Sierra Leone has suffered through a rebel brutal war for the past 10yrears in (1998-2009) Ebola and COVID-19 pandemic crises which has caused the increased of children grow to youths being deprived from educational empowerment. The country is lacking the resources to provide decent quality educational sustainability for the youths and children in the country. The situation is extremely drowned by poverty at the primary and lower secondary levels where a number of schools are not accessing availability for the children and youths to access quality education with involves access to internet technology. Communities and families are facing struggles since the outbreak of the COVID-19 Pandemic has disrupted the educational system and most of these affecting vulnerable learners and the increased of inequalities is a challenge and problem. Educational is the fundamental human right and vital role for the children to access quality education. The problem of lack of education is persistent among the deprived and marginalized communities families. Also the school dropout ratio of the youths significantly higher in the slums areas which most young girls from 15years to 18years are marginalized and also the physical challenge the disable young girls and boys are facing challenge and discriminate from communities and the we try to find to get their stories from the abandon youths, communities, there are issues that hinders their future and which allowed them to ill-settle in the slums. The youths has been deprived because poverty has impact on families and communities living on low income, Poor parental educational background, financial crises and lacking the foundation of educational for the children and youths. The deprived of education in the country and globally has cause the string of low economic and the great increased of unemployment rate in the society. The problem of poor youths and children deprived of not having the quality schooling education were susceptible to various diseased, crimes and crowded of idle peers among communities. Discourage Youths From Poverty is effectively moving towards the improving lives and access the children and youths to a quality sustainable developmental education.The power of education success for children that grow to youths should start from the quality empowerment coming from families with a strong financial capacity. Looking to the learning outcome from school most of these teachers lacking the knowledge and resources to build the capacity of children going to school and parent are unable to prepare their children in providing the learning materials and technology which can motivate children to have quality education in the primary schools level and secondary schools. Families and communities are deprived from poverty and financial strength is weak and low in their income and financially constraint to achieved educational success for the children that undeserved. The struggle of educational poverty for the children that grown up to youths percent is high up to 60% that are facing challenges to have quality education.

The project will help the undeserved children in deprived communities and  the method of technology access the digital technology used in homes and school and this technology and resources will empower the children and provision to educate the undeserved children through a design sustainable program and educational learning and technology as they will support the digital platform and networks to achieved the skills and access to internet and technology.  The empowerment of youths in various educational professional trades skills will improved the effectiveness and sustained the mindset of youths which brings a positive outcome from the technical and technology training development achievement from the training institutional.The organization project is dedicated in changes lives of young girls, boys and women through several professional skills vocational educational training which will empower and transform their lives to face the value of the world employment and able to contribute economically and also defend their lives to eradicate poverty and decreased unemployment rate in the country. The solution will change the capacity to turn non-productive youths from the community into a value and responsible citizen and value in the society. Children will be provided learning I pads which are designed to support the undeserved children into technology and provide computer training in various communities that are targeted for the programs. The project will strengthen families the resources needed to allow their children are exposed to the modern world of technology. The provision of supporting the children in the capacity of training access to technology ICT which will make change in the lives of children and also work with educational schooling environment to involved the syllabus of technology be priority for the children.

The organization shall focus and target various undeserved groups children and youths that faces barrier in the community and the this groups that we identify shall be the organization primary constituent beneficiaries and this target groups will be identify as marginalizing and going through challenge children, Physically disabilities that are been zero to education and been deprived from accessing quality schools. The project will focus on children going to school but did not have the opportunities to access the modern technology in schools by introducing children computer, learning tablet and quality teaching in educational and technology. The focus of the project to target the needed groups shall be youths that have been dropout from schooling educational carrier because of poverty and abandon youths of girls boys and disable physically challenge that don't have the opportunities to change their lives and unable to approached entrepreneurial and technical and technology. The promotion access to identify the children will focus on abandon children in the communities and children that used by indirect parent using them to head up market business in the street and children that not going to school because of financial constraint and poverty affecting home families. Also challenges the disabilities are facing through discrimination and neglected from been deprived from communities.

The organization has a clear defining frame plan which the project is our paramount foundation with a direction that energizes orients and strategic ways of engaging communities, vulnerable groups, families members. The team hast the potential code to motivate unity and awareness in communities and the society and promotes at atmosphere of creativity and innovation. We also have the capacity of communication skills idea and creates environment which we focused on promoting achievement and providing sustainability skills business, entrepreneurship and technology to change the face of the vulnerable communities vulnerable groups and the society. The undeserved children that did not have the opportunities and living in deep poverty and neglected to take care off is because of their home families are facing financial challenges constraints and poverty has which has caused negative impact in them so supporting children access to quality education is a big major problem in communities and the society. The organization want to solve the high risk of the undeserved children and youths deprived in the communities and limited to education and technology environment, health and standard of living, proving resources and helping the physical intellectual disabilities and youths most girls that has been abandon and girls that become a dropout from the educational schooling environment.

