The problem my business is solving is to relieve the purchase of frozen products from distanced places, being aware of how people crave for the products. Also, the lack of access to fresh protein food which is impacting the health and wellness of young children and adults who do not have access to affordable protein for their physical and mental development.

My business will provide the required solution through the sales of fresh high quality frozen seafood, chicken, turkey and gizzard. My business would be sourcing for fresh frozen products.

My solution will provide wide range of frozen foods to buy, fresh and highly hygienic, high distribution channel and consistent and large production capacity to meet the teeming demands of my large customers.

I and my team are uniquely capable to design and deliver this solution through the ProACT model: Problem, Objective, Alternatives, Consequences and Trade-offs.

My WEAKNESS in the SWOT analysis is financial constraints. I am sourcing for fund to achieve success with my solution.

My solution provides quality sales service and products at fair and best possible prices.

My impact goals is to provide my business offering by taking note to maintain a company standard that will give me room to deliver excellence. My customer service will be poised to be impeccable and I am set to keep my customers satisfied. I will do this through consistent review and regular customer feedback exercises.

Through the application of the marketing strategy, which are Product, Price, Promotion, Place and People.

My theory of change is to provide high quality well packaged fresh frozen foods all year round, fresh and highly hygienic, wide range of frozen foods to buy, high distribution channel and excellent customer care services.

The core technology used are sealing machine, refrigerator, cutter modernized equipments and CCTV footage for security purpose.

Data was collected by my team through hospitals examinations.

Through educational skill, marketing and practical experience in food business, and valuable food processing skills that will make us own the value chain to a good extent.

My business model provides fair and best possible prices and discount offers, high production capacity to meet demands all year round, and penetrative capacity to reach the nooks and crannies of major cities.

By selling my products at the average price of $7 to $50 per kilogram, or $200 per bag, I will be able to fund my solution through the revenues. Also, grants from organization will serve as a source of revenue. A sum of $450000 will facilitate the achievement of my solution.

Personal savings has helped in achieving financial sustainability but not as required for my solution. A savings of $1000 has been raised for sustainability of my solution.
