3i Schooling plans to be the answers to the widely apparent problems and predicaments existing in our current education system by successfully executing the plans of ‘Education Imparting using the advanced prospects of an Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, Intelligent Quotient and Emotional Quotient based system’. The biggest problem of our education system and its operating nature lies in the incoherence among the 13 different types of existing curriculum in our education system and the absence of harmony in their functioning. 3i Schooling intends to eradicate such problems by integrating each of the active systems under a single system, following a single central structural framework. And similar positive developments of all the curricula can be ensured by giving equal emphasis and effort for each curriculum.
One of the most concerning characteristic features of the education system of our country is the scarcity of skilled and capable human capital in our country. A large number of people, even after receiving the highest degrees of the education system, remain unequipped with a standard skillset thus becoming inadequate for the comprehensive development of our country. The main working philosophy of 3i Schooling consists of a skill-based education system that facilitates the development of a skilled manpower and a qualified workforce. Consequently, habitual breach of ethics develops in the student from an early age. The virtual model of education and exams has intensified the unethical practices of the students as physical presence is not ensured. 3i Schooling aims to establish a more prominent ethical practice among the students. They believe, that if the right techniques can be implemented, the students won’t have to practice any unfair means.
A regional disparity is apparent in the education system of our country. The education system of our country is city-centered, with the administrational framework favoring the urban institutions much more than those of the rural areas. The accessibility of education and educational resources is also scanty in the villages. And the number of students outfitted with the tools necessary for practicing digital education is insignificant. 3i Schooling, being the sword of change, purposes to take the responsibility of changing such a city-centric education into an easily accessible system throughout the country.

By assessing the global job market by Machine Learning, ensure the best possible opportunity. At present, in Bangladesh there are not single agent or firm who have given study counselling and career guidelines in large scale. All the facilities including quality education, quality teachers, and mentors in centralised developed in capital of Bangladesh. But, more than 80% of population are living rural and remote areas. In the rural areas there are insufficient number of quality teacher, some areas not a single science and math teacher. Though we have got some nerd in these areas. If they got little opportunity of quality education, those have a chance to participate to develop sustainable community. Moreover quality education is right to everyone. we will offer "yard education" with life long skill for everyone. As people can learn about life skill, agriculture which is part and parcel in daily life. Minimizing the educational gaps between job market and curriculum; ensure knowledge, and skill development. it is very hard to get instant result within one year, but students will be motivated as some organisation is thinking for them (especially dropout, remotely located inhabitants), even privileged students also enhances their education by our STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) program for level 4- level 8. But within 3 years we are optimistic, we will reach more than 10,000 students, 2000 parents for life long learning, and 100 teachers for their quality educational contents.
As our target audience is huge number of people, and our main service is quality education. Our main goal is towards access to quality education for everyone; ensure skilled based education for decent work and economic growth. These measurable indicators achieved by partnership and goals within five years.
At present, a large portion of the students who are frustrated, they are confused may quickly become frustrated in the classroom if they are pressured to perform. It may be the case that attention or processing difficulties have prevented a learner from understanding a lesson, or that the instructions for a particular assignment are not clear to them. our process and system of education is so confusing direct result students and parents become frustrated. this practice we are practicing since 200 years. We do not have sufficient skilled and quality-full teacher who can teacher and guide students for betterment. We have huge more than $7 billion education and one of the stable GDP for last 10 years, but we do not have skilled trainers for producing workforce, and mentors.
As CEO of 3i Schooling, I do believe very first step a realistic vision is needed for them to realise about future and a sparking day is waiting for them. In the future problem solving and cognitive ability and creativity are essential and productive and receptive language skills are necessary.
Need quality content but effective in simple language rather than complex words, as a child may feel frustrated with underperformance and/or a lack of progress. Frustration can arise when a student works in a particular subject area.
Parents-teacher-students position needed a right angel triangle when parents are base of triangle; mentors and height of performance indicator; hypotenuse. If parents understood the future demand of job market and skills, they will not run for numbers and grade rather proper skills. numbers is short term success and skills are long term achievements.
