Raster Master project

This innovative teaching method has created an unprecedented model for giving the right to education to all students around the world, especially first generation students, and at the same time enlightening their illiterate parents. Indigenous communities, financially backward communities living below the poverty line, and those who cannot afford to purchase education materials to continue their education, are guaranteed the right to education by the Road Master (Teacher of the State) project
During pandemic in 2020 when school was closed, I have turned walls into blackboards and roads into classrooms, trying to close the gap in learning brought on by prolonged school shutdowns in the country SBD across the world. I am also devoted to adult education and has educated the parents of students by teaching them through their children.
I always special focus on first generation learners education & socio-economically back word communities education. This innovative teaching techniques is very useful for close the learning gap during pandemic & post pandemic also.

This innovative education project can change the old system of teaching a lot, at the same time give a new direction to the education of underprivileged students.
Firstly, the old teaching method focuses only on the education of students. But in reality it has been observed that those who are first generation students i.e. those whose parents are illiterate are not aware enough about the education of their children. That is why it is difficult to integrate first generation students into the mainstream of education. Unless their illiterate parents, especially mothers, are aware enough to educate their children, there will be considerable obstacles in educating their children. It is not possible to include them in the 100% literacy program. Because parents are not interested enough in educating their children, it is often seen that their children are involved in child labor and girls are given in marriage in their childhood.
But in the street master project first generation students as well as their illiterate parents especially mothers are educated together because when mothers are educated they become aware of their children's education and extend all hands of cooperation to the street master to educate the children. As a result, the education of the first generation students can be completed 100%. The tendency to drop out of school is also greatly reduced. Child labor and child marriage can be prevented.
Second, in the old education system, students below the poverty line who cannot afford any digital education, do not have the means to buy educational materials, whose education is hampered due to economic constraints. The conversion of earthen walls to blackboards and village to schools in the road master project has made it very easy for those who cannot afford to buy any educational materials to continue their studies here. There is no need for any educational materials, whatever is needed is also provided to them through the street master.
At the same time, the education of students who are away from digital education is ensured.
Thirdly, the old education system emphasizes only traditional education but in the street master education system, along with the traditional education, education-centered education, vocational education, moral education, patriotic education, environmental protection education, health awareness education, world brotherhood education, modern technology education etc. are provided.
The positive effects of the street master education system on the education system can be seen. Indigenous students who are far from digital education have been linked to education and their illiterate parents have been signed up through the Raster Master literary Program. The street master has arranged for the corona vaccine to be given to all the indigenous mothers who were afraid to get the vaccine due to superstition. Indigenous students have been given nutritious food to protect them from malnutrition during the lockdown. As a result, on the one hand, their physical development has been correct, on the other hand, their mental development has been correct. In India, Asansol in West Bengal, Malati Para in Jamuria, Mor Para, Upar Jaba, Shimulia, School Para, Kanthal Para, Nilpur Indigenous Village, Sirishdanga, Abipit Indigenous Colony etc. the road master has implemented his project properly.

sustainable
The Raster Master project has grown so fast because of the long lockdown around the world, the first-generation learners below the poverty line who could not afford to study online were being denied the 'right to education'. Transforming the walls of their homes into blackboards and transforming villages into schools, keeping them in the mainstream of education by donating 'education at the door'. At the same time the street master has educated illiterate parents. Through this, on the one hand, he has ensured education for the backward class students and on the other hand, he has reduced the number of school dropouts.
Due to the closure of all educational institutions around the world due to corona Pandemic, many children around the world were saying goodbye to education and joining child labor, many children were dropping out of school, many minors were being given in marriage at an early age. The Street Master launched his 'Street Master project' to ensure the right to education for all of them and to get them into school so this project is not limited to any state or country but is an unprecedented step towards mainstreaming the education of all children around the world.
The governance model of the Street master project is very transparent and accountable. There is clarity in every action of the street master. To establish the standard of transparency, he has set up a foundation where many educated people are working together. Everyone has different responsibilities, from Director, Auditor, Operations Officer to Secretary Will play a leading role in expansion.
Through this project, on the one hand, it is possible to educate the backward first generation students and their guardians in the remote rural areas, on the other hand, it is possible to open a field of employment by employing educated unemployed youth in rural areas as teachers. The road master project has established the right to education on the one hand and is paving the way for employment on the other.