The organization provides the resources and human training Technical learning accessibility and technology that empowered the undeserved children and youths deprived in the communities and influence the artificial brainpower the machine of technology which involve the ICT and Technical development to a process of transformation. The project will create learning pathways for the undeserved and vulnerable children in various communities which we can pick out and identify from the vulnerable undeserved box to strengthen and build a power of financial to breakdown and weaker the poverty. By making the solution bring a change the project innovate source to provide an inclusive women in financial support and families, communities were the children's and youths are belong to and taking off. The solution will bring answer to the primary constituents access the opportunities for those facing challenges and barriers from educational technology in schools, and ability and resources to internet and limited to access schools environment which has the capacity quality schools.

The next five years the organization project will open doors to transformed a good amount of undeserved children to makes their mindset change and open their eyes to learning technology opportunities in Sierra Leone and more globally in the world.The next fives years we can effectively makes access and links in the school teachers and the environment so this children will move downwards of suffering to positive change through learning and technology and youths will access the development goals in the modern technology and technical trades. The project impact will makes children should be in realization of their right to quality education and challenging the stakeholders and the state to improved and increased the numbers of Primary modern equipped learning fit schools and developed an institutional technology comfortable spaces for the youths for those living in the bay communities and the slums communities illegally. Creating communities development and youths participation meeting, workshops and conference to educated them the power of education is the future of success and activating the teachers and parent across in the different communities.

The organization will count on reaching by communicating well and effectively the sustainable developments goals which score a positive impact in communities. The organization will evaluate on the process of research to find out the success of the project task if the indicators and impact solution has score a progress in the lives of undeserved children and the youths in various communities. The project will clearly look into the success and concrete of the project and the performance and actively has made in the lives of youths, children and the change of the communities. Also the measuring progress will track using the metric to get the numbers of beneficiaries the project as affected in the communities and track the numbers of girls, boys, children, to gain the accessibility in the quality education and open doors to technology with no barriers. Discourage Youths From Poverty work to strengthen and build on the success and effort over the years to address the challenges facing from the vulnerable undeserved children not access to education and modern Technology, youths. Despite the pace made these target groups in Sierra Leone are majorly marginalized poor and unable to participate in decision making processes. The myriad of challenges and struggles the children youths are facing in the society include the lack of access to quality education and technology, youths facing the problem of low investment in vocational educational and technology. The decline and neglected of children and youths has caused the illegal migrate of young girls and boys to the city to settled in the illegal slums and bays communities which they are introduced to drugs addicts, abused, teenage sexual early pregnancies and unemployment. From these undeserved children neglected because of poverty affecting families and communities these children are grew up poorly which their lives force to marriages. Also the poverty addicted into these families with no educational positive wise decision most the girls were facing challenges compounded by their vulnerability to underage and forceful sexual abused, inadequate exposure to sexual and reproductive health education, harmful traditional practices including female genital mutilation and unfair patriarchal systems.

We have a credible technology for a positive approach for a modification to empowered and identifying undeserved children and youths that are going through suffering and challenges to access the formal and informal quality education and modern technology training for jobs and sustainable development skills. Our project is begins with exchange of ideas which this ideas will utilized and analyzed through the organization platform to end with an agreement of forwardness. The collective ideas of these technology from this the platform will help and strengthen the capacity of net access and also supporting computers and children learning pads distributed to various undeserved children and provides laptops using by youths to explore in wider modern technology to achieved the sustainable technology goals. The foundation of the technology powers will help the numbers of beneficiaries activities and the various schools that this undeserved children are learning. Also collecting information from the schools teachers the performance of these children doing in the school education and youths information from the various institutions were they are train feet in the employment development and the society. The organization has conducted finding and research which these information data has makes an impact positively which we used the ICT Technology equipment to achieved the goals. We coherently  accessing the lot of things and artificial intelligence machines ways of learning and impacting technology.

The organization framing project to explore the selected constituents and the target groups in providing the sustainable development skills and technology needed to make a big changes to impact values and this will create innovation that will create jobs and decent jobs and reduced the rate of unemployment and end crime rate in the society and the country. As the outcome of the business model the education and technology will find education be the best for the children that are facing challenging and deprived and also poverty will be elevated among families and the communities. The model will bring awareness on the families and communities the value of education and through the enrolling children into school and re-integrate the youths in the capacity of sustainable technical and technology training we provide will make a positive u-turned for the young youths.
