My solution offers to have primary healthcare facilities to be measured using the diagnostic facilities they have. The reason is a diagnostic department plays a major role in the growth of a primary healthcare. Most patients would tend to go to a primary healthcare facility that have laboratory services than the one that does not have.

My solution will has a checklist of the laboratory department. This checklist will be used to access the level of the lab and any other improvement it might require.

My solution is very crucial in primary healthcare service delivery. My solution will rate the laboratory and advice on the necessary measure to put in place so that they can improve on service delivery. This improvements might not be anything major, but just focusing on quality of service.

The population target are already mapped.

Understanding the needs will require visiting then and doing the internal audit.

The design of my project is first doing the internal audits for the laboratories in all the primary healthcare facilities, then check on the weakness and strengths and come up with the solutions of improvement

Reaching out to those primary healthcare facilities needs a lot of resources, especially financial. Maintaining those auditors in the primary healthcare facilities also require resources. The main challenge which I have is finances

This solution is innovative because it uses technical assessment methods to measure the primary healthcare facility. it is also a method of improving the primary healthcare facility since after the internal audit, then recommendation are made.

To access all the primary healthcare facilities in my county, and the neighboring county   in one year

To access all the primary healthcare facilities in the whole country by five years.

To have 25 % of all the primary healthcare facilities measured and accessed per quarter.

To have 50 % of all the the primary healthcare facilities measured and assessed in the next two years.

Setting up the assessment form and setting up a group of trained assessors then send the up to a primary healthcare facility for an assessment. The assessors bring the findings, including strengths, weaknesses  and recommendations. We share the recommendations to the primary healthcare facility for improvement.

Using a questionnaire in terms of software, where the team will just be clicking the rating and also having a place where to put some comments. Then it will save automatically.

My team are the one collecting data. We are trying to help other primary healthcare facilities to have good diagnostic system ,so my team identifies which primary healthcare facilities are still lagging behind in terms of diagnostic facilities.