The Guardian
Teacher of streets innovative teaching method has created an unprecedented model for giving the right to education to all students around the world, especially first generation students, and at the same time enlightening their illiterate parents. Indigenous communities, financially backward communities living below the poverty line, and those who cannot afford to purchase education materials to continue their education, are guaranteed the right to education by the Road Master (Teacher of the State) project. In 2020 and 2021, when the world was plagued by Corona epidemics, all educational institutions around the world were shut down for lockdown, and teacher Deep Narayan came forward with the role of a savior. Although some educational institutions have started offering online education, students below the poverty line who do not have the necessary materials for online education (such as laptops, computers, mobile phones, etc.) as well as those who do not have enough electricity to study online at home.
No one cares about those who are unable to take online education. Master of the Streets (Raster Master) project has established the right to education for those children living below the poverty line and backward. Teacher Deep March 2020 during the lockdown saw students below the poverty line (especially indigenous and financially backward students) being deviated from their studies by not being able to study online. Some are grazing cows, some are wandering aimlessly, some are swimming in ponds, some are playing in the trees, many children are getting addicted by saying goodbye to education, girls are being deprived of education and marrying minors at an early age. When he woke up he talked to the parents of all those helpless tribal children and why are their children dropping out of school and getting addicted? Why are girls getting married at an early age beyond education? He wants to know about it. She learns from her parents that the 2020 harsh lockdown has taken away all their work and is causing them extreme problems in their daily lives. They don't have enough 'food' to survive. In such a situation, where will they get the money to buy educational materials for their children's education? They said that somehow we are alive now, then we can think of a bright future for the children. When teacher of streets told the tribal parents he would buy all the educational materials for the children but the children have to study. Reassured by teacher, the parents said that they also want their children to study and be enlightened in the light of education but they are helpless. They thank Sir for standing by them. Then Sir started teaching on the street that day. Indigenous people affectionately called him street master because he taught on the street. While teaching on the street, he encountered some problems ...
First of all, it is a matter of money to provide educational materials to all indigenous children living below the poverty line. At the same time we know that children are most attracted to beautiful new things so after getting new books, notebooks, pens, sylhetic pencils, etc., they have sometimes lost them and sometimes left them at home hoping to get another new one. As a result, it is very difficult for a teacher to provide new teaching materials on a daily basis.
Secondly, it is very difficult to make children socially distant by sitting on the street.
Thirdly, when more than a hundred children are studying together on the street, it is very challenging to look at everyone's notebooks and identify where they are doing wrong.
Fourth, while studying on the road, there is a fear of poisonous insects or snake bites.
All four of these problems are solved by his only innovative idea
Solution to the first problem: He painted the walls of the raw houses of the indigenous people and painted blackboards on the walls. As a result, all the indigenous children who did not have money to buy educational materials also started studying on the walls of their homes as there is no need for educational materials (books, pens, etc.). On the wall are written and painted everything including blackboard, alphabet, rhyme, poetry. Students can easily read by looking at them and writing on the blackboard on the wall.
Solution to the second problem: Blackboards can be easily made between students located at a certain distance.
Solution to the third problem: If a student writes something wrong on the blackboard or sits quietly without writing anything, it will catch the eye of his teacher from a distance because if there is nothing big written in the form of blackboards, they will be empty.
Problem Solution 4: The blackboards are painted on the walls of their house so they are located in their house in some way. They keep their homes clean at all times so there is no chance of any poisonous insects or snake bites in the place.
This is not just a picture of a few indigenous villages or isolated areas. This is how the millions of students living below the poverty line around the world were being deprived of education in the image lockdown of the world. Child students were forced to work as day laborers, cows were stolen, intoxicated, girls were being given in marriage at an early age.
Also, this innovative teaching method of street master is playing a very effective role in eradicating superstitions and promoting maternal education. This project has played a leading role in eradicating malnutrition of financially backward children. Coved is effective enough in this project to bring the children back to school next time and at the same time keep them connected with education.
The Journey of street teacher perhaps, does not end here. A day may come when some new innovative idea will come to his mind to launch another project for ovarall development of Adivasis in his area.
- Enable personalized learning and individualized instruction for learners who are most at risk for disengagement and school drop-out
- Pilot
for help us financially, legally, technically etc.
- Financial (e.g. improving accounting practices, pitching to investors)
This is a innovative ground-breaking idea. Because
This innovative creative learning method invented by the street master shows a definite direction in giving the right to education to all children around the world and at the same time enlightening their illiterate parents (especially mothers and grandmothers) through their children. In this innovative education system, education is imparted to all the students who are unable to access education. In this case, the earthen walls are converted into blackboards and the villages into schools. Schools are built at the doorsteps of school dropouts. Students are fed nutritious food to eliminate malnutrition. All round development is achieved along with the physical and mental development of the students. This method of education will be fully effective in keeping the students involved in education in the future as it was in the days of lockdown. In this innovative education system, first generation students as well as their parents are illuminated in the light of education especially illiterate mothers because it is very difficult to educate children if mothers are not educated. If mothers are not educated at the same time, they cannot properly understand the importance of educating their children. So it is imperative to educate the children and their illiterate mothers. Otherwise it is not possible to educate 100% of the first generation children. This education system, on the one hand, educates the first generation students by transforming the earthen wall into a blackboard, educates their illiterate mothers through them and on the other hand, facilitates the way of educating the first generation students by educating the mothers. This innovative teaching method is also very effective in spreading science education in eradicating superstitions.
This is a little different from the general education system because the overall development is achieved by educating illiterate mothers and their children together on the street under the open sky. At the same time this education system works in a very conscious way to eradicate superstition. In this innovative creative teaching method the student is taught in a pleasurable way. Here students learn education through play, there is no fear. The main objective of this education system is to acquire new knowledge, acquire new skills and build a better society.
The Road Master (Teacher of the Streets) project ensures the right to education of those living below the poverty line, who cannot afford to purchase learning materials to continue their studies. In 2020, when the world is plagued by Corona epidemics, all educational institutions around the world are closed for lockdown, the teacher Mr. Nayak comes forward with the role of a savior. Students below the poverty line who are unable to access online education, Teacher of the Streets project has established their right to education among the children living below the poverty line and backward. During the Teacher Deep 2020 lockdown, students below the poverty line (especially indigenous and financially disadvantaged students) were being diverted from their studies by not being able to study online, was getting married at an early age, providing them with nutritious food and education. In this way, he kept the backword indigenous community connected to the mainstream of education during the lockdown.
