GREDU STUDY
Our education system is flawed due to the fact that all students seem to be viewed as equal, in terms of their opportunities, condition and financial capabilities. This is asserted in the fact for a student to receive education, they need to accommodate the school's condition (financial, place & time), instead of the other way around. Thus disruption in schooling activities could happen with the slightest issue that prevents attendance. This has been occurring for decades, due to war, economic recession, income barrier and a variety of other reasons, and most recently the entire system underwent a massive and complete disruption all over the world due to the Covid pandemic. These types of situations cause a severe impact on the student, emotionally and academically. As many students under these conditions are restricted in their activities & communication relevant to access into the school, without a proper solution in place this cause a major learning loss and emotional-scar. Furthermore, teachers also suffer, as they need to put in a lot more effort, especially administratively in terms of delivering the minimum standard of service to continue education for the student under these types of restrictions. So to remedy the situation we need to enable automated personalised learning that caters for academic as well as the social aspects of a student's progress, which could function as a hybrid between individual and accompanied learning that is easily accessible and does not create an extra administrative burden on the teachers.
GREDU STUDY aims to help students to avoid learning Gap/loss due to circumstantial or unavoidable living situations. We aim to provide engaging and accessible A.I. based learning tools that cloud facilitate learning anywhere and anytime. Our A.I. base solution will have 2 major components;
1. Academical aspect: Delivering and assessing digital educational assistance through deployment of (local and/or internationally recognise) curriculum milestones to students in accordance with their personalised progress. This milestone will be filled with materials and assessments that are given through various forms (visual & audio) and delivered in a timely manner by the A.I. assistance. The system itself will contain adaptive learning technology on its teaching & assessment, delivering personalised treatment to every student (difficulty and pace of each material & question will be matched to student's progression).
2. Emotional progress. Our virtual assistance will also take into consideration students' progress in relation to their mental state, which will be determined by pre-set of questions to identify mental health as well as any learning disability. These subsets of questions will be asked during every initial session and would be processed contingent on their learning progress.
The component of this solution could be deployed by 2 models:
Gredu Study buddy : A.I. based learning assistance that provides guidance for students through milestone schedules mirroring actual school education, personalised to the individual educational progress. Gredu study buddy could be installed as an IOT tool or an app on a public computer/tablet/phone, making it easy to use and easily accessible. Studybudy acts as a digital teacher, delivering learning materials for individuals or as a group, in the form of interactive Q&A, materials sharing and even live sharing/discussion with other students or teachers all over the world. Now education could literally be delivered anywhere and anytime, erasing the restriction of time and place. Each student register has to go through the milestones to indicate progress within their level (according to the international education standards), which could be done at their own pace, to which at the end of the progress the gredu study buddy will connect the user with standardised national (or international) test/exam to mark the completion of the level and ensure the same standardisation and certificate of completion will be received by the student. If necessary the exam could be conducted on the device that has been equipped with anti-cheating prevention. This was the student learning with the platform could compete & be granted the same opportunities as any students under normal schooling conditions.
Gredu Schooling management system: The ability to place a school anywhere. The aim of this SaaS is to digitally replicate a schooling environment, whereby with the help of the tools, school administrators, teachers, parents and students could be involved in their respective roles under any conditions. This solution could be embedded with an active school or fully created as an online school. The system equipped with the automation of teacher's administrative tasks, from recapitulation, creating and marking an exam, up to reporting could be done automatically, allowing teachers to focus on delivering engaging and personalised learning. As part of the digitalisation, the platform is also equipped with tools and resources to conduct learning, from e-liblary, digital class, up to digital school board for social interaction. Access to these platforms could be done through computers, tablets or phones, creating easy access for its user. The aim is with this platform, student anywhere could conduct their study in any school (that implement this platform)
With these solutions, education could be delivered anytime and where with a single digital device planted in the public space. No longer do students as a user need to accommodate schools’ preconditions, but now the education can accommodate the student’s situation. Enabling them to study at their own pace and be accomodating to their circumstances.
We are targeting student(s) that experienced learning gap/loss due to their circumstances, such as economic difficulties, war & disaster-affected areas, and the general population that live below the poverty line, and also currently almost all student that is impacted by the covid situation all over the world, that need to undergone distance learning because schools gate are closed. According to UNESCO, only Fewer than 10% of countries have laws that help ensure full inclusion in education, this means more than 90% of countries have students facing a potential learning gap/loss. Our solution will help those students to receive some form of education to minimise and/or eliminate the potential learning gap/loss, therefore helping them to maintain relevancy and competitiveness with the other students. The big part of the purpose and how this solution addresses their needs is by allowing education to accommodate their conditions, thus allowing them the same learning opportunities as others more fortunate.
Our team has been knee-deep in the education sector for a very long time. We run a team dedicated to solving and improving the quality of education. The founder embarks on this mission due to the real education pain and dilemma experienced during our time studying, and we have a collective group of like-minded teachers, parents and students as part of our research and operations team to make sure our solution could be relevant and directly impact the real issue in the market. Moreover, we are in an advantageous position to help the education sector (locally), during our long-running campaign in tackling the many issues in the sector, we have gathered a collection of partnerships, with local government and other businesses that we share the same goal & value, and have resources and a direct line to help us implement real changes.

What makes our solution unique is the "angle of the problem" that we are trying to solve. Most Edutech tries to solve the issue of "how to get a better grade", but for us, the issue is more fundamental. The question is "how can the unfortunate children receive an education". We realise that many children that wanted to study simply can not due to their situation, in which the school as the main source of education did not take into account.
So this is what our solution try to achieve, through implementing advanced A.I. technologies, we can start delivering education that could relate to and be accommodating to students' condition.
With the current state of the world, our impact goal for the next year is to successfully deliver our solution globally to unfortunate children of many countries. As for the next 5 years, we are hoping to deliver a "graduating" student successfully to the market, equipped with the same knowledge and opportunities as any other student.
To do this we need to be able to implement international and local standards of learning for our students, localising our solutions to many countries while creating enough recognition as a solution so that our students would not be viewed as "less".

1. DAU/MAU of an active user (teacher & students);
2. Number of active teaching in the platform;
3. Successful completion of study per user;
4. Successful implementation (per area);
5. Successful certification (completion of standardised test).

Our solution is rooted in the use of A.I. technology in delivering automated and personalised education.
Schooling education is a repetitive endeavour, hence a sector that is ripe for A.I. improvement. We are building on top of mundane repetitive tasks and creating automation on top of it. And though our adaptive learning solution, we can gauge students based on their individual progress and cater learning experience that is personalised to their pace.

We don't see age, gender or colour, we welcome everyone to our team. The only 2 requirements that we look for in our partners are the passion to improve the education sector and the commitments they bring to the table.
Our current business model is a subscription, per student that is using our platforms.
The subscription could be done in 3 ways:
1. individually;
2. school implemented solution (school's integrated as part of tuition);
3. government grant in education improvement on the unfortunate area.

our business from the get-go has been a revenue model. The more student we onboarded the more our margin of the operational cost will decrease. Most of our cost has been covered by the cost of subscription model by our costumer.
We have been successful in gaining schools as a repeating client as well as receiving government funds allocating for education improvement in our local areas.
