These difficulties relate to the delay in diagnosis, information and referral to competent professionals, access to quality care, overall social and medical management of the disease, coordination of hospital and city care. , autonomy and social and professional integration,

As i am a Nursing student i could cofirmed, i am solving the lack of support and healthcare of people who have been diagnosed with rare disease

Healthcare  platform(HP) : we are platform advocating, acting and mobilising financial for prevention and treatment to improve the quality of life for people who have been diagnosed with a rare disease.
 

First my solution will serve people who have been diagnosed with rare disease in my community with healthcare, social and psychological support to improve the living conditions of people with rare diseases.

I and my team are well-positionned and passionate to deliver good service to help people who have been diagnosed with rare disease

The solution is using technology to solve problem facing my community to improve life of people who have been diagnosed with rare disease.

as Solve member i plan to meet the target wich is to improve 100.000 lives in five years.

My work will be found whether through sustained donations and grants, selling products or services, service contracts to governments, raising investment capital...
