While that is the bigger picture, many in the world are underserved with the basics of the things that we in the industrial areas take for granted. The main intent of this project is to make my patented invention available to everyone for their own beneficial use and contribute to the achievement of societal and relevant outcomes.

The project is to build and install solar platforms that contain my patented control system. There are no limitations on platform sizes. Some can be smaller for lighting a dwelling to extremely large for generating heat and electricity. All the components of the entire system can be resized within the realm of practicality. It can be personally owned or can be a credit on a portion of their energy bill. A solar farm will benefit the population both monetarily and give them peace of mind by having their own energy.

The best value is the fact that one can start a good renewable energy business with a very small amount of capital, and maintain it with small monthly subscription prices. Decent work and economic growth is possible by starting a business, many jobs will be created and people can earn a good living. It is believed that millions of jobs can be created both in India and Indonesia.

We plan to create many businesses via Self, Franchises, White Labels and maintain through Subscriptions. This will create many affordable and clean renewable energy jobs and can provide safe and clean drinking water, as well as provide for much needed economic growth. This will create many sustainable cities and communities.

We have what I like to refer to as a Sustainable Power Machine; it's like the Eveready Battery - it just runs and runs.

A professional management team is being formed to take this company to market and generate many affordable and clean energy jobs in Renewable Energy.

We have many theories to solve, including one for a Desalination Plant for sea water, to provide potable water for clean drinking water and sanitation. This will solve many of India's and Indonesia's good people’s problems.

The Team Leader is a white male Caucasian and is not a member of the community in which your project is based; the Team Lead is a resident of the state of Arizona in the United States of America. Although we are not members of this community, it is the Indigenous Communities that will benefit from this endeavor.

The challenge was discovered in an email from Solve: The Market Place by MIT Solve. The Caterpillar Foundation. Our solution is the patented control system. The Dual Axis Solar Control System is new and is better than everything on the market today - none can be better. It can harvest the Sun's energy better than all others harvesting it presently. The control system can be utilized by all others in the business to increase their output by 20% to 40%. That would be a very positive boost in our effort to fight the climate crisis and slow the global warming. You have to believe. If everybody involved in the renewable energy sector today utilized our control system and many theories, we could solve the climate crisis 20% to 40% faster.

We can light the interior of a space with one light beam. This will solve many of India's and Indonesia's as well as good people's problems worldwide. 

Theory of change for rooftop solar is the problem. Buildings/Homes were not designed for rooftop solar; they were designed to keep the weather out. The structures were built to hold up the building and roof, and not the added weight of the solar modules. Solar modules installed on the roof presents a safety hazard, and a fire hazard. They are shock hazards to the firemen and hamper their ability to cut a ventilation hole in the roof. The answer to this is to not install solar modules on the roof, but elsewhere, and to not create a problem with roof warranty. The next best possibility is to install them in the back yard. The answer to that is to install the modules on a pole, high up and away from the open ground. Walden's Greenergy Solar, LLC's preference is pole mounted. This arrangement can provide for a shaded patio cover and a Bar-B-Que grille. 

Some want the modules mounted on the ground, or very close to the ground - doubtful if any will allow over 10 or 12 feet above ground. All counties need their building codes revised to allow the change. All building codes needs to allow heights of at least the highest 'pitch of the roof', or possibly chimney height. A Legal Team will be hired, and we will pursue with vigor to get the building codes in all states changed to accommodate pole mounted solar modules. We will also pursue installing combination solar and wind/water multi-tiered platforms. 

Theory of Operation

The control system is novel and unique; it is capable of tracking the sun better than all other controls on the market today; it tracks the sun via Pulse Width Modulation (PWM} at one revolution per solar-day; none can be better.

The Theory is based on a beam of light passing through a hole- (orifice) and landing on a light sensor below. When the sensor senses the light, it is aimed directly at the center of the sun, which is approximately 93 million miles away and is ‘on control’. When the sun moves i.e. the earth rotates, the light beam shines across the orifice, exit at the bottom on an angle and falls off center sensor which in turn reverts back to the ‘null’ operation and energizes the motors and brings the beam back to the center sensor. (Think of 5 sensors representing a clock face, 3, 6, 9, 12 and center) indicating East, South, West and North. When the sun shines on a side sensor, the control system seeks the brightest spot in the sky and brings the light beam back to the center sensor and follows the sun. Always on control; none is better.

All measurement elements of the sensor assembly are infinitely changeable, and can be in the Nanoradian range of one degree of circumference.

