On the other hand, there´s a report from OIT the impact of small business in Latin America economy that together with self employment, they correspond of 75% of jobs in region.

This solution address the most important issues these companies have as we can support them with a consultant they could not pay for regular consulting company.
We are serving all small business around Americas.
Using a methodology that attacks the problem these companies are looking to be solved, support them during the creating or improving the product or service life cycle thru Agile Framework, Project, creating all deliverables using project management process and improving the process using lean.
These companies will be more prepared to maintain their small business in a continuous improvement life cycle with a consulting that helps them during the process with a price that they can pay.

MY solution has a focus to provide how to do it as we can follow up directly SMB during the process of innovation as we can support them to limit the problem scope, work together to find a solution, create projects and follow up how to keep improving the process. Today, this kind of service can be just made for big companies, or normally, education companies provides only orientation, but not a consulting model
We will support SMB using design thinking process to identify the best ways to identify the problems they are seeking to be solved after the problem is identified create a demo or prototype to test on market.
When the solution is finally identified and tested, supporting them to create a project based on Agile Scrum or PMBOK to deliver this solution.
At least, support SMB to have a lean process implemented to keep improving it

As this is a concept, I did not start it yet, but my first target when I start is to find 500 SMB to serve this kind of service
I have a target to multiple it 500 customer per year, but have in mind, as we can impact indirectly million of people as SMB sales services and products who support their families and communities and keep the gold cycle turning
Currently, I need to start up the company, so this is more financial related.
As I have regular job, I just need some capital to work only with this.
I have been thinking to use crownfunding to raise the necessary amount and test the market in the same way and I will make this in the next Month ( June, 2019).

I have been working with projects for the last 13 years and I get this point as I can deliver better and more efficient than anyone else in my company as I can find the customer problem before to start the projects, scope the project before to start it with assumptions, restrictions. On the other hand, keep improving the process using lean to avoid any waste of time.
As this is can be done in a large company, it can be done in any company as well.

The most important keys activities are related to understand customer problems and process, support them to gather their customer problems in order to create product and services linked with customers and then create projects and improve process
we will sell at the beginning thru crowdfunding sites to reach the expected target customer based on minimum necessary of 8 hours, very low expense are expected as we will use all remote consulting.
