals in the different sectors of the economy and bringing the innovation knowledge and adverse to access network platform. The organization platform is designing a frame plan to make sure the health center modernly built in the different communities, trained the right doctors and source for the Ultrasound LAB equipment and drugs available and the organization will make sure there will be a network to involved communities in the different towns and villages. By wining this project will can make a big change to provide the resources and equipment to reached the goals of this communities affected.The organization will knock internationally doors to open for fund Partnership to strengthen the capacity of reducing the disease of elephantiasis crises in various communities in the country.
