India's Right to Education Act (RTE) – passed in 2009 and implemented across the nation in subsequent years – was designed to address the critical underlying issue of providing access to quality education to all 6-14-year-olds in the country. Whether it has been able to achieve its objectives will remain an important question in India's post-pandemic educational and human capital policies. While the highest-quality Indian schools and universities produce world-class scholars, innovators, and entrepreneurs, a significant portion of the population still cannot compete in global labor markets.
Most of rural India doesn't have access to quality education where they do want quality education. Still, it is not realistic to travel to cities for schools. And private tutoring is not their reality because most of them are from the middle class or below middle-class families. In this way, they can use my platform and access the private tutor from the city or other places in their native language for free without any extra cost.
Let's take a story for an example where my idea can solve the problem of accessibility to quality education.
Let's take a story for an example where my idea can solve the problem of accessibility to quality education.

Suppose there is a boy named Nakul, he is from Madhapur village, Gujrat he currently in tenth standard and goes to a school name "Gujarati school "which is a small secondary school for the village. Now Nakul wants to stand out on the board but the teacher only uses the methods from books examples and doesn't solve other books even the exercise of the book and just give homework and before any test the teachers provide suggestions, and every student pass and the school's the record is also good, but Nakul knew the board would be different and private teacher's were only in the nearby big villages or cities, but his father is a farmer and can't give that much money for travel which is obvious even if the bus fare is just 40INR there will be many other's things like how much time it takes the execution of the local bus and how he will manage time because a school with taking the entire day Plus return ticket at night where many cities are not even safer plus the private tuition fee and not to forget the tension my son or daughter went alone in the bus to that big city if he or she will be alright what time is it and other’s thoughts as well.
Now, Nakul came from school one day thinking about it. It is the evening he searched on google to know about the science topic, but all are in English as he doesn't understand any of this.

