VR Language Ed.
The problem is that Native Americans are drifting away from their current native language and traditional teachings. The current product that I developed is to use virtual reality to provide an additional study method for students to learn. The way that my project will revolutionize my community is that it will use virtual reality to teach students to learn their native language, traditional teachings, and ability to use new technology. The primary objective is to demonstrate that individuals can have another way to learn how to speak their native language and be taught their traditions with virtual reality.
Virtual reality is a computer-generated simulation of a three-dimensional image or environment” (InstaVR, 2017). I do not plan to use a full virtual reality headset. They are too expensive to purchase (Oculus $299). I plan to use something more simple.
We will use a google cardboard headset ($14.99) to start with first. Then I will have to use a GoPro Fusion Virtual Reality camera ($599) to record the multiple scenarios of elders fluent in Navajo, speaking and having simple conversations in order for children to listen so they can follow along.
After finishing the recording, I will edit the recording of the conversations on my YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channe...), in order to add English subtitles of the Navajo conversation being spoken ( just to start with first).
("The share of Americans that own a smartphone is now 85% in 2021" - https://www.pewresearch.org/in...) many children dependents will use either their own HD smartphone screen or one being provided. Just as long as the conversation is being spoken. They can follow along while using LTE on their smartphones screen or to record using Wi-Fi internet to watch at a different time.
My solution will benefit all Native American communities that speak their own indigenous language. My first indigenous community I will help is the Diné Navajo Language and to benefit the Navajo Nation located in Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah. Many more native communities will follow along also.
The solution is to use virtual reality to allow individuals to engage in native conversations, in order to learn their language. I will provide a virtual reality google cardboard headset that will have easy and simple conversations in order for individuals to speak and learn their own native language.
New expansions of technologies are currently changing and there are many different utilities that can benefit people. This can show that virtual reality is quickly evolving and that people can learn to use a new technology.

I will pursue to provide the best support for Native American cultures, indigenous language, and indigenous teachings to benefit the Navajo Nation and other reservations. Using virtual reality is a technology that can be used to expand the teachings of more advanced learning and the best education.
