We have to reskill/upskill 1 Billion people globally according to WEF and more than 100 million children in underprivileged regions have to access education according to UNICEF.
There will be an 85 million talent shortage by 2030 according to Korn Ferry.
There are labor market imbalances, people lose their trust in education systems. People believe the educational institutions do not deliver what they promised and look for new ways.
This is our reality in the era of remote learning and working is on rising, and the great resignation is happening.
Some people are lucky enough to find a path for themselves or resourceful to create one, while most are not. We are in urgent need of creating a solution making quality, accessible, and affordable learning a right.
We have to combine the power of MOOCs, mentorship, and the elements of personalization of learning.
Personalized learning promises to increase learning performance dramatically by personalizing the methods, pace, and subjects to learn.
Case Future is designed to achieve this by curating a learning path using the power of AI in a mobile-first environment. Depending on fields of interest, learners are served curated packages to enable them to develop a skill (and find mentors and reaching to a job landing opportunity in further stages).
People who are willing to develop a skill and haven't discovered where to start yet, have a smartphone as a medium of learning whether or not have a disposable income to spend for a skill development program.
Also, the language options are limited to English and Turkish at the moment.
As a mobile-first free-of-charge solution, Case Future is designed to create an impact, especially for one's lives without having enough resources to enable them to access current skill development solutions.
Our founding team consists of two co-founders, a tech team, and a task force.
Number one founder, Akif Yaldir is a college drop-out, self-learner, product, and user experience designer who developed himself so far enough to be recommended as a great designer by Y Combinator portfolio companies. He enabled a two-digit number of persons to develop skills and land a job, improving their lives dramatically.
Number two founder, Tuna Dipcin is a graduate of the leading business school in Turkey (Boğaziçi University). He has chosen his path to build the correct organization since when nearly there was no ecosystem developed yet in Turkey, with the experiences of an accelerator (Etohum), a mobile AdTech startup (App Samurai), and a Social Enterprise operating Agricultural Management Consultancy field (Tabit).
Two founders are both destined to build the correct thing to create scalable impact and their time has arrived.
The Tech Team consists of experienced engineers who have a collaborative working practice together. They consider their work as precise craftsmanship.
The Task Force consists of unique people who can intervene organizational problems before they occur, willingness to develop themselves to be the correct founder when their time arrives, and more importantly eager to learn.

We believe that our solution, Case Future is the correct solution to solving our world's real-life problem, stated above. By applying MIT Solve, we are willing to challenge ourselves and prove that this is the correct solution in a reputable arena.
On the other hand, our current organizational challenge is to improve our AI engine through a scaled amount of usage. Although its initial results are promising, as the number of users increases, the quality of the solution will increase as well. In order to make it happen, we either have to get funded to acquire users or gain exposure to attract more learners globally.
There will be further organizational challenges in the future as well while building a resilient organization and we also believe we can discuss them with the first-class mentors we can access through the program.

Personalized learning is slightly used among EdTech solutions. More importantly, there is no other mobile-first free-to-use skill development solution yet. Founders of Case Future believes to achieve sustaining the model and making it a right for all learners globally.
Founders' unique expertise enables Case Future to serve an AI-powered user experience to improve learning performance, specifically on mobile. Although only 2/3 of the internet users have a desktop, nearly 97% of them are connecting through their mobile devices. This will make mobile-first platforms shape the next decade of learning solutions.
As an impact-oriented organization, Case Future's global success will create a competitive environment in the future of learning solutions globally. So it will make high-quality, accessible, and affordable learning a right for all learners globally.

We believe measuring the outcomes of learning is not easy. In a broader sense education should enable people to change and improve their lives and behaviors. We also believe the sense of discovery and being able to achieve something new individuals weren't able to in the past is the goal of learning.
As a result, making people gain trust in education should be the ultimate goal but, we have to use measurable goals.
In this regard, our main success rate will be the number of individuals who land a job.
We are currently measuring learners' time spent in learning.
Next year, we plan to start automizing measuring the change in learners' abilities and skills by integrating relevant solutions through a partnership.
The theory of change depends on personalized learning will increase the learning performance significantly. In this regard, we mainly follow the US Department of Education Report of 2015.
The theory of the model also depends on that generating learning paths through AI, will enable personalized learning for learners.
Last, but not least, we follow the insights from various sources regarding the future of learning on mobile devices, including the one of UNESCO. Mobile devices will allow learners and learning platforms to have further abilities due to the mobility and the sensors they have.

As Case Future Team, we believe in people's right to work in a decent working environment respectful towards human dignity and integrity.
We build the organization in order to contribute to solving our world's problems and improve individuals' quality of life by decreasing the difficulties people experience accessing quality education and decent work. We use and develop innovation in terms of technology, partnerships, and business models in this regard.
Prioritizing individuals living in underprivileged regions or/and circumstances, what we aim is to create an organization enabling an accessible and quality education for free of charge, and rewarding people who invest their time and effort on learning by increasing their chance to access decent work, no matter what background they are coming from or identity they hold.
Members of the Case Future Team share the same values and goals. Whatever identification elements the team members are holding, including but limited to age, gender orientation, political opinion, belief system, ethnical or/and racial background, they are not required to share any of them but allowed if they want to and they are never discriminated.
Our organization is built in order to improve people's lives. We aim our stakeholders, especially the team to improve their lives by being a part of the Case Future community. Case Future is designed to achieve personalized learning on a mobile-first platform for free of charge for all learners globally willing to develop new skills.
Mobile apps are the main medium creating the impact.
In the next version, the users will be able to receive 1-1 mentorship sessions from professionals. This feature will be a paid service and the mentors are also make the value of it. The mentors will also be asked to give free mentorship sessions to the learners and participate in the creation of impact. We plan to make this version live during Q3 2022 following the development plan.
In the future, the model is assumed to create value for further parties. Potential partnerships with the Talent Acquisition solutions and other mobile EdTech solutions may create value for the parties involved.
Further potential partnerships with other educational institutions such as high schools, universities, EdTech ventures, vocational courses of municipalities through technology sharing in a SaaS model would be possible as well.
These options are currently being discovered with those parties, however, our focus is here and now. We need to scale first, improve personalized learning technology, and test our hypothesis aiming to improve learning performance.

Our goal is to serve learners a high-quality, affordable, and accessible education, improve learning performance dramatically, create a path for learners to improve their quality of life, and strengthen their trust in education and learning.
Serving learners free of charge requires resources to allocate. So far, we have invested ourselves. In order to sustain, we will need to raise investment capital.
In order to be the desired opportunity for a venture investor, we initially aim to design a valid business model carrying the potential of becoming a unicorn.
We believe unicorns mainly disrupt industries before generating revenue. Considering the growing trend of the 1-1 mentorship industry, talent acquisition industry, and not yet formed education-focused mobile user acquisition industry are possible fields to disrupt or/and gain a notable market share in the following years.
We are perfectly aware of the fact that this is a moonshot and will be challenging. We build Case Future not because it will be easy, but this is the model it should be.
So far, we did not apply for a grant and did not generate revenue as well.
The only exception was the award we receive in Middle East Technical University's YFYI challenge. As a part of it, a digital media venture (Onedio) has given an advertisement award, which has not been realized yet, worth $6500.
The expenses are covered by the founders.