Why an EdTech has So much potential right now
The Coronavirus threat has extended the use of online learning to allow both students and instructors to enjoy an enhanced digital experience. Schools and institutions worldwide have reoriented conventional teaching methods to adapt to a dynamic digital classroom almost overnight.
I mean, my teacher, who was barely able to make a call from his smartphone now taking classes online tutoring tens of hundreds of students daily.
This is also the live proof of how fast we can adapt new things if necessary, and for that, now millions of students have access to online learning but are limited to their teacher only.
After the US, India’s EdTech industry is the second-largest globally and is valued at $2bn. In India, virtual classrooms are being made more effective by creative EdTech companies such as Byjus, Vedantu, Unacademy, Toppr, and UpGrad.
My Key Services In my Idea will cover:
•Online Academy
•Educational Blogs
•Online Tutoring
•Educational YouTube Channels – Primary
•Educational Webinars
I will also make a particular sector in-app and the website for the students with learning disabilities.
I am aware of why school is important. Eventually, there are innumerable ways of acquiring knowledge. We can make a shift from the conventional learning process towards new educational technologies. These are flexible and are the best ways of exploring different kinds of academic fields from any part of the world. This Idea in the education sector can help you to be a part of online education.
Why an EdTech has So much potential right now
The EdTech industry is set for additional development as AR/VR technology spending for digital learning is projected to rise to $12.6bn in 2025. Strangely, it took the Coronavirus catastrophe to demonstrate that technology-enabled education represents the new horizon of opportunity for EdTech companies worldwide.
Furthermore, With Wider access to the internet and smartphones around the nation, This has enormous potential.
Like Bangalore, Edtech startup Vedantu has acquired a majority stake in AI-enabled personalized learning platform Pedagogy.
One of the most effective ways to create an eco-system is to make sure of sustainability So; in my idea of execution, I am crystal clear about two things first, make it accessible for everyone besides their caste, race, color, community, religion, or anything and make it profitable so that the eco-system will survive because app developers are not gonna work for free and after a certain amount of time teacher’s neither so, my idea is for the long run not for a short run, so In order to make it work, I have to make sure the earnings as well to maintain the eco-system and adapt new ed-technologies.
There are 22 “ registred ” languages in our constitution :
1) Assamese, (2) Bengali, (3) Gujarati, (4) Hindi, (5) Kannada, (6) Kashmiri, (7) Konkani, (8) Malayalam, (9) Manipuri, (10) Marathi, (11) Nepali, (12) Oriya, (13) Punjabi, (14) Sanskrit, (15) Sindhi, (16) Tamil, (17) Telugu, (18) Urdu (19) Bodo, (20) Santhali, (21) Maithili and (22) Dogri.
And I am pretty confident no ed-tech startups in India are covering all the languages, and not all students are fluent in Hindi or English. Furthermore, there are way many languages then this we all know this with dialects; in my Idea, I will be creating an eco-system that will cover more than those 22 languages, and it will grow by itself.
Imagine a potential Rocket Scientist, Who never went to school, but genius has no money or doesn’t understand English. Still, he is a genius in his own curiosity if he went library they won’t allow him if he tries in college to learn rocket science the college will ask transcripts which he doesn’t have money or donation and many things where he just wants the knowledge, not a fancy degree but he can’t do anything.
Even if he goes online, he will find resources but not in his native language, but in my Idea, he will get the classes for free, from his local or state university and learn beyond boundaries without any money or being judged and who knows he might be our next missile man.
In this way, not hundreds, millions of students will get access to private tuition and content from private university professors without going out, even paying a single rupee, maintain 100% social distancing. Not to mention the blockchain certificate verifier.
Moreover, as we grow, our earning potential will keep increasing like IPO, monetization, and other ways such as a partnership or other.
Also, In this way, you can teach hundreds of students in NGOs or slums with just a mini projector and a whiteboard or cloth or paper. The NGOs will be able to cut off the cost of an educator and will be able to provide quality education. It is only possible with my idea because our team will provide videos from top local educators in the local language, so when the slum children get tuition from their local language, there will not be any language gap of understanding.
When my idea is implemented on Gujrat, the scenario will change like a boon for him when he returns home; he can just stream any live class from the teachers residing in other cities. He came from school to home his mother's helping him eat and while eating He understands resonant frequency and why D.C is more dangerous than A.C in Gujarati from home, paying nothing and observing everything. This will be a boon to all the people who want to access quality education in their native language, sitting in their home, paying nothing with complete flexibility of timing.
How many times do you miss private tuition just because you woke up late?
Well, now you have the solution...
There are not that many ed-tech startups that provide content for free Like Unacademy charges through subscriptions, Coursera also charges for courses as well as edx.
They do have some free courses, but not all the courses are free and provide certificates.
Like, Suppose you want to learn “CS50’s Introduction to Computer Science “from HARVARD online. You can learn that for free, but you need to upgrade for the certificate. Even if you upgrade to the certificate, you will not get any certificate verification link to authenticate the certificate. So, suppose you want to use this for your future job or for any other’s work. In that case, it will be disadvantaged because the University or The recruiter will not be able to verify you edited it or it’s original.
So, to solve that, I came with some ideas in that regard.
Now, when my idea will grow at a 40% level, the platform will launch a course system that will be guided and edited by our local technician at the university who helps the professor in-stream and all. We will give certificates like Coursera, Udemy, and any other for free, which will be shareable to LinkedIn or any university, institution, or establishment. The certificate will be authorized by the professor, and the institution, mostly the university, will not object because in this way, without doing anything, they will get free publicity.
Which will create a monopoly as well as free courses with premium certificates in the local language from any university in India you want.
Now we will make some more changes to make the monopoly even more substantial, I have developed a certificate generator and verification service using blockchain technology which will be able to verify a course certificate and the identity of the individual within seconds using advanced blockchain technology, and it is far more improved than the verifying link from Coursera, or other’s website.
And it is considerable because Coursera was launched 9 years ago. Their new certificate verification system is still reasonable but not the best.
Furthermore, According to my research and sources, Coursera didn’t stand out in the first place. Still, when they started using the certificate authentication system, It really gave them a “ J “ carve.
Prototype of a certification system for future college classes or courses :

Currently, It is Just a prototype, and as time passes by There will be new security changes and layout changes As well.