The control system is a Dual Axis Solar Control System which is used to control solar platforms of various sizes and forms, and keep them continuously facing the sun. The electronic control PCB includes a companion mounting box with an assortment of various length extension cords. Also included are several sensor assemblies consisting of various sensors and housings. An electronic engineering firm has been contacted and is working with this company to bring the solar control system to market. The different solar platform sizes are dependent on the various applications, i.e. lighting, heating, or generating electricity. There are no limitations on sizes and will be smaller for lighting, to extremely large for generating electricity with solar cell modules. The conical shaped solar platforms, is a major project because it is believed that many platforms can be built, connected together, and withstand Hurricane Force Winds. Wind tunnel testing is needed for testing out this theory. Our platform Design is unique, as compared to what exists in the world today. In lieu of a flat design, we can and prefer to use a conical shape that is staggered and stacked in the form of bleachers. This allows for the air to pass through the platform and reduce the resistance to flow. Letting the wind pass through the platform will reduce, or eliminate the need to park the solar modules in a horizontal position and will therefore generate the maximum capable output of the solar cells. The conical design will require counter balancing to even out the load, placed on the upright part of the platform, as compared to the flat design which can be at the center of gravity. Some wind tunnel testing will be required on our unique conical platforms. Several mechanical drawings have been created, and now must be fabricated, installed and the theory tested. The platform for lighting must be as precise as possible because reflection light theory is based on flat front-coated mirrors. Because of the radius, the center of a circle is not exact, so the design has to be as nearly perfect as possible. The sun is the highest point-source light known to man. The sunrays only deviates .25 percent of 1° and is approximately 93 million miles from earth and the light rays are nearly parallel. The slight misalignment can either be ignored, or corrected with lenses. The accuracy of the sun beam for heat is not as exacting, and can be kept in a straight forward moving direction and concentrated as needed. With front coated conical mirrors, the sunlight can be concentrated and kept perpendicular to earth, and put to good use for many different purposes. The main good use for light is to illuminate the interior of a space with one light beam; primarily with 1 sunbeam and secondarily with an incandescent spotlight beam when the sun is not available. This is accomplished by circulating a single beam of light at a high rate of speed. Another needed task is to manufacture a high speed and well balanced rotating mirror assembly. The mirror needs to be adjustable to allow the light beam to aim slightly in an upward direction to shine on all of the interior stationary reflectors to spread out the light throughout the space. A 3600 RPM motor will closely approximate 60 cycle alternating current that is mostly used today to eliminate flickering which is seen by some people. My invention will harvest those highly, nearly parallel light rays and keep them parallel by reflecting them from a second and third mirror and, then be used to light a building (Space) with one rotating beam of sunlight that is further reflected by additional mirrors as needed. As in motion pictures, people cannot see the void between film frames because of persistence of vision. They cannot see the darkness between the short flashes of light because of refreshing the scene at 60 Hertz. Some engineering drawing work has been performed on the rotating mirror assembly and has to be fabricated and balanced, and the theory has to be proven. Movies exist, so this will also work. Sunshine is approximately half light and half heat; need more heat...use a larger mirror(s); need more light...use a larger mirror(s). For when the sun is unavailable, the invention uses a new type incandescent spotlight for use in lieu of the sun. The spotlight too is unique in design, and is another product that needs to go to market. All the components of the entire system can be resized within the realm of practicality. We incorporated an LLC to seek government funds to help us get to market. and I am in the process of forming a success oriented professional management team to take us to take us there. Currently we have 1 full time and 7 part time, plus several others in waiting, including one who wants to be the Chief Executive Officer. One of the others, an electrician, has 2 state licenses available for contracting so we can start right away. I also have 145 Independent Contractors under contract to begin sales.

The target audience for Walden’s Greenergy Solar, LLC is businesses who want to no longer be dependent on an overextended power grid, communities not easily connected to a power grid, Third world countries, persons wanting to be “self-sufficient and live off the land”, and those wanting to leave a smaller ecological footprint and reduce overhead costs.

We desire to facilitate the ability for local business to operate in their respective economies, utilizing local labor at the current prevailing wages.  Also included, but not limited to; underrepresented minorities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), full participation of women and persons with disabilities. 

The main focus of the renewable energy market is Solar; and that’s where my control system will excel. The company is a phenomenon; it can harness the power of the Sun. The Light from the sun can be used to brighten the interior of a space. The Heat of the sun can be utilized to replace cold air with warm air inside a building; and the heat can also be stored for later use; in fluids, or in a pile of rocks. The radiant energy emitted by the sun can be converted to Electrical Energy with solar modules. The invention is capable of doing Solar, Wind and Water- both Wave and Tidal. The main focus is being on solar.

For solar, I believe my product/control system can compete with all on the market today, and can outperform most single and dual axis platform systems in use by 20% to 40% because of my new and novel control system. The new ‘control system’ will allow for the back tracking of the solar platforms to eliminate the highly degradation by shade, of output from the solar modules.

At the present time, I don’t see competing with the 100 meter bladed wind machines; however, I don’t think there are many smaller wind machines that can match my new novel systems.

Also, the same holds true for the water machines- not competing with the giant hydroelectric systems, but I believe there aren’t many that can compete with my novel water systems.

For solar, I believe my invention/system can compete with all on the market today, and can outperform most single and dual axis platform systems in use by 20% to 40% because of my new control system.

The main Product is my dual axis solar control system; it is a complete Solid-state electronic Plug-and-Play Dual-axis Solar-tracker Control-system; it is capable of doing solar better than all others. Just install it, and connect a 24VDC power supply. The new ‘control system’ will allow for the back tracking of the solar platforms to eliminate the highly degradation by shade, of output from the solar modules.

In addition to the above, Walden’s Greenergy Solar, LLC is an Invention in Renewable Energy, and I am selling the Right-to-use the patent via Franchises, White Labels and Subscriptions- Preferring Subscriptions and planning for mostly, if not all Subscriptions. Also, everyone in the solar industry will be able to use my invention for their own personal use.

We will begin with the hiring of the electrician and enlisting under contract two state contractor licenses and begin installing solar modules right away. The independent contractors can begin their sells. We will sell to residential, commercial, industrial and governmental; also continue seeking government grant monies. We will make our new control system available to all other businesses to increase their solar outputs. Hopefully, the plan is to start installing free standing solar EV charging stations utilizing our many novel platform designs and new control system.
