Integrate School
We offer a systematic approach to preparing and standardizing lesson plans by improving administrative processes through automation and greater transparency into effectiveness through data.
Systemic inequity in instructional programs prevents students from receiving a comparable education, within a district, school and often the same grade. This inequity is most clearly evident in the quality of a school program’s lesson plans, which are misaligned, inconsistent and riddled with instructional bias as most schools use email and google docs to manage this process. The impact is overworked teachers and underserved students.
Teachers and administrators recognize that standardized lesson plans, aligned with state or county guidelines, would significantly increase teacher efficiency, and more importantly, improve student experience, test scores and educational opportunities.
Integrate School helps admins and teachers to save time on the lesson planning process by making it easier to create, share, and provide feedback to lesson plans while mapping them to state standards and curriculum. We ensure the quality and transparency of lessons taught which ultimately leads to significant time savings and improved student performance. We do this through improved data and strategic integrations which is why our company is called Integrate School.
Our target population is k-12 teachers and administrators. We will help them:
- Improve the quality of lessons taught, and therefore student outcomes
- Increase time savings to lesson plan creation and implementation
- Reduce instructional inequity, and therefore zip code discrimination
We are passionate about education and have brought on over 40 years of industry expertise to ensure that we execute in this space. Our co-founder Kevin was born and raised in an underserved community, which is why he understands the needs of urban education. This is why instructional inequity is so important for us to solve, through providing higher quality lessons. We have been implementing the solution into our community through building relationships with key decision makers, and referrals, by understanding their needs. We provide them with top quality customer service including professional development to ensure their success. We have also taken our time surveying users in our community to ensure that what we are building is helpful every step of the way.
- Support timely and manageable assessments to help under-resourced communities better plan, monitor, and evaluate learning
- Growth
If we are selected, Integrate School will have a greater impact on students through mentorship on our rebuild and sales process. We are currently in the process of rebuilding our software from the ground up for increased scalability while adding some key features. We are also working on rebuilding our sales funnel and approach, so having mentorship will be instrumental to our success during this process.
- Product / Service Distribution (e.g. expanding client base)
We are catalytic in how we approach lesson planning for schools because we offer a unique systematic approach to preparing and standardizing lesson plans by improving administrative processes through automation and greater transparency into effectiveness through data. Our process is less cumbersome than our competitors which leads to a greater time savings, and work life balance for our customers. We also leverage strategic integrations with Google and Microsoft items that all schools use, which helps us reduces the learning curve, and switching cost.
Year 1 (2022):
With our current software we do not have the ability to generate user data, which is part of the reason for our rebuild. However, we have been surveying our users to find out the impact of Integrate School on our customers. We types of data we survey are:
- Time savings
- User Satisfaction
year 2 (2023):
With our rebuild, witch will be completed late in 2022, we will be able to generate greater user data in 2023 such as:
- Instructional Inequity gap (curriculum pacing)
- Lesson plan quality based on its affect on student performance
- Student performance improvements as a result of higher quality lesson plans
Year 3 (2024):
We will continue to work towards our goals of being able to track and improve classroom inequity by adding:
- Student SEL (Social Emotional Learning scoring a tracking)
- Equity data on lesson plans that contain diversity and inclusion and their effect on student performance and happiness
Year 4 (2025):
- IEP lesson plans and their effect on performance of students with learning disabilities.
Year 5 (2026):
- Curriculum and its effect on student learning. Ultimately we would like to make suggestions on which curriculum statistically provides the best learning outcomes, and suggest lesson plans for teachers to use so their preparation is minimal while the student outcomes are maximized.
- As previously stated, we currently gain qualitative data by use surveying our users are our way of collecting data. Currently we are focusing on time savings, and user satisfaction.
- We will gain quantitative data through our rebuilding of our software which will include comprehensive data dashboards, and integrations with other essential school software (Like LMS's) so we can cross correlate data to figure out lesson plan effectiveness.
- Integrate School solves a process problem by improving the method of how lesson plans are created, overseen, and implemented. Lesson planning today is the largest administrative task and time waste for teachers, and is such a core piece to the education process.
We have a software solution that digitizes the lesson planning process, that was done on pen and paper for centuries. Today, most schools get the job done with Google docs, and email. This process is inefficient, wastes time, and wastes valuable data. We also leverage strategic integrations witch allow us to: generate better user data, reduce the switching cost, and saves time by reducing double work.

- Organizations (B2B)
To become financially stable we need to achieve just 20 school sales. We are currently at 7 schools so we just need 13 more this year. We have hired an SDR EdTech specialist to help us improve the quality of our ICP leads, and the quantity to ensure that we meet our ARR sales goals by the end of this year.
-We went from $11k in the summer of 2020 with pilots, to 2021 with $30k in revenue, and this year expect to break $100k in total revenue.
- We have also successfully raised over $500k, and we are currently raising a $500k seed round, which will help us to scale and become sustainable.
