Our efforts within and between communities are limited by our ability to plan, visualize possible outcomes, provide education and leadership. Given a scalable resource to plan and manage projects within and throughout communities, integrating it with local customs, ecological interactions, scientific research, material and tool development and acquisition, water and resource management and predictions. Communities will be better equipped to handle refugee populations, climate or extreme events, or expansion with a healthier environmental interaction.

At the time of writing this the World Population Clock was barreling past 7,866,069,603. And still the most effective way to build, create, learn, or trade is through a Currency. And a lot of that currency goes directly into making sure people are comfortable while they are planning. The health of our environments or cultural concerns often fall to the wayside in light of these restrictions. Sophisticated networks of planning through integrated software is not available to more than 99% of that very large group mentioned above. Us.

The many across our planet locked either permanently or for extended periods in refugee camps would have access to a trusted network within communities using this software to predict integration efforts and scalability. 

Farms, orchards and citydwellers who wish to integrate the latest research and methods for growing techniques, water management and planning, along with social networking to provide community benefit and sharing will have a new unique resource that can be scaled rapidly.

Indigenous communities, impoverished districts and families, those with limited access to resources, learning or fulfillment will have an enormous, simple resource to create a voice for themselves and within the communities around them.

Ecological education and interaction through project  integrated software modelling and predicting. It seems the best way to get people to care about the water, the plants the animals that surround them is to interact and learn about them. Right now it is too expensive to create modelling and predictions around small projects without large corporate intervention. But a scalable integrated model for project management that included ecological impacts, research and predictive modelling the amount of information available to projects large and small would be enormously increased. 

Group management and leadership also suffers from resource allocation and plan sharing. With a strong visual element, the ability to change and improve data sets and share results within and throughout communities. The amount of leadership roles to be filled will increase exponentially along with the feeling of shared community through discussion and agreement. 

And then consumption, waste, and resource allocation lack a similar centralized recording network that can be shared and adjusted realtime to provide current use or support and levels of predictive modelling for future use and development. Possible project ideas or outcomes can be visualized and shared. 

With these three main areas of improvement a blockchain based range of visual nodes of information can form a large network of integrated data through tagging, algorithm and AI these module sets of data can be used to create new parks or entire cities.  Manage a community garden or an entire cities food and waste. Help rebuild a tsunami disaster or relocate groups into habitable regions. Allow small and large populations to trade and interact without a currency valuation but rather an ecological, family and future value.

This kind of coordination of effort, level of communication and sharing of ideas and tasks is closer to our human nature than we are normally presented within a restrictive resource model we live in today.

It's new technology that allows for the creation of new business models. I apologize for not fitting into just the one box.

It will be based on a blockchain as well as accessible to standard server platform. It should be able to be used on individual mesh networks and uploaded piecemeal or in its entirety.

We will be building on already available open source technology as well as novel machine learning modelling and algorithms for integrating modules to create the 'birds eye view' as well as in depth task management.

This technology will be used in a variety of ways from western wealthy cultures organizing gardens and community projects to impoverished cities finally having the access to planning and recording necessary to be competitive or even viable in a global economy.
