The needs for technology skills are now on the rise however the ratios for tech skilled personnel to the needs is less bearable.  Aside from that becoming a software developer via schooling means four years of education and it does not guarantee the learner of knowing the practical works. Most youths in Zambia are cannot afford the university way however with knowing a technical skill they can find themselves a high paying job or freelance for a living. 

Our solution is both video and written aided resources. This means for those learners who are a bit slow the video aided will boost their learning process. To top it a free certificate of completion for all courses on the platform. We are an online tutor lead startup that is having free and paid-for plans for students. Our main core existence is the developer world or sector where we are trying to resolve the low education rates due to the lack of university funding and social wealth fare.

Our solution will serve as the most effective co-group learning platform and also will provide a easy way of getting into tech jobs. 

My team is made up of course content creators, developers and finance young minds. We are well abled to deliver the both technically and business minded to push this idea where it must be in the period of six months. 

We are applying because we are in need of startup capital to launch the idea. 

Aside from having a free collaborative learning feature we have a paid for mentor based learning path. We are unique in a way that we not only aiming to educate rather we are aiming to empower and change the education system.   

Our 12 - 24 is segmented into 6 months. Our first 6 months is to aim to redo the entire app from pure react to next js. The next js application is the beta version that is aimed to have active subscribers once launched, in this period all will focus on is the tech side of things. The other activity planned is creating content. The content will be created with collaborative efforts from the team and volunteers. The second six months will be launched and marketing will make use of the free tier to gain access to the masses. This period will focus more on the exposure and marketing of the software. We plan to ride along with content development and possible partnerships. We anticipate gaining at least 250,000 users every month by the end of the first three months of the second phase. 
In the third phase of our 6 months plan, we will be looking at possible cooperative partnerships in form of hackathons and internship proposals. Our commit X initiative will go live for use by our first court of learners. We will launch the live session initiative where users will be able to have a live one to one and one to many seasons with tutors and mentors. In the last 6 months of our 24 months plan, we plan to work on the tech for more capacity. We plan to reinvest in our infrastructure and technology by bringing in our AI proposed solution that will truck users learning curve and offer recommendations to both users and mentors. At this phase will plan to bring in investors and more project managers and expand our tech team for better days. After this will then launch another expansion plan. 

Our 5 year will mark us in control of africa's education system. We plan to have initiatives that will enable users to learn at zero data rate. 

We are currently using raw data from the government and societies to learn of the levels of the impact of the problem on the target users.

With the recent changes on how the globe is going about we have noticed that self passed learning modules are increasing on the market however the market pricing is not favorable for all. In africa if a user can gain an education at $100 we will indeed educate masses. 

We are using the power of AI for us to understand the problems from our users and how best we can easily help them overcame them.

We have a team of two 

1. James Poda, James is a front end developer and a react native developer who is currently working on the project as a sole developer. 

2.Vivian Kaluba, Vivian is a course content developer who is currently upholding and working on the startup on developing course plans. 

Our business model is a subscription and b2b based. Will be offering a paid for plan for extra services and our b2b based model will be in form of partnerships for paid for internship. 

We will bring in money into the company by paid for subscription and donation from our free tier community. 

Our business to business way of bringing in money will be via partnership and hackathons organized on behalf of major cooperates.
