The world is changing, and the education system needs to change too. The Learning Platform is a new way of learning that aims to solve the problems of today’s education system.
Technology-enabled solutions are one of the most effective ways to make learning more accessible and engaging for young people to learn skills that they need in today’s economy - like social skills and entrepreneurship.
The challenge of learning is not a new one. It has been around for centuries. However, the pace of change in the world today has increased exponentially. The problem with education is that it is slow and outdated and does not fit with the needs of the youth people, minorities, or people who are living in this century. Technology-enabled solutions are a way to solve these problems and get people on track to success.
The population between 15 and 18 years old corresponds to 11.2M inhabitants in Mexico. Of which 6.2M correspond to minorities and 2.7M live in rural areas. The non-economically active population in rural areas is 1.6M (59.26%) from this age range. Source INEGI, 2021.
The average salary in the secondary activity in Mexico is 2.6 USD/hour meanwhile the same activity in the US is 21.8 USD /hour. Source: INEGI, 2021
The problem we solve: the necessity to develop social, technological, and digital entrepreneurial skills in the youth to provide competitiveness in an entrepreneurial environment.
iSkills: "The Netflix" For Young Learners To Impact The World
Technology-enabled solutions have been shown to be more effective than traditional ways of teaching because they provide more personalized instruction, more opportunities for feedback, and better access to resources for students. They also allow teachers to focus on what they do best - teaching skills - rather than managing logistics like attendance or grades.
The model helps develop personal skills of self-confidence, self-sufficiency, creativity, social skills, social responsibility with the environment, and entrepreneurship skills to recognize opportunities in the market that are adapted to the current needs of the community.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn from our conferences and courses which provide an opportunity for the youth to learn about new trends in their industry, network with other like-minded individuals, and get inspired.
Learning and personal growth is essential part of a successful career. This section will provide the youth with the necessary tools to improve their skills and grow their professional network.
There are many ways to learn while working. They can choose from a variety of training programs, conferences, courses, webinars, self-service interactive education in our learning platform. So they can create their online e-commerce or digital business so they can earn money from their home.
We serve young people from 15 to 18 years old. Our user persona (target) is called Antonio, he is 17 years old. He is living in the countryside, his family earns less than 7 USD per day. He has 3 brothers and sisters. He is worried about the future because he has no opportunity to study at the university. He can't afford a job because he has no experience and no technical studies. He would like to bring new opportunities to his family and he thinks about moving to the US to find a job and send money to his family, but he doesn't speak English and neither has a VISA or passport. He has limited internet access but he has a prepaid smartphone. He would love to learn new skills and sell some products from his neighborhood so he can earn money. He is working long hours per day in order to bring a few bucks a week. He deserves new opportunities in order to grow as a person and professional but he is limited by the beliefs he learned in the past in his community.
iSkills will give them access to a variety of training programs, conferences, courses, webinars, self-service interactive education in our learning platform, so they can learn and implement the knowledge in their life so they can start to create new ways of incomes thanks to the internet and their new skills.
As members of iSkills, they will have the opportunity to meet international professional marketers, business owners, influencers, personal life coaches, researchers, writers, and successful entrepreneurs who are changing lives around the world.
Our team has been involved in social projects and developing skills in the youth since 2002. We have been working with the youth in Mexico, Spain, Belgium, US, France, Canada, Lithuania, Italy, Portugal, Slovenia, Tunez, Germany, The Netherlands, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, and Venezuela.
We are a Team of 10 people with a total of 250 years of experience (adding the working experience age of our team). We have alliances and active cooperation with the INJUVE (Youth Department at the Federal Government) in Queretaro, Leon, and Mexico City.
We participate actively in local communities with courses and social projects to impact people and help their lives. We have created some social programs as TOMING (Personal Finances For Minorities and children), "Juego del dinero" (a book about personal finances for everyone), E-commerce for everyone, Support the firemen department in the Cortazar's community...

iSkills is an online education that offers many benefits such as access 24/7, you can do it by yourself, and there are many courses, webinars, videos... to choose from.
The positive impacts of online education are innovation, personalized access, and a variety of courses. Our community can learn and study at their own pace and in their own time in any place. It's created for those who need flexibility in their schedules.
Our online courses also offer a variety of learning methodologies that are not usually offered in traditional schooling. Our staff of international trainers who are active in the market will give the techniques, strategies, and resources they use in their daily tasks and jobs.
2022/23 is a year for creating new 24 courses to impact 5,000 Young People with our online activities and courses.
By 2028 our goal is to be the top platform for digital education in the Youth in Spanish, Worldwide.
To achieve this goal we are closing the contracts with 24 trainers in Mexico, Colombia, the US, Peru, Spain, and Argentina. We have an alliance with the INJUVE in Mexico to achieve more impact on the Youth. We have contact with other INJUVE departments in different countries. Furthermore, we have alliances with universities and social departments to achieve more impact to our target. We have set up a Live Video Recording Studio to prepare all the courses and content.