Anyone who wants to access private tutors, or classes from local education for free especially targeting rural areas to increase access of quality education in local languages for free.
For this idea or plan to be executed or scaled you don't need Nobel prize-winning knowledge on technology or something, you need local connections and knowledge on how to use local connections precisely.
I know how to use the local connections to find experienced teachers and how to use the local NGO workers and social workers for scalability and spread the news about my platform and use them to find new teachers in new and rural areas.
- Facilitate meaningful social-emotional learning among underserved young people.
- Concept
Primary funding: To initially kick start the idea and to generate funding for scalability, I need basic funding for the equipment.
I did progress a little bit in the plan, but I am still waiting for my initial seed funding. Because, all the social workers and NGOs, are already run barely, and for transportation and other fares and expenses, it will be hard to convince the social workers for help or work; suppose there is a group from a specific NGO who will reach a math teacher’s home and ask if the teaching is willing to be a part and even if the social workers want to work good and make a difference by working on it for free they have use busses for the transportation.
They need to do lunch, breakfast. They are not going to give that money from their pocket, so here the initial cash is essential to start to fund them plus as we go forward, we will need more types of equipment like we will need cameras and other equipment to move forward and stream them when we expand to other cities we will need fund for transportation and once we get the traffic we can relay on traffic for more funding e.g. ad revenue.
So, the seed money will be essential to Initially start the startup and start making the eco-system.
Then, I will use strategic mentorship from the Solved Team about scalability, and how to effectively manage the ecosystem with low human capital and beyond.
- Human Capital (e.g. sourcing talent, board development, etc.)

Where there are many Ed-Tech companies that are providing this such as BYJU'S, Toppr, Unacademy, Khan Academy, and more but they're not solving the problem for all.
Such as BYJU'S they charge a subscription, Unacademy Charges Subscription and Khan Academy is great but limited, along with single language limitation of English, where many Indians are fluent and can understand, a large percentage of the population on the ground (beyond official data) are not able to understand English or feel limited, furthermore, Khan Academy's educations classes are aligned with the American education system, not like India or local educators.
Where my services are entirely free, and sources from local experience teachers, so there is a benefit of the local language as well as cultural benefit, because the teacher is familiar with that region, and every teacher has their own way of explaining things such as jokes, funny commentary, songs to remember chemical compounds and beyond, that is also there.
Where my major focus will be to add more educators and make the ecosystem big rather than think about profit.
As per my Idea of execution, I already contacted some social workers. A few days ago, I reached their office and explained that I want to make a difference with this Idea. I need some people who wank to make a difference as well; then we reached some teachers and professors. They are officially on the eco-system. After that, for further promoting educational webinars and higher education, I reached the “ TRIPURA UNIVERSITY “ and contacted “ Prof. Debajyoti Bhattacharjee from physics department “ Specialization: Condensed Matter Physics, Material Science, Spectroscopy and I explained the plan that we will just record your classes and share with the world, and in one day when you will be accessible we will take you to live for the webinar if the students have any thoughts on a research paper or any queries In that way they can solve it.
Till now I have set up my idea and it’s now waiting for the kick start funding and have created a deep plan of expanding and growing eco-system
Now as I have some volunteers I will train them about the thing that how to go live and how to solve errors and relevant things such as how to check if the audio is clear in the live stream, how to upload videos to youtube adding subtitles, and as I have solid knowledge about it I can do that myself and explain what to do like in a live stream if a student asks a question to represent the question to teacher and help the teacher in every way they can.
Then after training and explaining to them, I will buy some cameras, mics, and appropriate equipment to record lectures and videos and to live stream as well for the initial stage. We can use mobile phones if we do not get enough funding.
We will create a website, youtube channel, and other social media channels and apps after some months of the stream and hard work; as I have a pretty strong web development knowledge, I can also do that myself.
After some months, during mid-December and the start of Jan 2022, we will start expanding, then I will reach another state or place and do the same but in a much faster way.
Moreover, one more thing which I think I missed in the brief explanation of my idea we will diversify the videos like Bengali, Hindi, English, and when we expand in Guwahati and other cities, we will expand more and add more local languages such as Assamese, Mizu, Naga, Riang and other Tribal and local languages.
It will create a tremendous drastic change because unacademy and other sites do not stream or make a video in local languages. However, we both can agree that If a child learns in his local language, his ability to understand the topic will be much higher and as reasonably will request local teacher’s it will be more accessible because they will know that the local kids fun about that and they will get interested in learning.
So, after eight months or so, we will be able to provide an app where if you are from Mizoram, you can learn calculus from your area best teacher from your home in your local language, and when we start earning, we will start paying our teacher’s and volunteers.
Then after a year or so, we will be launching our IPO after converting our company from non-profit to profit and obviously looking at the traffic and support from all over the country.
Our Mair source of Income to maintain the eco-system will be Monetization, Collabs, and donations.
There will be different types of monetization like YouTube ad monetization, google ads on website and application and Other’s methods will be added besides subscription of taking money from traffic.
My Idea Will Be Completly Free For Students & Users, and We Will Add Local Languages From Every Region We Expand Creating A Monopoly.
