Providing quality Education to the under privileged children

Approxmently 75.16% of the age bracket 5  to 12 years in primary level and 66% in secondary level are out of school currently due to:

Poor education in schools due to:

          poor teacher training

          language of instructions in schools

          crowded classrooms and low budgets.

          absenteeism of learners and teachers

          poor punctuality of teachers and learners .

          sexual arrestments of teachers to learners.

          poor methods teaching.

Early marriages due to poverty of parents where they cannot afford to buy scholastic materials for their children then they force the girls in  forced marriage for wealth.

On the side of the boys, when get fellow students pregnant they have also to drop out of school to look after the mother and the new born baby.

Besides the above factors, death of biological parents has also led to underserved children in schools due to COVID 19 and other killer diseases.

To bring out -of - school children into schools ,through counseling and timely supply of teachers ,classroom space and other resources.

To promote moral and civic education among children so as to make them responsible citizens through lobbing the Government and the line Ministry to provide a better program to civic education into the country's curriculum.

To  enhance  and boast technical skills and knowledge through teaching and training in computers ,weaving and bakery skills.

We are looking at improving the lives of children who may suffer because of illiteracy, child labor and early marriages .

To bring back out of school children to school for studies and expand the job market for teaches as well.

(CSEDO) is a well led organization and among  our core values is  transparency and accountability, in order to  serve our community better we established a pre-primary and a primary school to align on a mission of providing quality education to the under-privileged children and we have managed to develop proximity in our communities. People have given attention to our agenda and we have also developed trust and a spirit of togetherness with the community authorities and the members at large.  We will also use social medias like whats app ,zoom lessons in urban areas and recoded audios and radios to rural areas in order to reach a good numbers of learners.  We believe we will solve the problem and get the  results required.

We are applying for the following reasons:

To get mentorship and guidance on how we can enlarge our services in other areas of the world.

To connect with other solvers who mighty have the same ideas like ours.

Its innovative in the way that we first identify each learner's learning ability and we pave ways of how to handle each learner according to their pace of learning.

We also use goose to search for other organizations which do the same work like ours and we copy from in order to inprove on our handling of learners.

We down load videos which show how learning processes are simplified.

We also allow learners to carry out discussion among them selves to build  confidence which we call child to child learning.

Our goal is to enroll more learners and help them acquire more skills while progressing with their basic Education, next year we wish to have a big number of students at 75% in my country through sensitizing more learners in comminutes and the country at large.

In the next five years we hope to bridge the gap between illiterates and literates by catering to under served ones.

After seeing that there are some students who can read/write ,make different things through skilling this shows that some goals have been achieved.

The gap between well served and underserved learners will bridged ,more students  and we develop more skills.

We use whatsapp, video conferencing ,zoom learning and televisions to urban learners. where as in rural areas we use local radios ,audio recordings to reach our learners.

We very much consider gender balance listening to each other plus our works and from other authorities and the Government at large.

We work hand in hand with the ministry of Education and the local authorities for guidance.

Although there are some children we help , but there are some who pay little fees which enables us to learn organization.

We get some little income from the privileged learners and we also sell the products our students make through skilling and we get some money to sustain the organization.

We also offer our salaries /tokens we get from activities we do.

We are also looking forward to getting some donors to facilitate us  since we want to expand the service. 

So far we have managed to get 10 millions uganda shillings and the little we have injecting in from our pockets and from our side businesses.
